Replacing tile roof underlayment under a tile roof is no small investment and I wanted to pick the right company. Christian came to the door and said that there were roofs in my area being redone, primarily due to them being approximately 22 years old. I had gotten 3 other bids on the roof in the last few months due to a small leak I had. The other roof companies just inspected from the outside, which didn't necessarily show any areas of concern. Christian inspected both inside and out and showed me where water was beginning to infiltrate and the condition of my underlayment. I received a quote that was in line with the other 3 and decided to move forward with Prospect before I had a major leak. They indicated that it would take approximately 4 days due to the size of the roof and the two flat areas that were included.
They arrived on time and covered everything under the edge of the roof. There was a ton of activity over the next 3 days with up to 17 of their crew on my roof. Jeff, the owner, came by every day to check on the progress and answer any questions, as did Christian, their sales rep. They cleaned up each day and removed the tarps and any stray materials that fell.
The fourth day came and a few details were worked on to finish the job. The site was clean and looked as though no one had even worked at the house.
I am totally satisfied with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

We knew we needed a new roof, based on the 27 yr old home. We called 3 roofing companies - Prospect Roof Company sat at our dining table and went over every step of the project. This conversation didn't feel like a sales pitch, it felt like a guy was going to make our home protected - he said they would tarp around the entire house to ensure debris wouldn't contaminate our gravel yard. He talked about using ice dam products in the valleys, just to ensure we wouldn't have leaks in these vulnerable areas. He talked about using a 2-part system to provide a warrantee for the penetrstions from our existing solar system. We discovered the guy sitting across from us was Jeff, the owner of Prospect Roof Co. After listening to the other 2 'sales pitches', we felt confident that Jeff and Prospect had our best interest in mind.
Prospect Roof Co delivered on every single promise they made!!! At the end of day 1, the crew gathered up the tarps, dumping the debris into bins, then folding up and putting away the tarps and blowing our front and back patios - they respected that WE LIVE HERE!!
DAY 2 was the same....final walk thru was detailed. After the solar panels were re-installed, Prospect Roof Co sent a guy to 'touch up' the caps and he replaced 2 tiles that the solar guys cracked.
These guys are a LEGIT, honest company that do everything, plus a little more to ensure your roofing is PERFECT!!!! THANKS TO JEFF AND CHRISTIAN.

I had several companies look at my leak and provided reroofing the area, stucco, paint and drain issues over the last two years and not fix the leak.

Jeff & his crew took on the challenging task of marrying two different roofing types at my home in preparation for solar installation. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the results. The crew was polite and professional. The property was left clean. Honest company. I had Jeff inspect my roof for my solar installation while I was escaping summer by living in my Colorado second home. Jeff advised me that my main roof was good for another six to ten years. However my flat roof needed replacement. I’m 80 years old. Will I be in this house in six to ten years ? Who knows. We had Prospect Roof Company remove our roof tiles, remove and replace the wood battens and facia, remove and replace plywood, remove and replaced the roof paper, and reinstall the roof titles. We also have solar so they worked with a solar company to remove and reinstall all our solar panels. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

We were out of town during the roofing work. We were provided pictures of the progress. The care by the crew was amazing. Tarps carefully covered all areas around the house to avoid debris. We arrived home the day the roof was completed and could not tell that any work had been done. There was no damage, shrubs not bent, and fully cleaned up. Excellent work. Easy to do business with.

Due to age and weather pummeling we needed new roofs. We are also changing the overall look of the house and RV garage so needed to change roof color. We engaged with Jeff at Prospect Roof Company. Everything starting with our initial meeting was professional. The work was scheduled, everything was timely, the crew was great, friendly, respectful and did their job. Anything brought up was addressed immediately (wrong color flashing as we are also changing color of house trim). Clearly a messy job, but clean-up was exceptional. The end result is amazing!!! Even though we haven’t yet painted the house/RV garage, the new roofs are a 1000% improvement!!! Thank you to Prosper Roof Company for a fantastic job!!! We love our new roofs!!!
