I’ve had a few roofs replaced in the past but have never experienced the professionalism shown by the owner, Russell Reese of R & R Roofing, the foremen, and the workers. Everything went as scheduled; there were no delays, no excuses for products not being on hand, no crew members not showing up to work, and no surprises. I personally went up on my roof several times over the week to see the work as it progressed. The workers were amazing—they worked together on every aspect of the job—no one was standing around with nothing to do! I had my old shingle roof replaced with a metal one along with new skylights and solar attic fans. Russell and the job foreman, Steve, kept me informed about how long the job would take and when they would arrive on the job each day. They took lots of photographs each day to document the missing hurricane straps and clips that were installed at this time. All in all I am very pleased with the workmanship and the decision I made to hire R & R Roofing for the job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have a new roof installed on your home.

He reassured me that this would likely take care of the issue for now, and I didn’t need to worry about replacing the entire roof just yet. However, he still provided a quote so I could start preparing for the future. Such honest and professional service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate their transparency.
