Due to storm damage, I had to get a new roof and these guys were professional, hard-working, on time, and cleaned up after the work. Shout out to Cody Weaver for handling everything, including my insurance questions. If your roof needs attention, call these guys!!

Malique didn’t an amazing job of keeping in contact during the estimate process, explaining everything and taking time with us to make the best decisions for us. He was even on top of the rescheduling due to u expected storms that hit the area the day of our original install… he was able to move us to the next day! The crew arrived timely and worked efficiently. Malique kept me informed throughout the day.

We used Quick Roofing to replace our roof and siding from a Hail storm in May of 2023. The work was all completed in October of 2023 and looks great but the downside is their lack of communication as I continually had to follow up to check and see where things were at or find out why the crew didn't arrive on the days they were scheduled. After moving the start date 4/5 times due to weather delays or delays on other projects, I never heard when they were rescheduling for and then they arrived on a Monday and I was not aware so was unable to reschedule my work meetings (I work from home and the noise was very distracting). I also had left over materials and pallets left in my yard and the excess was not picked back up until February 2024. I would use them again, but I would request more strict communication as I need a contractor whom does all the work and gives me updates without me having to reach out to get them.

Brandon Nelson was awesome to work with. He was very hands on with the whole process. My insurance company was very frustrating to work with and he even helped with that aspect of it. He monitored the work being done and made sure we were happy with all of the work. We loved the outcome and have recommended him several times. You cannot go wrong choosing him and this company!!

Malique worked with us on getting our roof done as well as our house sided. He's kind, caring, polite, and professional. The crews were kind , quick, and great at their job. Thank you for making our house look great.

I wouldn’t use these guys again. Had to replace a gutter on garage. They only had 5” gutters with them but they insisted they would do the job. Of course they didn’t. Water still pours onto my outdoor tv (which is why I had them replaced to begin with). I have called back 4 times now to replace with 6” gutters, but no one has retuned my call. It’s been almost 2 months. Now I’m spending money on another company to fix their mess. They did our rubber roof at the same time and did a very good job. But not worth the hassle of the gutter.

Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. Was pawned off from one individual to another. Didnt listen to anything we had to say and had to repeat ourselves multiple times. We had everything picked out within 2 days for siding colors roof type etc. and still took months to get an updated quote that still didnt have what we asked for. Then the rep cancelled the next 4 meetings over the next 3 months making a new excuse and then just stopped responding all together.

Since they decided to respond, I guess I’ll write what my review was for to clarify. The sign we could let go as a misunderstanding once we found out what was going on — the review was left due to the employees unprofessional “F you” and hanging up on my husband then trying to deflect it in a poor excuse for a apology through text. Yikes to you for employing people such as that.

I worked with Malique on getting my roof replaced and he was so patient, responsive, and quick at getting the roof replaced. His roofing crew did an amazing job, it was all cleaned up nicely, and they were done in a day. I’m very impressed and I highly recommend giving them a call!!

Salesperson is very unethical and does not follow thru on his word. Had to have them come back several times to do rework. Called into office and manager defended the salesperson. Don’t waste your time or money. They are about getting the sign in your yard and cutting all the corners.

quick roofing did a 110% job on my house. there workers were all very polite and professional. they were on time and worked very very hard to complete the job on time. they cleaned up every bit of mess. i would highly recommend using them. good job to the whole crew!! you guys are all tough sob's and took on a nightmare job with the roof on my house!!! thank you!!

As a small business owner I couldn’t imagine just leaving a customer hanging and ignoring all phone calls and text. I had no issues with two guys coming to my house to look at a vent issue we had, they advised they would get back to me on a solution. Never heard a thing I’ve called and text multiple times, and just ignored. Sadly I guess they don’t think it’s worth the time.

Insurance turned down several times. Perry and Miguel helped get it approved and work was complete in one day after just a week or so wait. Highly recommend .

After the big hail storm, I had to have my roof, gutters and gutter covers replaced. My neighbor had recommended Quick Roofing. Eddie was very easy to deal with. They ended up working on both of my houses. Everything looks great and were done in a sort amount of time.

Brandon Nelson helped us immensely with the whole process of replacing our roof after a storm. He made sure to be at our house when the insurance inspector came by, and also made sure my insurance company included some materials that were required by state code that they had forgotten to include in their evaluation. The roof itself looks great, and the new gutters are much better than what we had. The work was arranged quickly, and was done quickly too. Over all, our experience was seamless and the end product looks great.

