I've had Roger inspect 4 different houses through the years. He's extremely professional, reasonable, and straightforward. I have recommended him to everyone that has inquired.

As a first time buyer I was very impressed. I only had 30 days from accepted offer to closing, and RK came within three days of my call. With the quick availability, his price was more reasonable than any other inspector I found. What isn't noted by RK is that he was a city's building inspector for 12 years and brings that knowledge to the home inspection.

RK arrived on time, went through every appliance and opened every window. He climbed up to check the roof, and crawled into the attic. RK gave me advice on building code for updates my wife and I were thinking of, and had general prices for us to target for those updates. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.
