We had a horrible situation with sewage backing up into our basement workroom. When I called to explain the situation, they came out quickly and immediately began cleaning our workroom. They were very thorough and professional and very efficient. Anything that had possibly been contaminated was cleaned and sanitized. Even as an emergency service call, the price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Puroclean did a great job with our water leak and damage. Arrived less than an hour after issue discovered and they did all the work so that our team could keep doing our jobs. They checked on us and drying progress daily till issue resolved and left our site like new.

Chris and his company made the entire process so much better. He came out the next morning in between other jobs. We had a leak under the crawlspace and it was a mess. Jasper and the crew called every morning to let me know he was on his way and Chris called to update the process in the evening. My husband works 3rd shift and he did not hear the work doing on while trying to sleep. They were very respectful and courteous. The crawlspace looks brand new. Chris and the Puroclean staff arrived same day (within an hour or two) to assess my damage. They explained in clear terms what was needed to repair everything. They worked seamlessly with my insurance co. so it was very little effort for me throughout the experience. After the repairs were complete, Chris made sure I was fully satisfied with everything. Had a pipe burst and water flowed for two hours from 2nd floor down into our kitchen and 2 other rooms, water logging the ceiling, walls,, floors, and many personal items. Chris and the Puroclean team were onsite within 2 hours of our first phone call. Their response was incredibly calming in a time of great uncertainty. They quickly assessed our needs and assisted us in removing all our personal items to a dry location. They spent another 4 hours (now well into the evening) to set up a series of dryers, fans, heaters, and other equipment to get our spaces dried out. They coordinated removal of an asbestos laden floor and coordinated removal of all moisture damaged structures in the house (ceiling, shelves, floor, molding, carpet). We had a pre-planned trip week-long trip starting the following day and Chris and team handled everything so professionally. He sent regular updates and simply managed all of the issues so we could enjoy our time away. Once we returned his work was all completed and he provided references for contractors well suited to do our restoration work. In all an incredibly positive experience with absolutely nothing negative to report. You can't go wrong with PuroClean and Chris Nowak's dedication to customer service.

Chris Nowak responded immediately from a call from my insurance agency. I could not get a Plummer to come, but Chris came immediately and took action on my water damage. Every time I called Chris he ansewered his phone immediately. It was never put through voice mail. This was very upsetting to me having this damage. Chris helped me through it.

We had a problem with mold in our finished downstairs rooms. We researched a number of companies and PuroClean stood head and shoulders above the others. We knew very quickly after meeting Chris and Brandon that they were undoubtedly the company to hire and did so before they left. Not once during the week long job did we EVER have a concern or any problems with the crew or with Chris. When they said they were going to do something, they did it. Frankly, they took what, for us, what was a very stressful situation and turned it into a stress free solution for our mold problem. They were always on time, professional and extremely informative. At the end of the workday they reported to us what they had completed that day and what work was to be completed the next day. If during the day they encountered any previously undocumented areas of concern they came upstairs and informed us of what they had discovered. Even with discovering additional areas that needed cleaning, they completed the job one day early and under budget. Chis also offered us the opportunity to continue using the air-scrubber for 2 extra days at no charge. Best experience we have had in years.
