Great job. . workers knew their jobs and did wonderful work. Kept every thing cleaned up. Owner was a very good communicator. Would definitely use them again.

We called Rick to have a ceiling panel replaced and set up a morning appointment. This panel replacement was needed before we could proceed to get an air conditioner installed. Day of, he called saying he couldn't make it and would need to reschedule for that evening.

That evening he comes and has a look at the panel and says he will be able to come back tomorrow to do the replacement. The next morning comes and he calls again saying he again can't make it and that it'll be another week before he can come out.

One week later and he just completely blew off the appointment, no call, no message, or anything. He seems to just be ignoring our calls now so it seems like this was all just a big waste of time.

It did sound like there was some miscommunication in regards to the type of panel being replaced so I can understand how this could cause some problems or delay (I can't say who was at fault, if anyone). However, this wasn't known the first time he rescheduled and was known when he set the second appointment so I don't think it had any direct affect on how things played out.

Rick and his crew have recently completed a bathroom remodel in my house. I was very pleased with the work that was performed from estimate to completion.
