Called 3-4 weeks ago and they said they would come out for a gutter quote. They came out 4 days later and said they would come out within a week to do repairs. Great.
3 weeks later and no service done yet. I have called once a week and they keep saying they would have someone contact me. Wish I could review on their actual labor, but their unresponsiveness and consistent lying is a good indicator to reach out to another company that doesn't waste people's time.

Eck and Sons replaced my flat roof about 20 years ago. Since I couldn’t climb up on the roof to see what was going on, they sent me photos of each day’s progress. This showed a company that was concerned with their client. Like I said, this was about 20 years ago and the roof is still doing it’s job. I had one tiny leak this summer which was fixed quickly. This shows the quality of their work. I’m getting ready to sell that house and I have confidence that the roof will give the new owner no problems. I highly recommend Eck and Sons for their quality, attention to detail and integrity.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. I needed a roof inspection and estimate and called them on 2/15. They went out and promised a report by 3/4 (they had gone out to inspect the roof 10 days before that- why does it take so long to write up an estimate). Did I get the report on 3/4? Nope, and on 3/5 I called and was promised a call back. I never got a call and called again twice that day still with no call from the roofer. The roofer read my text and left me on read. This was a PAID service. I was paying a fee of 150$ for them to go down the block, check the roof, and write up a 5 minute report, which they never came through with. I had a deadline with my client which they failed to meet multiple times and kept extending the date I would get the report. In the end, I cancelled and went with another roofer that went out and sent the report all within 24 hours! This company is terrible.

A Family owned business that has been around for over a hundred years. They do all types of home improvement, from Roofing to foundation repair and everything between.
