Natalie Bixler worked with me a few years ago to get my roof replaced and the whole process went far better then I could have imagined. The roof looks amazing and I am very happy with it! Natalie and Elma assisted with filing an insurance claim and knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish, very professional! They both took time to explain in detail every step along the way and took time to answer my many many questions. I could not ask for a better team!
Natalie Bixler is the best!! I had some roof damage, and she made it possible for me to receive a new roof. She thoroughly explained every detail. She was very informative, kind, and so very easy to converse with. Her crew was excellent (very hard-working), and Natalie would double check to make sure everything was done correctly.
