The website advertises 24 hour turn around on all orders. Then they told me when I ordered it would be 24 to 48 hours.
Half the order was still not ready. I then had to come back later that day to pick it up.
They assured me they were all there, but I was short one 7 ft piece.

Excellent customer service! Competitive pricing, fast turn around upon order, great selection. I was not aware of the siding options and gutters as well. Skip the big box stores and give them a call. My metal roofing purchase was less expensive compared to three tab shingles.

The website advertises 24 hour turn around on all orders. Then they told me when I ordered it would be 24 to 48 hours. No problem, except they didn’t hit either of these time frames. When I came back to pick up my order after the promised 48 hours, half the order was still not ready. I then had to come back later that day to pick it up. (This was on a Friday) As we were Installing on Saturday, we realized they left out two sheets of metal that were on the order. I had to wait till Monday to go pick up what was supposed to be included in the first order, and they refused to give any kind of refund or discount for their obvious screw up.

This company is awesome to work with ! Ordered metal roofing (and accessories) from Rainline a couple of times now and they have consistently provided excellent service and products as promised. Most recently we had an issue where a contractor incorrectly measured a roof which meant that the project was going to be unexpectedly delayed into bad weather--not good ! Chrissy was able to have her team expedite the manufacturing of the metal (they were already busy but managed to fit the job in regardless) so we were able to complete the project before the rain came. This kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated in these current times. Thank you Chrissy and Rainline for having good, solid, old fashioned ethics and great customer service !!

I would like to compliment Chrissy at Rainline Products. This is the second purchase that we have made from her company. Chrissy has a lot of patience, she spent so much time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I called multiple times with both orders. She also talked to my roofer and explained to him how to use some of the (new) components. I was so happy with her customer service skills, she was patient, kind, polite and professional. You will be happy with her products and her service.

Bought roofing for a lean to barn for horse. I ordered 9 8ft pieces and 9 7 ft pieces. When I picked up, I asked if they were all there. They assured me they were. I only live 2 miles from them. I called them within 15 minutes to tell them I was short one 7 ft piece. After several more phone calls they said the count had to be correct, since the machine counts them. So I had to purchase another piece., and it was a different color red. Make sure you count your metal before you leave.