Michael was promptly on the scene after a large hail storm. He assessed the damage and worked with our insurance company throughout the entire process. When it was decided a full roof replacement was needed, it was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. The entire roof was replaced in a single day and the cleanup was thorough. I left for work and when I came home new roof was on and you literally couldn’t tell they were there. Roof looks great and even with high winds that day which I figured would be a nightmare of tar paper and shingles flying everywhere I couldn’t find one piece of debris anywhere. I can't say enough about how amazing my experience has been with this company! Malique Ziegler and the guys at Quick Roofing saved us about $12,000!! I met Malique Ziegler at our house because the roof on our house and detached garage were in rough shape and we wanted an estimate for replacement. Malique is honestly one of the kindest people I've ever met, I could tell right away that his kindness is 100% genuine and not an act put on in an attempt to make a sale! He jumped up on our roof and found signs of damage, he suggested we contact our home insurance company and ask that an insurance adjuster come out to assess possible storm damage. Due to the overall condition of our roof it had never crossed our minds to call out an insurance adjuster. We would have paid out of pocket for this to be done, actually, we couldn't have afforded to have this work done if it hadn't been for Malique looking out for us! He even met the adjuster at our house to show him what he saw when he inspected...needless to say, our insurance company ended up buying out our roof and gutters on both the house and the detached garage! Malique and I discussed color options, he sent me the bid the same day, and had the guys out to do the roof a couple of days later! The guys were AMAZING too! Had both the roof on the house and garage completely replaced in one day, they even offered to toss out the two ugly antennas that were attached to our roof when we bought the house!! Malique followed up the same night to see what we thought about the job and was just as excited and happy as we were about helping us save so much money and having both of our roofs replaced! He took care of literally EVERYTHING, I didn't have to call and ask for a single thing, or wonder when things would be done or how things would go. We recently had our siding redone on our 90 year old home. Brandon Nelson was so awesome to work with and walked us through the entire process, was incredibly communicative, and made sure we were happy with the final product. The crews were so quick with tear down and getting the house wrapped and resided. My Quick Roofing salesman, Cody, came to my house multiple times to share findings with insurance representatives and put in the effort to submit his report to the agency. Once approved for replacement, Cody described the process and shared multiple samples to help with any decisions. The process was quick, and our roof and gutters are in place and look great.

When the derecho storm rolled through in August I was overwhelmed on what to do. Part of my fence was blown over, I had shingles blown off, gutter damage, etc. I was dreading having to get ahold and coordinate multiple companies. Quick Roofing (specifically Cody) came along and eased my concern. Not only could they fix my fence but they could handle everything that I needed done. Good luck they replace my roof after the 2019 hail storm, so the day of the derecho I called and was told that I was on the schedule, I send the estimate and was told we will get you taken care of, 6 months later I was told they were to busy and couldn’t get to me, it’s only a few shingles, I get the feeling that because it not enough money they don’t want to bother. They also put siding on and I have been on the schedule for over a year for them to fix the rusty nails

We had some hail damage on our roof, we called and set an appointment to have QR come out and take a look, not only did they find roof damage they also found damage to our gutters and downspouts.
Brian Knight was in constant contact with me throughout the process. Our roof looks fantastic and they were in and out in one day, when they were done you couldn’t even tell they had been there.

I called several Roofing companies to get an estimate for storm damage to my roof. Cody Helm was the only one to return my call. He came and inspected the roof gave me an estimate. We hired the company. They showed up early in the morning and were done by the evening. They did an excellent job on the roof and cleaned up everything. They were very good and professional. I will recommend them to anyone that needs Roofing work done.

We needed our roof replaced after the derecho in August. Many of our neighbors had their roofs replaced because of hail earlier in the year. I called Quick Roofing because they did like 8 houses on our block & I am so glad that I did! Cody was great to work with, very responsive & willing to help! He made the whole process considerably easier than I had anticipated. This was my first insurance claim I had ever filed & he was soooo much more helpful at explaining than the insurance company was. He even met with the insurance adjustor & went over the damage with him. The roofing crew arrived bright & early in a very organized manner. They got right to work and were done by mid-day! When other reviews say they cleaned up like they weren’t even there- it’s true! Absolutely spotless, I have yet to find a single nail or piece of trash. I can’t recommend this company enough. Did I mention how nice our new roof looks?! The service & the quality of product were above and beyond.

I am on the HOA Board for the Orchard Hills Villas in Norwalk Iowa. We have 10 buildings with 92 homes that all needed to have roofs replaced. Brian Knight and his team were fantastic to work with in all aspects. By the time we gave the go ahead to have Quick Roofing start work, we were on a very tight timeline to have it completed and have the cost covered by insurance. Brian told us that they could meet this timeline and they followed through on that promise. Brian was very responsive with any questions that we had and even offered us several upgrades such as getting rid of our box vents and installing ridge vent at the same cost as estimates from other companies that didn't include upgrades. This has given our homes a visual improvement that we are very happy with. The workers were very respectful of the very tights spaces that we are in and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend Quick Roofing.

Scott was professional, super to work with and very reasonably priced. He saved us a lot of time and money. I would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond. He came to look at the work and the next day I had a new roof. Unbelievably fast!

Scott came after a neighbor's tree fell and gave me a good price much lower than the other 2 quotes and he worked around our schedule to make the repairs and the crew showed when they said they would be there and stuck right to budget that we were told it was going to be. We didn't sticker shock after the crew was finished due to a different price that was given from the beginning. I would definitely work Scott again if we needed his services again.

They came out, did a thorough inspection and told us we should submit to insurance. Not something we were even thinking we could do, but glad they told us to. Scott then gave us an estimate and worked with our budget. They were quick to schedule an appointment and install was completed in the morning. They cleaned up as if they were never there. It was great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality roof.

Left our house an absolute mess. Ripped screens, knives stabbed in our tree, broken pots. Had another contractor out to look at our roof that was replaced in 2019 after recent damage and he said our shingles already looked 25+ years old. Depending on who your sales guy is you can have a great experience or be left with the years long battle we have experienced.
