I would highly recommend Quality Rain Gutters for your rain gutter installation needs. They provided an estimate within 2 days of requesting and after approving were able to install the following week. Other companies would not even schedule an estimate when requested. They did a first class professional job and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results.

The crew were prompt, professional, did great work, cleaned everything up before they left. Before the work started they verified that the work order was correct! They tested the gutters before showing me the completed work for a stamp of approval! Would highly recommend!

For a relatively small project I expected better attention to details like small gaps between gutter edge and facia like closure with metal to wood gasket screws and calking to prevent dripping of rain down facia that turn to icicles in Winter. Attention to appropriate and consistent angle to downspout poor. Now have pooling in middle run section. Was going to call and have them fix, or finish, work until I heard their adjuster make untrue disparaging remarks about me to a neighbor who used this company and they had issues requiring this company to return and fix problems. She didn’t know I was within earshot and neighbor confirmed her “rude comments” about me being too picky. So at 71 years of age with physical limitations I did the repairs myself instead of wasting my time and money with this company. Now I don’t have water trickling here and there along gutter against facia. Want it done right? Do it yourself! If you are unable to DYI, choose a different company than Quality Gutter and Remodeling.

Quality Rain gutters really live up to their name. I chose to go with this company because several of my neighbors got service done by this company and said they were satisfied with their services. I am a new homeowner in Anchorage and I am not very familiar with gutters but the workers walked though the job, planning out what they will be doing, and finished it in a timely manner.

I would give AK Quality Rain Gutters zero stars if I could, and I do not recommend them. I am a GC, and got an estimate for gutters on a house that I'm building for a client. Their estimate seemed fair, so I decided to schedule with AK Quality. I was told it would be a few weeks before they could install the gutters on the house. The day that they were supposed to arrive, they call me to tell me that they need several hundred dollars more (however, could not specify the exact overrun) to complete the job. In addition to wasting my time, they have put me in a position to absorb any added costs that may be incurred in finding an alternative. Buyer beware; these people did not honor their quote or their scheduling.

I’m having a new deck installed and decided to replace the gutters as well to help preserve the investment. Called them For an estimate and they came that day. Other company’s took a week just for someone to come by for an estimate and then we’re 6 weeks out for install. They worked with my schedule, came when scheduled, and knocked out the gutter install in an afternoon. Great service and I’d use them again.

I could not recommend them more. Joy showed up within an hour of me calling her for an estimate. Within the week, gutters that matched our house arrived and were installed. We have a lot of different roof lines and a very tall roof line in the back and they were able to finish all installation within 3 hours.

We used him on a fairly large job (new construction duplex) a few years ago. The work was outstanding so we used him recently for a much smaller job. Same high-quality work, and fair price, on a small job as a large one.

Highly recommended. I had new gutters installed - the owner explained the options, was very prompt and communicative, offered a very competitive bid, and did high-quality work in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again.
