Pedro and his team were fantastic! We were very pleased with the commitment to our project which was surprisingly completed in just four weeks (except for one window replacement which had to be special ordered). The results were beyond my expectation. Pedro and team refurbished our basement… turning it from an eyesore to a lovely extension of our home… family/TV area, laundry room, office and bathroom(complete redo). The guys showed up each day and sometimes worked Saturdays to keep things on schedule. The singing was an extra bonus!
Pedro provided great suggestions and looked for ways to minimize cost. He completely re-installed all of the windows and trimmed them beautifully so they now match the rest of the house. All the floors were done (including leveling the cement floor prior to installing flooring), new baseboards, new lighting throughout, re-texturizing, tiled bathroom and shower, some plumbing and re-walled the laundry room, painted entire basement. Everything looks great! We are so happy with our new space and would use Pedro again in a heartbeat.
