Rob and his entire crew at Nor'easter roofing did an AMAZING job on our new roof. From the first phone call to them pulling out of our driveway they were responsive, professional and efficient. They showed up when they said they would on time and completed the project in one day. They were neat in making sure that the area was well protected and then completely cleaned up when they were done (including removal of all of the nails and debris). The roof itself is beautiful and really upgraded the look of the house. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family with confidence.

I had a positive experience with Nor’easter Roofing. When other companies that I called showed OK their incompetence over the phone I CalledNor’easter. The owner, Rob, came by that day, took measurements set up a contract and kept in touch. Even sooner than we had anticipated, the crew came and got the work done all the work from prep to final cleanup took one day. Everything went according to the script. I appreciate this companies professionalism, and on a personal note the owner is friendly and straightforward.

Top notch from planning to completion. We had worked with Rob and his team during a home addition project 7 years ago so we knew we could trust him and went with him for this more timely repair (squirrel damage causing a leak). We had a complicated project of coordinating solar panel removal, roof replacement and flashing repair around the chimney) and solar panel reinstallation. Rob and his team were very communicative, worked within the schedule confines (replaced the roof/flashing 2 days after the panels were removed), followed up, and executed the job as planned. They left my flower bed in pristine condition despite being right below the roof (front beds), and cleaned throughout the project to ensure that there were no nails/debris left. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Oct 2022 - Rob's crew worked from 7am to after 7pm to get my roof done (steeply pitched, several angles and dormers). They also did an excellent job cleaning up!!! It looks fabulous and I can't wait to get the windows done next! I highly recommend them.

I would like to say a few words concerning Nor'easter Roofing. I'll begin with saying how professional and knowledgeable Rob was while outlining the scope of repairs necessary to replace the roof on my home in Douglas, MA.. After signing the contract and giving him the deposit he indicated that they would be ready to begin the work in two week. Imagine my surprise when he called with the start date of exactly two weeks. His crew arrived at seven am, they replaced the roofing material, and left my home and property cleaner than it was on their arrival. I can and will recommend Nor'easter Roofing to my family, neighbors and friends without apprehension for their needs.

Not Easter Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof, sky lights and gutters. Highly knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Would absolutely recommend.

We did a lot of research and got quotes from numerous roofing companies in preparation for replacement of our 25-year old roof. Rob gave us a great quote, compared to other companies, and considering his many years of experience and master installer status, along with the products he uses, we felt confident giving him our business. He estimated that installation would occur in early June, so we were surprised when he called and told us he could install on May 24th. I was impressed by the coordination of the crew, the delivery of the shingles, the drop-off of the dumpster for the old shingles...everything was beautifully orchestrated and well-timed. Rob suggested a multi-colored shingle with a black drip edge, instead of the uniform charcoal grey shingle with a white drip edge that we previously had. He said this combination would look great on our house. We trusted his judgement and are very happy with the new look. His employees were courteous, efficient and hard-working. They did a very good job of protecting my plants around the house, as well as my patio furniture, and they blew off my driveway afterwards, making it cleaner than before they arrived. We had to travel out of state mid-day on the day of installation so we did not get to see the finished roof until the next morning. Upon inspection, we had a couple of small issues that required a little attention, but they took care of those things to our satisfaction without delay. I would highly recommend Nor'Easter Roofing to homeowners and business owners alike.

A small piece of siding got ripped off our house by a storm. Rob and company were very responsive and professional even though it was such a small job. Will definitely use them again!

3 years ago I was researching for roofing companies for my son and daughter in laws new home and found Nor'easter roofing. On October 27, 2021 we had a hard rain and 60 mph winds. The entire north and part of the east side of my roof was leaking. I now remembered what I had read in those reviews about Nor'easter roofing and called Rob.

Rob was very responsive to what I needed , not wanting to go into winter with tarps on my 15 year old roof that had 50 year shingles. Today there is a new roof on the house and I am at ease that the house will be dry. Yes I do recommend NoR'Easter Roofing

Had a new roof installed mid-October by Nor'easter. Most of the plywood needed to be replaced due to poor ventilation when house was built. This company had been recommended by 2 of my neighbors. Roof looks fantastic! Great crew who were very professional! Highly recommend! 5-star company!!

