Quality Insulation of Meredith

I am a couple days late sending this over but Monday and Tuesday of this week (October 5th 2020) we had Rob and Sky out to our home in Gorham to spray some insulation. It is important that you know they were very professional, very knowledgeable, and quite enjoyable to work with. We are so thrilled by the job they have done we have chosen to wait to have more work done to our home so that we can have your company back to do the next steps in the project.

I moved into an old 1920s cape where the family prior had to all sleep in the living room because it was so cold and drafty. Shortly after moving in Will came out and looked over the work. We gutted the upstairs and dug out the crawl space - doing all suggested modifications and we couldn’t be happier. The house is a balmy 72 degrees heated only by a old stove. My only complaint is that he doesn’t come back and bring the wood in for me; but I can’t be too picky because the work was fantastic!!!! Quality insulation is the only place to go in NH. They stand behind their work and won’t sleep until it’s done right.

I had them water proof my foundation and they hit all 4 basement windows with the stuff and some of it landed on my wifes new car. A couple of simple steps would've prevented this. I know stuff happens and mistakes are made but the response from them on fixing it has been unacceptable. After a bunch of phone calls made to the office and the salesman all I got was a text message saying "we'll clean it in the spring". And I'm told it's nearly impossible to clean. I've also called the office several times for receipt and haven't gotten anything. The work was done 3 months ago. I honestly think 0 stars is more appropriate and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Paid my money, set date for the work only to find out that the estimator screwed up and didn't notice tube and nob electric. They canceled the job and I'm still waiting fort a refund. Called the company and they told me 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund because I paid by check. The payment was made a month prior to scheduling of work and we now have to wait to have another company come and do the job.
