We have been very happy with Pyramid Roofing. Donnie and his crew were very professional in every way for this project. He worked with us on a timing issue we had, and finished as scheduled. I would not hesitate to call Pyramid Roofing if I needed their help in the future.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! They took great care of my elderly parents with their roof issue. Price was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. Donnie and his team are top shelf. I highly recommend them if you need roof work.

I had roof damage from Hurricane Milton. Pyramid Roofing was doing some repairs for a neighbor, so I walked over to see if they could give me a quote. They promptly took a look, assessed damage, which included top roof vent, and gave me a reasonable quote. They tarped the exposed vent, and came back a few days later for the repairs. I recommend them highly.

When hurricane Milton left me shy some shingles , I searched roofing companies for repairs. Contacted Pyramid Roofing one afternoon and talked with Donnie the owner. He came by later that evening, inspected the roof damage and wrote up a very reasonable estimate. Two days later Mike and his crew were making repairs. Mike walked me through the process and took pictures from start to finish. If I could give this company 6 stars I would. Very pleased. Ed H

Pyramid Roofing (and Donnie) have to be the best roofing company in Florida. For years we had dealt with a leaking roof in our Florida room and we had several companies come out to make repairs but the problems continued until I called Pyramid. Donnie was very prompt in responding and listened to what we needed. He fixed our roof right before Hurricane Milton and we did not have one leak even with all the rain we received. It was a miracle and we are so glad that roof is finally fixed right. I highly recommend Donnie and Pyramid Roofing for any roof work you might need done. Very very satisfied with his work.

I called Donnie on Monday morning at Pyramid Roofing after Hurricane Milton damaged my roof. He showed up the same afternoon and fixed the roof. He was very honest, professional and very reasonable. Hurricane Milton marked the third time I have called on Pyramid Roofing Fla to handle a roofing issue. Each time they responded quickly, diagnosed my problem and fixed the issues for an extremely reasonable price. No BS, no claims that my "shingles are no longer available," no pressure to sell me a new roof I didn't need. Unlike a lot of other roofers they actually answer the phone on weekends and show up when they say they will. Donnie and Mike are extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to find and fix a troublesome leak that another roofer failed to fix. I am happy to recommend their services to anyone with a roofing issue.

The Last Honest Company....

I live in Kansas and I have property in Ormond By-The-Sea. My insurance company decided to no longer insure me if I did not get the roof replaced. All out of pocket. I did some research and found Donnie with Pyramid Roofing Fla LLC. I call the number and he answers (score point 1),

He took the time to hear my story and offered a free estimate (score point 2),

He got back with me with great information on what he had seen, what the minimum would be for replacements, and the purpose and cost for any upgrades. All variables were discussed with what could be wrong and what would be done to correct it. Complete transparency. (score point 3).

I expressed concern for clean up as I have very outdoor active children. Donnie said that he understood and takes safety very serious. He said he would oversee and verify by checking himself that the site is cleaned up. An owner taking full responsibility for cleaning? (score point 4).

There were some weather delays but the communication was fantastic. My insurance needed very specific things for the underwriter and Donnie got me everything I needed. (score point 5).

Finally, I told Donnie why this property is so important to me, why the people inside of this property is so important to me and how my faith in good honest business is almost gone. Donnie is honest and honorable and his traits fall to those that work for him as well.

I had a family incident while the work was going on and his crew went above and beyond their job and paused to make sure one of my family members was safe. Donnie is ethical, the people he has working for him follow his ethical standards and are all great people.

Pyramid Roofing Fla LLC is not the most expensive choice, but if they were, you should hire them anyway. No need to look beyond this review, I don't leave many, I can't say enough about Donnie and his crew! Thank you for treating me like your own family, you have my business forever.

Pyramid roofing has done several jobs for us and is always very professional, highly skilled and dedicated to a quality job. We had a flat roof coated with GACO Flex and the job was done on time, at the quoted price and with an impressive attention to details to make it a quality product. We also had our house roof recovered with Architectural shingles and again the entire process was very impressive, with a strong attention to details and the best warranty in the business as it covers not only the shingles but also the labor to install them (no one else offered labor coverage in their warranty). Once again, the job was done on time and with no hidden costs at the end. We would highly recommend Donnie and his crew for all Commercial and Personal Roofing jobs.

I highly recommend this company! Pyramid came to my home the day after I called them. They were quick to find the leak around my chimney and explained the issue. These guys replaced our roof and we couldn’t have been more right in our choice we were in good hands! They did an outstanding job, by protecting our landscape, which I’m very particular about, and leaving no trace they were ever here, the bosses were here the whole time and they even get up there and work too! I had some roof damage from hurricane Ian and was looking for a reliable company who wasn’t going to take advantage of the issue. I called Pyramid Roofing and Donnie came out and explained and showed me what needed replacing! The estimated price was great! When they came out to do the job they even did repairs that were not even in the estimate!! Called pyramid came to look over everything and damage gave an estimate went over everything he was going to do and showed us pictures of the the damage explained in full what he was going to do and what materials he was going to use we accepted the estimate and he came in on Monday morning early with two workers did the job showed us pictures after was very pleased eventually we are going to use him to finish the roof on the other side I would recommend him to anybody with your pleasant efficient manner

A week after a major storm came through and we noticed a leak in the roof. He came out next day after we called, gave an honest assessment with a fair price, and did the repair same day. Will definitely use them in the future if needed!!

After multiple attempts to have my leaky roof fixed by other companies I called Pyramid Roofing FLA. Donnie showed up at my home on time as promised. He was quickly able to diagnose the leak. He provided picture's and a detailed explanation of the roof leak. Donnie was easy to work with and provided great work. We first called Donnie on Easter weekend when water started leaking into the closet of a house we were getting ready to put on the market. He came out that night and put up an emergency tarp. He was the only one who responded out of the business we called for an emergency tarp. Once we learned the condition of the roof overall, we decided to replace it and Donnie and his crew did a great job. It was hard because they had to remove all of the old tile and underlayment and replace the entire roof with new roofing materials and shingles as well as replace all of the old, worn out skylights. The new roof definitely helped the house sell for a higher price point. Would recommend Donnie to anyone who needs to re-roof a home in Florida.

Don and Mike came out the afternoon after we called them to do some emergency repair because we had a leak. Their cost for a visit was very reasonable. They had a job prior to us near Orlando, yet still pulled up at our house a few minutes before 5:00. They quickly diagnosed what was occurring and remedied at situation. We've had heavy rain since their repair work and the roof is no longer leaking. These roofers are professional and reassuring. I'm so glad we contacted them!
