The wood siding they did was an absolutely terrible job filled with damages. It looks terrible. We paid extra for them to stain it in their warehouse but they wanted to stain it in our house which we told them no. Now they're telling us to finish and touch up the stain work they did (TERRIBLE) in our house when we paid for them to do it???? They took our blinds down and didn't put them back up. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. all the pictures are their work and terrible finish that Quality home exteriors did. if you want this terrible workmanship then feel free. But i wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone, the Pictures speak for themselves.
QHE performed window replacement on my home in July of 2021 (17 windows total). The installation process was fine overall. However, one of the windows is defective (top sash of double hung window is off track and will not seal). I got in touch with several individuals from QHE to have someone take a look. After multiple missed/re-scheduled appointments, they became completely unresponsive (no response to texts, emails, phone calls, and I've even attempted to visit their office address on several occasions). As a result of very poor follow up experience, I strongly recommend going with another contractor.
It’s almost like we have a new house! We bought a cute little house at a good price in 2018, but all the “updates” that were done in the prior owners hands were builders grade or less when it came to quality, and none of it was maintained. After a consultation from QHE, the exterior of our home is the best on the block! And with the new basically maintenance free gutters, we don’t have the water problems on the property that we did before! That means I get to enjoy our home and spend less time on a ladder year round, and that we have peace of mind that we didn’t have before. The best part is that the new outside means savings inside - on our energy bills. Even on a day like today, when it feels like 7F outside, we are warm and cozy inside without the furnace running constantly. 5 star service, fast, friendly, responsive, and all around - a life saver!
We had a great experience with Quality Home Exteriors. The scheduling and installation were smooth and we love our new windows!
Great experience, installers came early which was nice and waited for the rain to stop and once the rain stopped it was done in no time and installers cleaned up and left no evidence. 100 percent recommend for windows and any other jobs you may need
Paid top dollar to have my tub removed then replaced with a walk in shower. Said 4 to 6 weeks to get to the project was closer to 8. Was told would take 2 days (advertised as 1 day) and actually took 3 days. Created a huge mess when a water pipe was broken but was here with their hand out to get the check for full price before they cleaned up the mess. Sent an email response for feedback to the company and they have not replied.
Would not recommend this company if you are elderly and looking for a safer way to shower.
We had our gutters replaced by Quality Home Exterior. We had two crews come out - one to remove the old gutters and install the soffit and fascia and the second to install the new gutters. Although there was a delay between the crews, the work that was done was excellent and quick!
From beginning to end they were quick and very helpful and reliable! VERY happy with our windows and will use them again for other projects!
UPDATE: That was my review 4 years ago after my windows were installed. We ended up moving about 9mo after the windows were installed. They had promised us a lifetime guarantee that would transfer to a new owner should we choose to move. Before we moved one of the windows latches broke. Someone came out to look and said it needed a certain part he didn’t have, but he was going to be gone for a week and then he’ll be back. No one ever came back. I called and the people who answered the phone were always like yes they’ll get right back to you and nothing.
Then when we were moving I called probably 4/5 times to see what information I needed to have to give to the next owner about the warranty. No one ever returned my call. I was just so shocked and so mad. I wish I would have done more about it in the moment but I still think back on that and just think how we spent so much freaking money on those windows to just have them go back on their word.
Worked quickly to make our house look amazing. My husband and I were out of town when the house got resided, but we had absolutely no issues. Even our roommates came home the day after and called us to tell us they had no clue the workers had even been there. Fantastic service all around!
The window installation was great, Their installer, Gary was very professional and did an excellent job! Their CEO, Brian is a good person to talk to. He listens and he is truthful.
BUT, we are very upset with their Program Director, William Lockhart, he is 100% LIAR. When he first came to our house, he was nice and acted like he’s trustworthy. HE IS NOT. He gave us all the wrong information regarding the financial part of the deal.
First, he quoted us a monthly payment, then it changed, then when we called GreenSky Financing, they made us look stupid.
Second, the 5 month promotion, he said, we are not going to pay for anything until the windows were installed. The promotion will start on our 1st payment. Our loan was approved in January 2019, the windows were installed on April 2019. We started making payments on May 2019. In June 2019, we were told the promotion has ended. When I spoke with GreenSky Financing, everyone said, the promotion started in January 2019, when our loan was approved!!! How can the promotion run if the windows were not even installed. We were incurring interest rate even though the window is not yet installed!!!
