I needed gutters and called. Wes came by to look the next day and gave me a good enough price that I didn't need to shop around. He did good work. And even recycled some old gutters for me.

I highly recommend Mountain Tough Exteriors. I got bids from three other places and decided to go with Mountain Tough. I was very apprehensive about such a big job, but. Wes was very helpful. He explained everything before and during the process. He kept me in the loop every day so I knew what was going on. They finished it quickly and cleaned everything up Including stuff on my patio that they didn't even leave. My new roof and gutters look great. Wes and his crew are a dream to work with.

Gutters and downspouts were all new installs on new construction home. I had rec'd a few other bids and Mountain Tough Exteriors was competitively priced but Wes definitely paid a greater attention to detail and made recommendations that other businesses hadn't thought of or offered making the gutters more sturdy which will prevent future problems, repair calls and service with the high wind area I live in. I've worked with plenty of other contractors and Wes does the job right, was easy to work with, provides high quality work and makes sure you are 100% satisfied. My wife and I commented many times what other contractors most likely would have done in making a patch job work in some areas and then leave but we were really impressed with his level of service and commitment to not only doing it right but making it look nice as well.

Highly recommend him to anyone needing new gutters or a repair and am confident he will make them better than what existed before.

The customer service was great they were priced well and did a great job. They did not leave a mess and the final product looks great.

I don’t trust just anyone…BUT you can trust Weston. He is respectful, fair and honest. I happened to see him working up the street on my friends house and asked if he’d just stop by and tell me why my rain gutter was leaking before he left. He came and informed me that we hadn’t installed the right gutters to fit our shingle trim. I told him I needed them replaced before we had leaf guard come and install their product. He said when he replaced the gutters, he’d be happy to bid me for his leaf guard protection which was nearly identical to LeafGuard”.
He had a bid to us before the sun went down. His bid with a new back gutter and guards on the new and existing gutters was less than we had expected. Gutters AND guards for less than “Leaf Guard” was going to charge FOR just guards?
He scheduled us out10 days and arrived promptly ready to please. His work was professional & precise.

Communication was great. Work was efficient and attractive. They solved a long-term issue for me. My roof had upper gutters spilling onto roofs below, and the flow volume was causing damage to adjacent walls during heavy rain and it and wearing out shingles faster than the rest of the roof. They stopped the end of those upper gutters and dropped downspouts down the roof to the gutters below, keeping the upper-level water completely in the gutter system. They also installed stainless steel and aluminum gutter screens, which should last indefinitely. This fall my past issues with frequent gutter clearing, leaf buildup, gutter spill, and gutter overflow have been zero. Very satisfied.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I'm happy to do so. I can't speak highly enough with respect to the professionalism, quality and overall experience with Wes and Gary on my seamless gutter installation. I had 43' seamless gutters with downspouts on each end installed on both the front and back of my house. Wes was professional and friendly with "on-top-of-it" communication not often found today. I wanted to match the paint on my fascia with the color of the gutters prior to installation and Wes made a special trip to drop off a gutter sample so that could do so. Gary showed up at my house on time at 8:30am and it was 22 degrees outside. During the installation I had a few questions and Gary was friendly and willing to take the time to answer them. He also worked with me on placement of the downspouts to ensure I was satisfied. The installation was clean and looks great. Gary saw the old gutters in my back yard that I had removed and offered to take them away for me, which he did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mountain Tough Exteriors to my family, friends and neighbors.

We recently had gutter guards installed on our current gutters and had new gutters with gutters guards installed on areas of our house that previously had no gutters. The owner and installers were personable and professional during the process. After the gutters were installed I noticed a problem with the gutter guards. I called and spoke to the owner about the problem. He agreed to come out and inspect the project. He spent extra time in adjusting the gutter guards. I appreciate the responsiveness and extra time that was spent to resolve my concerns.

This guy had to overcome some scheduling issues that arose from conflict with other contractors at my home. He handled everything in stride and didn't show any negative emotions. Very polite.
