We had roofing gutters and paint done. I must say we’re very pleased with everything the time and precision of each project . The time it took was only 3 or four days tops, that is working days. We had to do this project and work around the rain. Everything still went according to the plan Richard laid out. Richard is a great communicator, he kept us informed as to when the roofers / painters Gutters would be installed. Roberto and his painters were incredible as well. I can’t fail to mention the gutter installers , they made the installation seem so effortless. These people know how to get done very professional, clean was just awesome!

Had R2 Roof Guys do some roof repair after recent storms. They have great customer service, got the job done quick. Great communications and work. Will for sure use them again in the future.

We had some loose shingles from wind and they were able to come out quickly to replace the shingles. They were very transparent about timing and cost. We would highly recommend!!

I contacted Richard about a leak in my roof on a Sunday, and he showed up promptly on Monday to assess my roof. We received his estimate that same night and his crew showed up at 7am on a Thursday the following week to begin work.

Upon removing the shingles from the roof, Richard informed me that the decking and rafters were not laid correctly, and gave me the option to redo them all correctly or just replace the new shingles over the improperly laid decking and rafters. I told him to redo them all correctly.

The crew set off to completely rebuild that part of my roof while Richard came back periodically throughout the day to check on the work.

All the work was completed by 5pm that same day, and Richard sent me photos of the completed roof from different angles, the chimney flashing as well as photos of the decking and rafters before they laid the shingles.

The new roof looks well done and the crew also cleaned up very nicely. Richard and his team were very professional, and everything was explained very clearly to me. If I didn't understand anything, Richard would show it to me.

I am very satisfied with the new roof and my interaction with Richard and his team.

After my initial call I was able to get an appointment for a quote the next day. Got lucky and was able to get on the schedule the same week, and was actually able to get service a day earlier than anticipated.

Used them for small roof repair as well as total roof replacement after incredibly bad hail storm. They worked well with my insurance company’s adjuster, handled contracting for repainting house, staining of wood fence, replacement of broken window and 14 window screens. Very pleased with their professionalism, quality of service, and affordable prices. Had a roof leak due the last ice storm which resulted in water backing up over the tops of the shingles; never knew what an ice dam was. They were able to come out as soon as the weather cleared, identify the cause of the leak, and install a water and ice barrier to ensure we don't have another leak. Roof looks great!

Great services. Had a leaking roof was solved within 2 days. Richard the owner is great. Couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company.

This crew was great. Price was very fair, they were detailed in explaining the needs, process, and why services were needed. They also repaired part of our fence that was damaged.

Day of install they were right on time and I was told what to expect. They finished the job same day and cleaned up all debris out of the yard/garden beds. Even found a spot of the decking that was damaged and were able to fix that while everything was off.

Highly recommend. Don’t contact anyone else, just call them!

Had 2of 4 roof turbines making noise. Richard came out looked over the turbines and roof. Told me turbines needed to be replaced but roof was in pretty good shape. Appreciated that. Came out today and replaced all 4 turbines, replaced the lead covers on vent stacks with squirrel proof covers. All this was done quickly and very professional. Definitely recommend them and will use again for any of my roof needs.

They were great from start to finish. We asked them to do our Christmas lights this year. Not only did they provide the best price hands down compared to 6 other companies. They were also very responsive and professional. The quality of their work was amazing. And I had two lights go out one night and I sent a text to ask if they can fix it. They replied right away and were out the next day to take care of the bulbs. Lastly, I can rest easy with them doing the work and not damaging the roof or gutters as they are licensed professional roofers unlike other companies that do not have that expertise. Honestly, there is not much more i can say this company is fantastic and provides such great customer service i will use them for any of my light or roofing needs

Had a roof leak causing water damage in the garage after a recent hard rain. R2 was able to come out the same day to inspect and had it repaired the next day. Very pleased!