From the moment William Lockhart stepped into our, all I ever asked him was to be honest. Give us the exact monthly payments without any hidden agenda. Tell us exactly what to expect...he promised he will. HE IS LIAR! We never asked for freebies, or discount or special treatment, we only wanted him to tell us the truth. When he told us that our account with GreenSky was updated, and said that we can check it right away, we did...guess what, GreenSky Financing told us otherwise! When we decided to cancel the deal, William Lockhart had the nerve to threaten us with their Lawyers!
Although we love our windows, because Gary did an awesome job, we 100% regret dealing with William Lockhart!!!
This is my sad experience and I will tell everyone we know.
They were great to work with, very quick to get the windows in and they were able to get the windows installed ahead of schedule. We can tell a huge difference in the temperature of our house this summer since i ha ing the new windows installed.
I can’t recommend this company enough. I bought my home about 1 year ago and had 6 windows with bad seals. I had superior communication from every person involved in getting them replaced from getting the quote, then measurements, ordering, delivery and install. I always knew exactly what to expect right down to the names of the people I should expect to show up at my door. The windows were custom and came in sooner than expected and were installed within days of arriving. They were very accommodating of my work schedule and left everything as clean as they found it with no materials left behind. I will be calling them for any future exterior work I need for my home.
Very efficient with scheduling a day/time for my gutters and when they installed them. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I was very pleased with the work and the cost.
Scott, one of their program directors, came to our house after an appointment was set and was 20min late to the appointment, and then wasn't prepared to do any of the measurements to give us a quote on the siding. He then said he would give us a call in the next 2 days to set up a new time for him to come out and do the measurements and NEVER called. I called him after 3 days and we set up an appointment for the following Thursday. He NEVER showed AND he NEVER called again!!!!! Super unprofessional!!! For a company that does business based off of word of mouth and reviews this was terrible! I think the company itself is good, but this representative was terrible. The people we spoke to on the phone to set up the original appointment was kind and pleasant, but we haven't not ever heard back from anyone and it's been 3 weeks since Scott was supposed to show up and when I called the office I got voicemail the 3 times I called during business hours.
QHE did a phenomenal job installing windows and a new patio door for my mom. They were extremely knowledgeable and we never felt pushed in to any decisions or commitments. Everyone was pleasant to interact with, and they did what they said they’d do, on time. We love the end results!
We had new windows installed recently and the company took amazing care of us and our home. They were professional and efficient. The windows have made so much difference to our home. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.
Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and quick service. True professionals & experts in their field. We have had great success with Quality Home Exteriors managing complex projects for us. I highly recommend this company without hesitation!
Great people to work with! They worked around our schedules and were quick to answer any questions we had. We love our new windows that they installed and we plan on having them redo a few more things around the house! Highly recommend!!
We just completed the project to replace siding and wraps on the windows and the overall experience was great!
When we moved into our home last fall we quickly noticed that noise and Heating/Cooling would be an issue. We live on a busy street and traffic could be heard from all rooms of the house starting in the early morning and going into the late night. As the winter set in this year and we faced negative temperatures the heating became a BIG issue. Even with the thermostat turned up during the night we were still cold and some parts of our floors that were above the bump out were just ice. We needed to fix this and were looking into DropFill foam but then we found out the potential issues with that.
*Since the old insulation isn’t removed pockets large air pockets can form in the wall
*The foam itself can be filled incorrectly which can cause walls to break/rupture
*You cannot verify if it’s done correctly since all the work is hidden
* Some business in the area don’t offer the service anymore due to liability and lack of customer satisfaction.
About this time a rep with Quality Home Exteriors stopped by and set up a meeting with me and my wife. At the meeting they went over what they were offering, Prodigy insulated vinyl siding, a whole house wrap, and window wraps (the wraps added a bit of extra cost but are totally worth it, there is a picture showing a window before the wrap was done). The meeting ran for over an hour and at the end they were offering a fix to our issues on heating/cooling, noise (noise is subjective, so they ensure us it would be noticeably less but not completely gone), increased curb appeal, low maintenance, and an extensive warranty. It was so much more than what DropFill offered and I couldn’t pass up on the opportunity. They also offered several ways that financing could be done to fund the project since they work with several lenders.
