Had a great experience with Nick today! The two service technicians arrived promptly and set up a humidifier to immediately help mitigate our water damage caused by a sewer backup. We are grateful for their assistance and would recommend their services to anyone needing damage restoration.

Puro Clean Nick came today. Nick was very professional and to the point. My mold abatement not needed in my vety small inside laundry room. I am keeping Puro Clean to use in the future. My mold allergy important to keep under wrap. I highly recommend Puro Clean.

I couldn't have imagined a better experience using this company. Dustin, Julian, and Mike thoroughly explained the issues, and came back the same day to fix them. They were extremely personable and consummate professionals. They were a bright shining light in what would have otherwise been a dark day.

The amount of services PuroClean offers is insane. Look on their site- you'll find one you needed! We called them to clean the office, but the other services look really good. Air ducts are next!

I recently saw a video on YouTube about how dirty air ducts can be so I decided to have mine cleaned. They pulled out a TON of dust. I really hope I wasn't breathing that in.

I asked a lot of questions because I dont know much about this type of stuff and they were very helpful.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I really vibed with the PuroClean guy. I don't know how he did it, but he almost made water damage repair fun.

After a not so great experience with another restoration company (Rytech), I was relieved to be in the professional hands of Nick and Jordan. They arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, and then quickly got to work on restoring my home after a faulty water supply line wrecked havoc to my entire main living floor, basement and garage. They were trustworthy, detailed, and customer focused. They cleaned up and hauled away all the of the damaged materials that were removed, and left my home in good condition for what is expected after water damage. I would not hesitate to recommend PuroClean of Bartlett, they did a fantastic job!

The Puroclean Team was responsive (even on the weekends) and our technician (Jordan) demonstrated a strong level of expertise and a desire to thoroughly complete work.

Very honest people! Came to do a job that they quoted us a few weeks prior. Came in and looked at our attic and said it was just cleaned. Turns out that the previous owner hired someone to clean it prior to closing. Could’ve taken my money, but they didn’t. Good people. Thanks Nick and Mike!

Very happy to have them in the Bartlett area! They helped us with our mold issue throughout my cabin I was planning on renting out. They found quite of bit of mold and they removed it saftely and with care. Great service techs and staff!

Provide the best job with biohazard cleanup. I have hired them on multiple ocassions and they always provide the most excellent outcome. Very awesome and professional cleaning techs.

They came within 4 hours to start cleaning up from a leak on the second floor. They were very thorough in examining different parts of the house to make sure they found all of the wet places. They diagnosed exactly where the problems were. After removing the ruined
drywall, they set up fans and dehumidifiers in three different locations to make sure everything dried out well. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too. I hope you never need their services, but if you do just give them a call.

I hired them for a mold removal job. The service techs that showed up very very knowledgeable and professional. My house feels and looks so much more fresh and welcoming since hiring them. Now I feel at ease not having to worry about any mold affecting my health.

THE BEST! If you have an issue there is ONLY ONE PLACE TO CALL. PERIOD. We had a big issue on a Friday night, talked to Nick right away, they had someone out right away and they worked incredibly hard and managed it daily until fully resolved. They provided regular communications and check-ins. They were on-time (or early!) every single time. The best part is this wasn't some big company where we were a number...we were people and were treated wonderfully - which in a stressful situation like this makes all the difference in the world. If I could give them and 11 out of 10 I would.

Five stars for PuroClean! When we discovered several inches of water in our basement, our plumber recommended PuroClean to remove damaged carpets and drywall and dry and clean what was left. Michael was on site within 45 minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. From filing the initial insurance claim to recommending contractors for the next phase, Michael was on our side the whole way. I hope we never need this type of help again. If we do, at least we know that PuroClean will do a great job and treat us fairly. recommend them !

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. We unfortunately had some severe water damage which caused some major stress for my wife and I. Victor completely put us at ease though after arriving on-site. We had family coming to town in a few weeks, so we made it clear that we needed service as soon as possible. We had a deep frozen quit on us full of steak and chicken and was out of our hands as far as cleaning and disposal. The PureClean team worked with me with scheduling and execution, came to clean it up and get rid of the freezer and kept in communication even when I was out of town. No longer have to worry about it and am grateful they moved so quickly! Highly recommend!

We had a sewage back up come pouring out of our floor drain which left our basement floor with water main debris/sludge and a horrible odor. My husband just got back from the hospital from a car accident that has left him with injuries and pneumonia. A few years ago our then new air conditioner was unfortunately installed in a way that left our basement riddled with mold and water damage all in our floors and wall so I didn't want to take any chances this time, especially with pneumonia and a weak immune system.
Mike was the technician that came out, tested the water damage and mold content, cleaned out our entire infected area, and sprayed an eco friendly product that he told me would protect from mold, sterilize any other underlining potential airborne issues and help minimize the odor. With industrial fans and dehumidifier he was very thorough in his explanation of the steps he took and just letting me explain my situation which I greatly appreciated since my husband and I have had an intense unexpected worrisome week.
