UNRELIABLE. I would give 0 stars if I could. I called on June 19th, and I spoke to an employee, they said they were able to do everything I needed. They told me they were scheduled out to the second week of July. They took my name and number, telling me they would call me to schedule the appointment in the beginning of July. When I had not heard from them by the beginning of the second week of July I decided to search elsewhere. Highly disappointed with this company!

Two other repair places just changed the tires and sent me on. RV Doc took the time to diagnose the problem was my axle. Yeah!

RV Doc has been taking of my RV needs over 20 years. Always reliable service done at a fair price. I have complete confidence in the crew at RV Doc.

I called with an AC issue and they got me in first thing the next morning, and had it repaired before noon. Fantastic service and great people. I would absolutely recommend!

I had trouble with my pop-up well out of their service area. . They were very friendly and tried to talk me through various things I could try over the phone. This is the way businesses used to treat customers. I feel like he went the extra mile and at the same time knew that he was going to earn anything off me.
I will go out of my way to bring him any business I can.

We had problems with our tow car battery going dead. Called rv doc and they said I would be put on a list when I got there and they would get to me as so as possible. We pulled up and I went in and in about 5 minutes they were at fixing the problem. It took all of about 2 hrs total and we were on our way. Very friendly staff. We were so happy to continue on our trip. Awesome guys can’t thanks you enough

At the lake in our new camper. Called RV Doc, they have my parts. Get this, they have to repair another camper in our same state park. They are bringing me the parts!!!! I'd give a 10 star rating if I could.

Excellent customer service. Awesome people to work with. We have dealt with them for several years. We will make that extra drive from Meriden to Emporia just to deal with them.

Went in to get a price on a water heater for my camper and they told their suppliers website was down they would have to call me back with a price. Literally never ever got that call.

Probably because I also needed a propane regulator and when they rang it up at $110 and I said that was steep so I didn't get it, I think they decided right then that I wasn't their kind of customer.

I felt talked down to by the dudes in shop and they never called me like they said they would, I won't be doing business with them.

While traveling through Emporia, KS, we discovered our house batteries were almost dead (four large 6-volt), our furnace burner would not stay lit, and a pump switch needed help. After a delightful night at Camp Walmart, the friendly folks at RV Doc had our rig taken care of promptly and properly so we could get back on the road by mid-morning. Thanks for a great job at a fair price!

Great place and people! They took us in off the road and diagnosed our slide issue...I'm and out in under an hour!

I have an older pop up camper that needed to have the roof lift system repaired because the main lift cable snappped. I live in the Kansas City area and I could not find a single local shop that would agree to help me with this repair. RV Doc got it repaired for me and my pop up camper has several years of life left in it! These guys are super great to work with and really treated me fair. I will make the drive to take my RV to then to service in the future.

Newbie RVers (22' bumper pull), we were 5 days into our first trip and unsure of our tow setup, furnace wouldn't start, had a leak etc. Passing through Emporia KS we called a local trailer shop for help and they immediately referred us over to RV Doc.

When we arrived the next day all three guys in the shop, including the owner, dropped what they were doing to come check out our rig.

Thirty minutes later we pulled out not only with confidence in our tow setup, a reset and working furnace, and door weather stripping but a whole education on towing in the mountains.

RV Doc is the quintessential small town business that really cares about helping the customer and making sure they have what they need for a safe and successful RV experience. Combining that attitude with the depth and breadth of their technical knowledge leads to happy customers like us who get more than they pay for.

Highly recommend! Wish they were located in our hometown.

If they had 10 Stars I would leave them! Unbelievably nice guys. Traveling through pulling a trailer, need some emergency help, pulled off and they're going to get me in right away Monday morning. Really nice guys - so Emporia Kansas, you're very lucky to have an RV place like this.