We meet with Bill several times leading up to the signing of the papers and even after and each time he was professional, informative, and non-pressuring. He worked with our crazy schedule/health issues to make the meetings work and answered a ton of my emails that I sent asking for more data on the project. He worked with us to make financing happen and even came up with some out of the box ideas when we ran into a few issues and were short of financing the whole project. Overall, he was just a nice guy to deal with.
When the crew arrived, we noticed they don’t speak English all that well (not sure if this is all crews or the one assigned to us), and since me and my wife don’t speak Spanish it did make it difficult to express concerns or answer questions quickly. We were able to work through this, but I think it might be more efficient to have the crew review the property, record all their questions, and then have someone who is fluently bilingual interact with the customer before they start the work. Even though we had some communication issues everyone was kind, quick, and professional with the install. They were always asking questions regarding how we wanted to see the install go when it came to existing wires, outside boxes, and other random things that were in the way of the install. Within a week the whole project was done, and they were intent to ensure we approved how the install looked. We just completed the review with Bill today and he was unable to find any issues with the install. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and even checked the driveway for screws, so they didn’t end up in my tires. Once special item we had then do was to remove a window from the bathroom. Even this was done without issues; they remove the window, framed up the area, placed insulation, and then drywalled the hole.
I would recommend Quality Home Exteriors to anyone looking to do a siding project and would use them again if we are in the market for their other offerings!
Extremely happy with all points of the transaction, from the approach, to the sales call, to the installation and the final product. We received all that was promised which is the definition of professionalism as far as I'm concerned.
We had been talking to window companies and getting estimates and had decided to wait on windows and gutters. A rep from QHI came by the house and we were very wary of door to door sales reps. I looked into the company and aggreed to have a sales man come to do a presentation. We were impressed with the quality of product and quality of company and decided this was the company for us. The gutters look great and the installers were professional and on time. The windows look amazing and fixed our draft issue. Our new living room window is amazing. Gary was on time and professional. He cleaned up afterward too.
We had an issue with the bathroom window and the see thoroughness of the window. The company is fixing this issue so that's good.
We had quality home Exteriors do our siding and gutters. They did a great job! Very professional, timely, communicated any issues and concerns. We ran into an issue and quality found a timely solution to it. Very happy with the work and team!
Everyone was very professional and friendly. The windows arrived quickly and the install was fast and well done. Overall I am very satisfied with the results and my home looks great with the new windows!
I bought new windows from Quality Home. The process was so easy. I own an older home so my frames are crooked. It was not an issue though. The installer just ran to the hardware store and pretty much rebuilt my frames. My windows fit amazing and I no longer have leaks. I'm in love with my new windows.
We hired Quality Homes to do our roof. In doing so their crew destroyed our air conditioner. They laid a tarp down to catch shingles as they were scraping the roof and covered the outside A.C. unit. Because it could not get air the motor burned up as did the unit inside attached to furnace. They did pay to replace this. The crew also destroyed our basement window well covers...which have still not been replaced. My husband also had to go on the roof and finish reattaching the gutters on one side of the house where they left the fasteners just hanging. All of these things SHOULD be logical things for professional roofers I would think. Other than all of this, the roof did get replaced in a timely manner and it does look good. It has rained and no leaks. Would I choose this company again...I'm not sure. The attention to details was severely lacking.
My husband and I had been talking about looking into getting new windows. Then someone showed up at our door from QHI.
After giving them our information, we met with the saleman. He was very nice and respectful, as was they woman in the office. It took about 6 weeks from sale to install. The installers came on time and on the set date. One thing I didn't like was that the installers were a different company. (Different name on truck) we probably ended up paying more then we needed to because of the middle man. Also one of our windows was measured a little short though they made it work. Overall a wonderful experience.
We hired Quality Home Exteriors to replace our soffits, fascia and gutters. We met with Bill who gave us an excellent presentation on all the steps we would go through. The work was completed in a timely manner with high quality materials. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly, and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. We were very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Quality Home Exteriors for any of your exterior needs.

We own a home that had the original asbestos siding. Quality Home Exteriors had the best option for dealing with that issue compared to other siding companies. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the crew that performed the work were respectful. The area around our home was cleaned up before they stopped working each day. The house looks great and we would definitely recommend them to others.