Rob and the team did an incredible job on our roof. When we purchased our home last summer we knew that a new roof would be necessary in the near future. Rob came out for an estimate the day after I contacted him, and did a thorough inspection of our attic area and roof, and was able to identify some water damage caused by a poorly installed satellite dish. After reviewing the cost options, materials, and setting us up with a quote, it was clear that we would be in good hands.

We had existing solar on our roof which needed to be removed prior to the installation of the new roof, and Rob and his team worked around our schedule to ensure that it could happen.

On installation day, the team arrived promptly in the morning, and everything was incredibly well managed. both our home, and the house next door were executed simultaneously, and they had our roof stripped and installed within an afternoon. The team did a great job cleaning up, and inspecting / combing the area for any left over debris and nails.

We used Nor'easter Roofing to repair our vinyl siding and roof, after a tree fell and ripped the incoming power line off of our house. They performed quality work and were great to work with!

Overall just an excellent experience. I shopped for three qualified roof installers to reroof our home. Noreaster's price was in the middle. Tyler, the foreman was just super. Experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He offered ideas, on venting and shingle selection. Certainteed products thru and thru, replaced a skylight, workers were fantastic. More than professional, from the quote to the actual install Rob and his crew were affordable, professional and had my roof done in a matter of hours. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the products used as well as the installation and clean up.

Had large ice dams forming on the edges of my roof. Contacted them early in the morning, heard back immediately, and they were there by early afternoon to remove the dams. They worked quickly and left the roof clear of ice and snow. Would recommend.

These guys were GREAT! They arrived when they said they would and were off. Each worker knew exactly what his or her responsibility was. By 9:00 most of shingles were removed. By 1:00 2/3 of the roof was replaced and by 4:00 they were cleaning my yard to make it better than when they arrived. The roof looks great.

We just had a siding issue with a piece of trim on our chimney came loose. I called and they came out the next day to fix the issue. just like the review below when we had a roof problem I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a roof leak problem that needed repair quickly. I called Nor'ester at 8am in the morning and they were at my home within a few hours. They not only repaired the roofing issue but diagnosed the cause and fixed that as well. They were professional. polite and explained everything to me in terms I could understand, I would recommend them to anyone that has roofing needs. Rob also helped me with some references for other work that I wanted done. Overall, great company and great people.

Rob was both the best bid on my roof and easily the most knowledgeable person who came to look at my job. Had some weather delays, but well worth the wait for a quality job. When the day came for construction, the only things left at the end of the job were a new roof and a few spare shingles. Rob will be my first call when I decide to look into replacing the siding on my house.

We had some major ice dams develop this year and Nor'easter had them cleared less than 2 hours after my call. They gave a fair price and provided recommendations on how to mitigate the issue going forward. We'll be calling them soon for help with insulation.

Called on a Sunday and he answered his phone! He came out right away to clear up an ice damn when water was leaking into the house. Very professional and knowledgeable would highly recommend!

I had an emergency situation at a multi-family housing unit where it was determined that the roof needed to be replaced immediately.
I called Nor'easter along with several other roofing companies in order to get quotations. The owner Rob came out and met with me personally the day after I contacted him to access the situation and was very descriptive about the roof replacement process.
Nor'easter’s price was very competitive and Rob gave me the confidence that the project would be done right. Knowing the roof was leaking and that we had an emergency situation on our hands he was able to make some adjustments to his busy schedule and fit me in 4 days later! How’s that for customer service!!

Just had our roof done and we love the color! Nor'Easter started early in the morning and were done by 2 PM! The team worked hard. Removed all old shingles, nails, and debris. Added frost/ice protection and they have a great warranty on the shingles. Very happy with Rob and his team's work. Highly recommend.

A great experience with our roof reshingle using Nor'[Easter. Rob was prompt, on time, willing to answer any question at almost any time. He went out of his way to get here quickly so that a renovation that we had going on wouldn't be delayed... AND did the entire roof (with what seemed like an army of men!) in one day. It looks great and so far, well it's functioning like a roof should. :)