Richard is super knowledgeable in the field, he answered all of our questions throughly. He’s also very responsive and great at maintaining communication. We never felt pressured to make a decision and he was very understanding of our hesitations and doubts. His team is diligent and clean, got the job done in half a day (two story house). We hired R2 Roof Guys 7/8/20 and discovered real quick that we made no mistake in contracting with them. Richard is true to his word. When tells you that he will do something he follows through and makes it happen. He said he would be on site before the job started and periodically throughout the day and he was which is very admirable. Richard provided a clear and detailed explanation of what him and his crew would be doing. He went the extra mile and even assisted his crew on the roof. Something you do not see most bosses/owners of a company do. Richard displays great work ethics.

His crew was great to work with and they displayed true team work amongst themselves and was well organized in performing the task assigned to them. They maintained constant professionalism and displayed excellent customer relations.

These guys did an amazing job on my roof. All the other competitors was forcing the issue to upgrade on shingles, I do not that. Richard and his guys are awesome!!!

These guys are top notch. I had to get a few repairs done last minute, and I had called many companies but R2 Roof Guys exceeded in communication and their quote was fair. so I went with them. I worked with Richard and his communication is first class, and he was able to perform the work in the same week. Quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend these guys for any roofing/chimney related repairs!

R2 Roof Guys put a steel roof on my house replaced the sky lights on the house, and chimney cap and reinforced my front deck with new green treated 6x6’s posts and also reinforced the decking supports under neath. They also replaced the sky lights in my pole shed. I’m very pleased with the work that they did & I will get there name out to my friends and family they do excellent work and they are very thorough with everything clean up and keeping things neat when leaving the job. They were very good with communication about the job & calling to make sure I was happy with everything. They are great and just a phone call away if I need anything, I like that when I call they respond immediately. Very great crew of guys I highly recommend if you want a job done right hire these guys. I get compliments daily on my house. Amazing job well done.

Initially, I had Richard replace my roof turbine fan. While on my roof, he pointed out some serious hail damage. Then he showed me hail damage on my gutters and garage door, which I never noticed even though it was so obvious once I knew what to look for.

Richard worked with my insurance company adjuster, showing him my roof damage, gutters, garage door and siding. My insurance approved all of the work to be done with no problems because Richard was there to walk the adjuster through the damaged areas.

I've a two story house and these guys started at 8am and finished at 1pm. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. They came back later that week to replace my garage door and gutters. My insurance company wanted to replace my garage door with an un-insulated door. Richard pointed out to them that the original door was insulated, so they replaced it with an insulated one.

These guys showed up when they said they would and they did a great job. I would recommend them with no reservations.

R2 Roof Guys replaced my roof yesterday and it looks great! Immediately after my insurance company contacted me with the total replacement cost, I contacted Richard via text (Text Friendly Roofer) that evening and he came out first thing in the morning to give me an estimate. After getting 4-5 estimates, I choose R2 Roof Guys to be my roofer based on price, being able to handle the interior work and replace my gutters. They can do it all! Richard and his crew were on time on Friday morning and finished my roof when they said they would, and cleaned up all the old roof debris. You can tell that he has the same crew since they all worked very well together. They oversee the job from start to finish. R2 Roof Guys will definitely be the first and only company I call if we need another roof and/or other home repairs!

Hired them for roof repair work; they have got excellent skills in fixing the roof damages quickly. They did some additional work too; they have fixed other minor leakages which I was not aware of. Didn’t charge any fee for the additional work they have done; this Guys are simply superb!

I have lost my peace of mind when my roof had multiple leakages, I was hesitant to call roof repair services in Garland as the work was small and thought of doing it on my own;I tried to fix it by myself but it never lasted long; the leakages happened again & again. The small leakages lead to big leakage. One of my friends suggested R2 roof guys, I called them; they showed-up on time, inspected the roof, explained me the problem, given the best price quote (very reasonable) and repaired the roof; No more leakages; everything was fixed with perfection!