They did a fabulous job and their crews are fast and clean up excellent. They installed 11 windows in less than 8 hours. Love our new windows
Pros: Quickly started job, quick to make adjustments to order (see below), great customer service and responsiveness
Cons: Didn’t have a lot of time to price compare with other vendors,
Services done: shake roof tear off, new composite roof installation, skylight replacement
My experience: We needed a new roof due to an active leak that wasn’t covered by insurance. Timeliness was incredibly important, so from contract signing to the beginning of work was less than 3 weeks. The day that the crew showed up to do the tear off, our Homeowners’ Association (HOA) showed up and informed us that the shingles we had selected didn’t meet our covenant restrictions. I contacted Quality Home Exteriors on a Saturday while the crew continued the tear off about getting shingle that met the covenant. The new shingles couldn’t be delivered until Monday, but the crew moved forward and completed all the work that could be done on Saturday, and completed the work on Monday with the “approved” shingles. The crew worked in less than ideal conditions and made sure that everything was reviewed with me before leaving, even pulling off the skylight stickers for more.
I am a very satisfied customer of Quality Home Exteriors. The product and quick turn around on ordering/ delivering new shingles was fantastic. The customer service is what I appreciated the most.
We got siding on our large prairie-box style home last May. Initially we were satisfied with work. However, over the last few months several problems have developed. Our downspouts were never properly reinstalled, even though we asked about it after the siding was finished. We now have water in one corner of our basement, and I fear the downspout issue may have been caused by this. One section of siding is pulling away from the house. A couple of months after we initially contacted the company about this (and sent a photo to our contact person, who apparently no longer works for the company), someone from the company came out and said that the workers had not used the proper equipment in this area. Almost two weeks later, we have not heard anything more from the company. The timeliness of repairs, communication from the company, and quality of work leaves room for improvement.
QHE came by our house and gave us a great demonstration about their windows. We live in a 44 year old house with original windows and we were noticing drafts when it was cold and every room with a window would get very warm in the summer. We decided to use them to replace all the windows in our house and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We were immediately able to lower our thermostat setting four degrees and our house feels the same as it did with our old windows!
The installers were quick and professional and everything only took five hours from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend Quality Home Exteriors to anyone thinking about having work done on their house.
We had our old gutters replaced. Unlike both neighbors, our work was finished in less than a day. The next week there was a good deluge and the gutters and larger downspouts worked perfectly. We couldn't be happier to pay slightly more for far better quality.
Had new windows put in our home on November 2nd, and we are very happy with the entire process. The company was very professional and easy to work with, and the installers were fast and friendly!
Amazing customer Service! Kelsi Segebart, Program Director, Came by to tell me about getting new windows on my house. I really appreciated all her time and effort. She was not only knowledgeable but very very kind and personable. She came in and spoke to me like we were old friends and I genuinely enjoyed all the time that she spent explaining the product, pricing and giving me ample time to double check with friends about what they thought of the deal I was being offered.
The job took 7 months to complete 3 windows. The customer service was great at the start then was down hill after two no show install dates. I took off work to wait for the crew and they were a no show three times, no phone call or text to let me know. When they did arrive they did not have all the materials needed to complete the 3 windows. I'm satisfied with the job that was done after 6 attempts to finish the work. The first installer did an awful job and left a mess, put in the wrong color, and didn't even finish caulking the outside. The windows were left like this for a month and a half. Many calls to Carlos, Haley, and the front desk. Finally I was able to speak with the owner and he was kind enough to make the situation right. From what I've been told everyone from my project no longer works with them. The windows do look good. We are excited to just have the project done and to move on. We understand that issues happen but our project seemed to have all of the issues. The new project manager who called after being left in the dark for a month was fast at replying and getting the work finished. We signed the contract December 28th and the work was finished July 13. It was a headache but we are not happy with the finished product.
I had my front windows placed by Quality Home and am really happy with the results. They put them in quickly and cleaned up any mess that was involved. Made it really easy for me! Plus the windows are great.
I actually love the windows they installed in the basement. Now I have light down there! The guys were very courteous as well.
Our experiance with Q.H.E. was very satisfying. They did a good job while we were called away to the hospital for a friend in need. The crew did a very good job and we are very satisfied with the work and workmanship that was done.
Our experience with Quality Home Exteriors has been incredibly frustrating. We had new siding, door wraps, and gutters installed, and throughout the whole process there has been issues with communication about the project.
