Serious allegations of fraud and financial misconduct also surface, indicating a troubling trend in customer experiences. On the other hand, a handful of reviews mention satisfactory roofing work and commend the responsiveness of certain team members. Please for the love of god if you had work done by this company get an inspector out ASAP! We hired RAD to do a remodel for us in 10/2022 and weren’t able to move into our home until 05/2023 when we were supposed to be in by Jan 2023. To date we’ve now spent almost as much fixing his and his employees mistakes as we originally paid him to do the work and that’s not including future costs we will incur when we’ve saved enough to fix everything else they did wrong that we can’t afford to fix now. We hired an attorney to sue Daniel VanWagner for the terrible work he and his company did on our home and the attorney with 4 decades of experience said this was one of the easiest to prove he’d ever seen but unfortunately he already had a lawsuit against him by that time 09/2023 ish and he had tax liens and a child support warrant or something insane.
They failed on so many levels on everything from finishing to basic electrical and plumbing. We’ve had an entire bathroom torn apart now after a pipe burst in the shower and thank god we hadn’t been using the toilet they half installed because the second we did sewage smell started backing up into our bathroom because they failed to properly install a waste stack and they failed to run the plumbing to the septic tank properly so it was backing up and had we not stopped when we did we’d literally have had it back up into our Master Bathroom. Now we’re out of pocket $32, 000 so far because the entire bathroom edition they put in had to be completely replumbed and we had to have the gas tankless water heater they put in completely reinstalled because it was done so poorly it was in danger of burning our house down.
Through the process, with the guys crawling under our house, we’ve learned that the other bathroom needs to be replumbed as well. We are lucky that some of the work -probably $20-40k also- is going to be covered by our homeowners insurance because of the burst pipe. It makes me so scared when I think about all the homeowners who think the work was done correctly because it looks decent on the outside. We thought we were looking at a couple thousand to fix everything and the more they uncovered, it became obvious nothing was done to code -which is why he never got anything permitted either despite putting in a whole master bath addition, and the price tag has grown by 10’s of thousands! Thank god we hired Bower’s plumbing and their guy Aerin has been a complete lifesaver and super up front about the extent of the damage and has helped us get everything fixed so far.
Please please please get someone to come inspect your plumbing and electrical work if you had it done by RAD. Every employee they had from 2022-2023, when Dan went underground, worked on our project which means the same people who were actively doing our work wrong, and in most cases illegally, likely worked on your house also. PLEASE GET YOUR HOME INSPECTED ASAP!

These people are a rip off. The ripped me off for $3000.00 half of what they said they would do my bathroom for. Adrian is a big scammer. I am contacting the attorney generals office and turning them into the prosecutor. These guys need to be put into jail.I want my money back I live on social security. It took me a long time to save that money so I could get a walk in shower. Now I have no shower and no money. Don't believe nothing they say.Adrian said they filed for bankruptcy, however can't find any proof of bankruptcy. Just another lie.

I feel like they’ve gone out of business. They did a bathroom remodel for me last year, which seemed okay, but now the shower door has fallen off and I can’t get an answer on any of the FOUR phone numbers I have in my contacts, online, or various business cards.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
