From start to finish, Will and his team were prompt, professional and efficient. They installed our new roof in less than two days! Will and his team worked like a well oiled machine to get the job done and did not disappoint. Will was very easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. Thanks for the new roof. We love it!

We had a remodel in one of our units and drywall and flooring for another. Will and his crew were nothing short of incredible throughout the process TWICE! They were able to keep up our modifications, schedules, etc. with the remodel and were equally as accommodating, timely and affordable, with repairs for an unforeseen construction project. I not only highly recommend them, but would completely trust them with any future roofing and construction needs. Thanks again, the compound loves you guys!

Excellent company and people. We previously had other work done repairing our sewer lines after flooding and the house was a mess. Will came by to check it out, gave us a very reasonable quote after taking some pictures and measurements, and started work a few days later. Concretes leveled out, new flooring, walls, plumbing, everything. My house is beautiful now and Will was very responsive to any questions or concerns throughout the process. Seriously, these guys do it all and at a better price. My roof is the next project down the line and I know who I’m calling. Would highly recommend!

Prosperity came out to do an inspection of my roof, positive that I had enough damage to warrant a replacement. Eric did a great job of providing pictures showing damage I had but not enough that my insurance would cover. They repaired the damage at a reasonable cost within a few days. Thanks to Eric for his upfront approach without the usual sales pressure. Highly recommended.

Will came out the same day I called to inspect a roof leak and immediately spotted the issue, made suggestions to further repair the leak. He came back the next day with his crew and got the issue situated. Will is very responsive via phone call, email or text and the communication throughout the process was professional and courteous. I would definitely do business for any future work. Bravo!

Nothing worries a home owner than leaky windows- The team was able to come out quickly, inspected the 2 dormer windows that were giving us grief. Provides a free estimate and explained the repair. They had it done quickly and for a fair price. $$ The team followed the Covid19 protocols and everything went fabulous.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