When work on the siding was to begin, the crew showed up unexpectedly on Sunday. They completed about 50% of the work, and left the remaining materials and their tools in our backyard. We called on Monday to find out if the crew would be coming to finish the job. Carlos called back and said that they were currently working on our home. My partner, who had taken time off from work to be home for the installation, told Carlos that the crew had not arrived and were not working. Carlos called back later in the day to tell us that the crew decided not to come out because of inclement weather (it was partly cloudy, mid 50s).
Installers arrived on Tuesday to finish the job, but they told us that they are only going to wrap two of our three doors. We called Carlos again to discuss this issue, since we were told by their salesperson that all of our doors would be wrapped. Carlos stated that he can schedule a new job once this job was finished to wrap the third door, but that we would have to pay extra to have that work completed. After reviewing our contract with Carlos’ supervisor (Haley), it was found that the line on the contract that should have listed how many door wraps were included in the job was left blank when we signed the contract, but was then filled out once the paperwork was returned to Quality Home Exteriors’ office. Haley apologized, and said that the third door wrap would be included at no charge, and that they would send out someone to complete it soon. We then scheduled a walkthrough with Haley to review their work.
Two days later, my partner received a call from the gutter installation crew saying that they are at our home and need to be let into our backyard. We had not been previously notified that they would be coming, so we were both at work and unable to leave. The installer agreed to do half the work and return the next day to finish.
Fours day after the gutters were completed, on the day the walkthrough was scheduled, Carlos called us and says that the walkthrough needed to be cancelled due to the last door wrap not being finished. The door wrap was completed almost 2 weeks (13 days) after this conversation with no notice. Two days after the door was wrapped, Carlos called again to confirm that the door wrap was finished and says he will send us the certificates. My partner asks when they can schedule the walkthrough and was told that they no longer do walkthroughs. My partner insisted, and eventually confirms a time with Haley.
35 days from when the materials were dropped off, we had our walkthrough with Haley. We discussed at length our concerns about communication, as well as the paperwork issues. He listened and was both professional and friendly. We completed the walkthrough, and he noted several things that had to be corrected (i.e., did not remove all scrap materials as promised, borders not cut to consistent lengths, loose edges and trim, mailbox installed at an odd angle without asking us how we wanted it installed). Haley said that he would have a crew come out to correct the concerns, but that it may take some time to get a crew out to us. He did call us a week after the walkthrough to let us know that he had not forgotten about the concerns. That call was over a month ago, and we haven’t heard from him since.
Although our concerns have not yet been rectified, and at this point we are not confident that they will fix those issues, the quality of the work is high. The siding and gutters looks great, and we’ve noticed that our home stays much cooler in this warm weather. Overall, we are pleased with the work, and it’s frustrating to have come up against so many obstacles in the process. So, true to their name, Quality Home Exteriors does do superb work with quality materials. It’s a shame that their customer service does not match the quality of their work.
We needed a new living room window badly but weren't going to go out of our way to replace our old drafty window. Quality Home Exteriors showed up on our doorstep, which I'm usually apprehensive about, but the salesman, Scott, was very nice and we decided to go for it after talking pricing.
The day of the install, a Saturday, had been set for a month and Carlos, who was friendly and professional at all times, called at least three times to verify the install date, which was very appreciated. On that Saturday, nobody showed up and nobody called. We waited all day and never heard from anyone, and the office was closed when I called to check. We found out Monday morning the installer had to leave town Friday night, but neither the contractor nor anyone from the company called to let us know that. I would think the contractor would have my cell phone number in case he needed to find my house, or if we weren't home when he arrived, or if he wanted to let me know he was running late. A simple phone call or text message would have been appreciated so we didn't spend our whole Saturday sitting at home waiting. Although the company didn't seem interested in offering a small discount for the inconvenience, they were apologetic and tried hard to get us on the schedule as soon as it could work out.
We finally did get our new window three weeks later and we love it. The quality is great and it is pleasing to the eye. We're very happy with it and it seems affordable enough. I'm ready for the winter cold to come to see how much less drafty it is than our old window.
I had been thinking about replacing some windows for a while now and when a nice gentleman stopped at my door with information about this company I figured it wouldn't hurt to have the free consultation.
