Todd and crews did a lot of work for my mother, replacing the entire roof and siding. Mom and I both found them to be incredibly hard working and fair. I can't recommend QR&C highly enough. Taylor and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. My home was hit in the massive hail storm in Summerset in June. It was my first claim, and Taylor kindly walked me through the whole process and was always available for follow up calls when I had questions or information. They also did their best to support my military career and service and were awesome in helping me save some money that way. The work itself also speaks for itself - very great quality products and installation. I am extremely pleased with the service and quality I got from this crew and (hopefully I won't have to but) will definitely use Quality Roofing again in the future.

Taylor Boos at Quality Roofing & Construction Inc did an outstanding job communicating with us through our week-long date with his roofing crew. By having installation experience himself, Taylor saw the details that others might miss when working with property owners and their insurance companies. He was also as worried as a farmer about the weather and constantly monitored the progress versus the forecasted weather and made adjustments accordingly.
The crew were amazing on the 9/12 and 12/12 pitches and they even had a person on the ground dedicated to cleanup and magnet duty (picking up nails) each day! Their quality of work and respect for our property, coupled with the regular communication from Taylor, was perfect.

Quality Roofing and construction recently put all new siding, soffits, fascia, new roof, gutters and downspouts on my home. After a hailstorm we had multiple roofing companies contact us We went with QUALITY ROOFING as they are LOCAL. Chris Braband is great. We had an extra tough pitch to our roof. No problem. They replaced, fixed, and cleaned up-very professional. So glad they are here in Rapid City.

I contacted Chris with Quality Roofing when I was having some issues with my roof that another company had installed. He sent guys out to take a look and informed me the previous company had not done the installation correctly and was not even up to code. I had been trying to contact the company that installed it without any response but Chris gave me ideas on how to contact them and what to say to get them to repair the roof at no cost to me. This saved me literally thousands and was well beyond the call of service for Chris and Quality Roofing. They easily could have told me what was wrong and walked away since it was due to another company but he took the time to walk me through it and saved my bacon! And they did it all at no cost to me.

I suspected I had wind damage to my roof. I reached out to Chris with Quality Roofing, he stopped out and took a look. I did not need to replace the roof just a few replacement shingles, his crew was able to make the necessary repairs quickly for me. Thanks Chris and Quality Roofing!

Top notch local business. Taylor and employees provided great attention and advice to mitigate a residential roof leak that several other businesses could not. In fact quality roofing was the only business that attempted to trouble shoot the issue rather then just recommend a new roof through insurance. Tyler was fantastic to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and professional. I wasn’t happy with my original trim color. He came over the same day, brought samples, and switched out the color within a day. The communication and help was above and beyond! We also worked with Cassidy for the gutter installation. Quality of work was great, but the concern for personal items as well as clean up around the building was terrible. Still finding nails in the driveway and parking spots. Also, no concern for saftey of people coming and going from the apartment building, especially the elderly and handicapped. Actually had a high lift supplying material over the main entrance without any concern for people coming and going.

Taylor responded to our call in a timely manner and the repair was done quickly. He was professional and pleasant to work with … will call Quality Roofing again when we have a need.

Quality Roofing installed new shingles on our house one year ago and did a wonderful job. This week they were back to install a new diverter to the back of our chimney and new caulking in the area to fix a problematic drainage problem. They fixed this problem so fast, I didn't even know they had done it. Thanks for getting this problem solved fast!

There a few companies out there with phenomenal skill, craftsmanship, & customer service- Quality Roofing is such a company! Everytime I called Or texted Taylor he either answered immediately or replied within no more than 1 hour. Quality Roofing did an AMAZING job on both the roof of the hotel in Summerset that I managed & the gutters on my house . The hotel & convention center were completed in literally 2 1/2 days! Absolutely incredible workmanship on top of taking very little time to complete. All with no disruption in business. They cleaned the areas so well when finished that you could not even tell they were ever there. Quality Roofing deserves its name! I recommend no one else!!! Thank you fellas !
