I am extremely happy with the service carlos provided us, we tried others and they either did a quick poorly job or a quick expensive and also poorly job. Carlos was friendly, professional also fair and upfront with everything i will definitely recommend them to my friends and family or anyone needing roof services on their house.

The staff at Rafa was excellent to work with. We worked with Celeste and she kept us updated on the progress of our project any and changes along the way. She was very responsive when we reached out with questions. We highly recommend Rafa for your roofing or construction needs.

Angel was very profesional in explaining exactly what work would be done and when. He was very clear in his answers to our questions. Within two weeks the crew showed up on time and immediately began working hard on our house roof and detached garage. Work was completed in one day as promised. The work was well coordinated and the crew worked together well. The end result exceeded expectations. Angel and Carlos completed the final inspection (the crew did not leave until given the OK) including a drone fly over with Carlos at the controls. I would highly recommend Rafa!

It was great working with Carlos. He got my roof repair completed very quickly with great results. Excellent communication as well.

Luis came and did an estimate for us to get a new back patio. He was confident and personable. He told us that he wants to make this the best possible experience and it was! This company came out and did my roof in one day. Very efficient. They did everything that my contractor, Angel, promised that they would do. I would recommend them when you need your roof reshingled.

Rafa Roofing did my roof and front porch. They got both done in a couple of days and did a fantastic job! They were also the lowest bid, and I had quotes from over 7 companies around Omaha.

Working with Rafa roofing was an amazing experience. Junior is very knowledgeable in regards to helping us upgrade our shingles for a much better roof. His crew was very clean and did excellent work roofing our home and two sheds in one day!! Junior also helped with insurance claim, which was stress free for us. Some shingles were blown off our house during the tornado in April. Junior, from Rafa Roofing, stopped by to see if we'd like the area patched at no cost. The only thing we needed to do was agree to let Rafa perform the repair/replacement. The guys from Rafa were great in communicating with our insurance company to ensure the necessary work was approved and covered. And when it was time to do the work, an 'army' of guys arrived one morning and had everything demo'd within a few hours. Before long, they were prepping for the new shingles and by the end of a long day, the work was complete. We were very grateful with the quality of their work, but also the fact they were only on our property for a day. (We did not have our gutters replaced.). Not only were they efficient, but they did a great job of cleaning the debris from our property and picking up the nails from the demo. Given we have 2 dogs that love to run in our backyard, we were very grateful for their attention to detail when it came to clean-up. Overall, we were very pleased with the team from Rafa and would 100% recommend them. Junior and Hugo were the two gentleman I communicated with the most, and they were both fantastic. Thank you Rafa Roofing!

They did a fine job replacing our roof and gutters. Showed up on schedule with a great crew who made fairly quick work of it, one day for the roof and one more for the gutters. And then they cleaned up the site very thoroughly afterward. I would hire them again, without a doubt.