The sales pitch occurred on 4/6 in which case I drank the Kool-Aide, signed the contract, and was initially optimistic about my decision. The product appeared to be of decent quality and the pricing was described to be a good deal.
Leading up to the install, I was told that shipments are received on Friday's, so after some friendly conversations with Carlos I originally scheduled my install on 5/1 as they should have my windows by then. I coordinated with my employer to be home on this day, however sometime around 9 AM I was told that my windows had not been delivered the Friday before so there would be no installation that day. It would have been nice to know that beforehand so I wouldn't have wasted that time I could have been at work.
I had to follow up a few times the next couple weeks to see when/if this was going to happen. My second scheduling attempt was a little better than the first. This time, 5/19 (a Friday), I was assured that my windows had been delivered and proceeded to schedule the install for 5/22 @ 10 AM. This is a much better practice to verify that the materials are there before scheduling the job.
The installers, subcontractors, were late and didn't show up at my residence until around 3 PM. I did appreciate the call around noon to advise they were finishing up another project and still had intentions of heading my way. They did their best to complete the work as quickly as they could (rain was approaching) without compromising quality. They gave me a demonstration as to how to use the windows, cleaned up after themselves, and were honestly rather entertaining to listen to as they worked with their friendly banter.
Am I happy with the end result? Absolutely. Best looking windows in my house. There were some smudges on the outside of the window post install which I hoped they'd clean better. These windows are not exactly easy to get to unless you like navigating through tall bushes. Not a big deal, but when you're paying a fairly significant bill, I'd expect as close to crystal clear as possible.
Would I work with this company again? Not before doing some additional research first. The sales pitch advised that a discount would be provided for a marketing program and they only needed X households in my area before they would move onto a different market. I should have waited and shopped around as I believe any company should be happy to conduct business at any given time, not a limited time offer within the few hour window their Representative is in the home. I very well could have found a comparable product for less the cost, or at least some information to negotiate with. Lesson learned.
At the end of the day (and this long review) I am extremely happy to get the old drafty windows out that would buzz in strong winds and brand new windows in that I'm proud to display to my neighbors. Unless Doc Brown shows up in my driveway in a Delorean, there is no turning back now and not a major reason to anyway.
We used Quality Home Exteriors to put new gutters on our house with leaf guards. The salesman, Carlos our contact, and the installation crew were all really nice. We did have a scheduling issue with the installation crew not showing up on the day we were initially told but we were able to reschedule at our convenience. Would have been nice on the two occasions we were scheduled for someone to call the day before to let us know if they were coming. They showed up late morning when they did come, so we were left wondering if they were going to show. Once they got here the crew went right to work to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We were happy with the color of the gutters and downspouts and the way they matched our existing trim. The crew had a bit of mess in the yard for the short time they were here, but they cleaned everything up pretty nicely, left some dirt in the driveway and on street, but got all the metal nails, and debris from the yard. The installation crew did leave a piece of equipment in the road while they were working which our neighbor ran into when she drove around the corner scratching her car a little, so we felt bad about that. But a member of the crew was apologetic and happy to talk with her on our request. So, there were a few bumps along the way out of our control, but the company and its representatives did what they could to make things right. We feel pleased with the final outcome of our investment, the quality of the product and work, and would recommend Quality Home Exteriors to our friends and neighbors.
Quick gutter installation (I mean tear-down, install, and clean-up). Under two hours. Quality work, great looking product, friendly people, reasonable price. What more could you ask for?
I recently got new windows installed for my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the work this company has done! The windows that were replaced were probably a good 30 years old and drafty. The new ones seem to be very high end, and I definitely don't have the draft anymore. The sales and installation associates were very pleasant to work with, and the quality of the work they do was very good. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowners that I know, and my wife and I are even going back again for new siding on our garage!
Quality Sales, Quality installation. Was looking to improve the 35yr old windows we had. Was very impressed with the Sales Rep and especially the installation crew. Very good work!
From start to finish, Quality Home Exteriors gets a 5 star rating from my wife and me. We had entertained 2 different siding company salespersons prior to meeting with QHE and after the first 2 experiences, I was reluctant to repeat the process. We were pleasantly surprised that the QHE salesperson was not pushy, knew what he was talking about and had great design ideas, not to mention significantly beating the competitions price.
