My wife and I had QRHI install a new roof, gutters and siding. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Quality work and it looks great. I feel like I have a new house! The crew was very professional and Cory was always easy to contact and communication was great. I will surely be giving them a call in the future when I’m ready for the next home improvement!

QRHI and Cory did an excellent job replacing our roof. The work was done in a professional manner and on time using quality materials. QRHI served my family well! we were in a crunch and needed help. Not only did they show me where our issue was coming from, they helped us through the process to replace our entire roof.

I’m not one to complain online but I wanted to share for the next guy. Let me start with this company does really fast and quality work. I tipped the roofers as I was really impressed. My frustration came from not clear expectations. First, the website shows “no subcontractors” which I prefer since there is a better chance of whatever commitment is made at our dinning room table will actually come to fruition. We asked that specific question and were told “they are our guys” and were told they are “family members” but the gentlemen that showed up were from Elgin Illinois and could not tell me who they work for. Two of them were wearing CE Wurzer construction shirts. When I called the owner, he stated that they were “with” him and “just let them do their job”. I agreed while deciding to stay home and watch the project personally since I was concerned about actually getting a 50 year roof job. I’m glad I did as some of the commitments made I had to point out before they got skipped. Then, the gutter guys pulled up in a box truck with Mr.Exteriors on the side from Illinois. Either way, I am satisfied with the project but played GC myself which was not my intention.

Cory and the QRHI corporation team replaced my roof, my husband and I are very happy with the work completed. The roof looks great. The team was very efficient. Arrived on time and cleaned up all debris. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

We met Cory about a year ago when he showed up on our doorstep he looked over our house and determined we needed a new roof, but he went beyond that and saw we had some structural challenges in our garage and offered solutions to fix that also. I had some other places come to give us estimates but none of them picked up on that, we went with Cory and his crew and we could not be happier that we did. They did a great job and now we know that we are safe in the garage plus the house is in good shape also.

We can’t speak highly enough about this company. We had a new roof, soffits, and trim installed. Outstanding price and workmanship. Everything was completed in 2 days as promised. We have already referred them to friends and family! Cory and Dan were great to work with.

If you drive through the alley and look north at the third house from Hately Ave in Cudahy, you will see what looks to be a new back porch. Replacing ancient wooden windows with easy-to-open, white vinyl double-hung windows and installing a new door morphed into a full sunporch remodel with the skillful, conscientious craftsmen of QRHI.
At each stage of the project, the crew deftly overcame obstacles, and added value at every turn. Seeing empty space in the exterior walls, the lead builder ordered insulation to be stuffed into every crevice. The more moderate indoor temperature will add to the time I am able to spend in my bright airy room.

Cory and the team were great! Initially I signed up for roof and gutters, and I added in soffits and fascia midway thru the project. QHRI handled the curveball thrown in their direction effortlessly, and still finished on time and on budget. The end product is exactly what was promised. Will definitely use them in the future!

Worked with Cory for my new roof. Very responsive and communicative throughout the process. I actually spoke with a previous customer of his prior to hiring him and that customers experience was similar to mine. Work started when discussed and price was true to his proposal. As with any large project, as things came up or were overlooked, a simple call or text to Cory and all was corrected. I enjoyed his energy and passion for my project. Would certainly recommend and hire him again.

We could not be more happy and pleased with our brand new roof by QRHI. The roof inspection was done very well complete with photos of the problem ares, they didn't miss anything. They explained everthing in a way that we could understand, there was not any question we could ask that they could not answer in a knowledgeable and truthful way. They use the best quality mareials and shingles at a reasonable price, and; they explain the reasons why the materials get a 'top of the line' rating. Finally, their crew did great job, they worked well together. They all knew what to do and did it in an orderly way. Everything from tear off to cleanup was excellent. The whole experience was very pleasant.

Corey has done work on my house twice. He did windows, siding, gutters and my chimney. The windows look great and so does the siding. The crew did a great job cleaning up. The crew was professional and cleaned up nicely.