We ordered a new front door and siding on the majority of our house (we have an addition that had been sided years earlier). The front door is mission style, made of fiberglass and has wood grain and wood stain. Absolutely great looking door, you would swear it was wood until you actually got up close and touched the door. The door was installed on the day scheduled and took about half a work day. The siding also occurred when scheduled and took 2 work days. We are thrilled with the finished product, the design accents suggested by the salesperson are great and make a difference in what could have ended up being a bland look, had we not had his input. The persons doing the installation did a good job, were friendly, hardworking and cleaned up the work area when finished.
We recommend Quality Home Exteriors to anyone interested in siding, doors and whatever other products they provide. The only ones anywhere near as happy with the finished as we are, would be our neighbors, who are happy to have a rundown house in their neighborhood revitalized. We have received numerous compliments.
This company literally dropped off at our doorstep. In my opinion, sales people are quite pushy and I have no problem telling them thanks but no thanks. The sales rep from this company was upfront with all costs and did not push anything on our family. We needed gutter guards and this company made that happen. They were backed up by about a month, but they completed the job prior to winter. We haven't had the chance to see them in action, but they look very well made. Don't hesitate to use this company! 5 stars!
Did a great job on our roof and gutters, very professional and friendly. It was nice to have a company that explained the materials they used and really let us be interactive in selecting the options we wanted. Great team to work with.
Quality Home Exteriors was a joy to work with - we'll definitely be recommending them to our friends and family! We replaced about half our windows this January. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and were very professional. They ran into a snag with our big living room window, but got a couple extra guys out right away and still finished on time. Their workmanship was excellent and the windows are top notch. Our furnace broke down the day the installers came, so we know first-hand how much better the new windows are at keeping in the heat!
Thank you. Quality Home Exteriors, for giving my home a much needed face lift that tranformed it into a modern classic look with tremendous drive up appeal. I would recommend your quality materials and workmanship, yet vrey affordable price to my friends and family. The crew that installed the siding were both friendly, yet professional and very competent in their work. Great looking Job!
Great product with great service. From start to finish a pleasant experience. The windows they installed have already trimmed my utilities bills, and they look great! Nice work QHE!
We had a patio door and kitchen window replaced after the new year. With our new windows, we can feel a considerable difference in the temperature in our kitchen and our dining room. Thank you Quality Home Exteriors for braving the freezing cold to install our windows so we could have a warm home! Your hard work, dedication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
My wife and I just love our new sliding glass door! The look is exactly what we needed for the house and the difference in temperature on the coldest of days is so apparent sitting right next to the door. Kelsi was amazing in helping us pick out what product and options we wanted and didn't pressure us at all; she even took a walk outside while we discussed our options and compared her quote to others that we had received. There were only a couple of things that stopped us from giving 5 stars. One, we were told it would take 5 weeks for us to have our new door but in reality it took a little over 9 weeks. And two, we had some issues with communication with the production side. I had it scheduled to have someone come out to measure the door and that appointment was messed up and we had trouble getting someone back out. When they did come out to measure he was literally there for 4 minutes. I could have simply done that myself and sent the information in as it appeared the measurements taken were quick and estimated for a rough fitting. Beyond that it seems as if none of the installers actually work for QHE and in trying to schedule things it seemed as if these installers had other work they did and so had almost no accountability to QHE for prioritization. Come installation day I had no idea what time the installers were to show up, just that we were scheduled that day. When they got there though they were very efficient and professional and worked quickly! I hardly noticed they were there, well, except for the obvious reasons.
In the end we will call QHE first next time we need any work done!
We just had the living room and kitchen windows replaced on our 50 year old house. These were the original windows and odd sized. We were very comfortable and pleased with our sales rep. The scheduler kept in contact about install dates. The installers were very efficient and courteous. They cleaned up and took away all debris. We couldn't be more pleased with with our windows and would recommend Quality Home Exteriors.

This is the first time we replaced some of our 20 year old house. One of them was odd shaped window that we were not sure how it turns out. The Quality Home Exterior did a great job on all the windows including the odd one. The installers were courteous and polite. They cleaned up the all debris after the work. And our window looks exactly the way we wanted them to look.
Love our new windows. it will be more evident when it comes to cleaning time this spring. The tilt in feature is wonderful.
My experience was really good from financing to the installation of windows. The were on time, polite and cleaned up after the project was finished. They help me decided the right color for the wrap around that would go with my siding. I would refer them to my friends and family.
Add me to the list of people who appreciated every aspect of the process of decision-making, product choice, and installation of windows in my home. You set a new standard of customer satisfaction for me.
We just had our house finished by Quality Home Exteriors. They took the time to answer all of our questions and did a wonderful job on the house. The siding looks great! Thank you!
Everyone was very friendly and professional. The guys who installed our windows we sure to clean up everything after they were done. I love the way our new windows look! We needed them updated and they did a great job doing so.
Quality Home Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our windows with high efficiency windows. They were very professional and communicated with us throughout the process.
I got new gutters and 3 new windows. Windows look great and it did not take that long to put in, gutters look great to and I'm glad that I don't have to clean them out anymore. The employees and the company are great to work with they work with all different kinds of schedules. When they show up they get the job done.
I felt completely comfortable with the sales rep. Phil, and it set the tone for the entire experience. When the guys came to install, they were respectful and courteous. The job was done in less time than I had anticipated, they cleaned up completely. The windows are excellent and the install was professional. I will use this company again - I have a few more windows to replace eventually.
We had a great experience working with this company. Every employee acted with professionalism and competence, from the kid who handed out the flyers, the marketing directors, and the installers. They stayed on schedule, actually installing early, and came in SIGNIFICANTLY under competing quotes. They also installed quickly and cleaned up their own mess. Most importantly, we love our new windows. Our upstairs bedroom faces west and has baked us since we moved in. The replacement of the windows has cooled the room significantly, by 10 degrees on most days as measured with a room thermometer. We plan on replacing more windows with this company next year.
I had a very positive experience dealing with Quality Home Exteriors, from initial contact all the way through installation. I am extremely pleased with the fit and finish of the nine windows we had replaced. The installation crew was terrific, and really went the extra mile for us. It's good to know we have such a great company backing us up.
Awesome customer service and this was not one of your "pushy" companies. We got 8 of our windows replaced and they did a fantastic job! Who would've known that changing some windows would change the entire atmosphere inside the house? I am so glad we finally decided to do this. Thanks again!
My experience with Quality Home Exteriors was more than positive. From the initial contact and estimate phase, all the way through scheduling and execution their employees were attentive and pleasant. Replacing a roof and other home maintenance is never an easy task, but with their help it allowed me to stress a little less and take the burden off of my shoulders.
We are really enjoying the new windows we had installed! The amount of light coming into our house is amazing. We had a miscommunication with Quality Home Exteriors, but it was resolved quickly and they worked with us to fix the issue. The installers worked quickly and left our home and yard clean. We look forward to working with QHE for future projects on our home.
My husband and I had a gentleman from Quality Home Exteriors, LLC come to our house. He was very polite and spoke with us about getting our front bow window replaced. We talked over what could be done with the bow window, and then he brought up additional services they cover also. One of the additional services he brought up was doors, and we were very excited. We decided to get our sliding glass door replaced, and what a difference it makes! The room the door was in was always a few degrees warmer in the summer, or colder in the winter. You could feel the hot/cold air just pouring in. It also was very hard to open and close and would get stuck which we assumed was due to it being a very old wood door. With our new door, that room is always the same temperature as the rest of the house and there's no more leaking air! We learned that our old door was not level which was what caused it to get stuck, which Quality Home Exteriors fixed. We love our new sliding glass door and are very excited to eventually get our bow window replaced by Quality Home Exteriors!
We are very happy with our new windows from Quality Home Exteriors! The whole process was very simple and everyone was very friendly. I was also very happy with the installation crew. They were very polite and considerate, even during my son's nap time! The only reason I did not give all five stars is because there was a small part of the trim they could not match and we were left to stain it ourselves.
We love the new siding on our house. It’s transformed from a dated looking 1970’s home into a modern looking home with lots of character and great curb appeal. This will most definitely add value to our home. From the time we met with the representative to go over siding options clear to the very end they made sure everything met our expectations. Working with Quality Home Exteriors was a great experience!
The three windows in the living room were replaced by one large picture window and two smaller windows on each end. Looking for more light in that room, it's exactly what I wanted and it looks fantastic. The crew doing the work did a great job on both the installation and on the end of the job cleanup. I would recommend Quality Home Exteriors for replacing windows in your home.
