Be careful after using ProQor because if anything goes wrong they will ignore your messages and not get back with you. After discovering a leak in our roof we gave them a call. Then an email. Then another call. Then another email. Then another call. Finally we managed get a direct email to one of them. Still no response. We've been trying to get ahold of them for months with no answers. Not so much as an email back or any phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NON-RESPONSIVE COMPANY!
... Edit in response to reply from business - ProQor's response is a lie. They just don't want to go or their warranty. I decided not to pursue legal action at the time as I felt it wasn't worth it and leaving this honest review to warm other customers away would be far more impactful. I had a competitor come out and for about $500 they came out and sealed the roof and had nothing to do with a faulty laundry vent. I have receipts to prove it.
ProQor did an excellent job! They made sure to protect areas on the ground from any damage and cleaned up so well you would have never thought they were there. They worked with us to help make sure pricing was what we could manage. And our new roof looks amazing!
I live out of the normal Olathe service area and these guys were willing to make the trip to provide a free estimate. They did so, the price was extremely reasonable, and I had a roof on my house in less than a week. The roof looks amazing, the team was professional, and there wasn't one mess left for me to clean up. I had an old satellite on my roof (they removed it) and the one I currently use they put right back up! That would have normally been a charge for Dish to come out and reinstall it. Not only did they put it back up, the TV was clear and didn't have to be realigned. I'd recommend them to anyone! Great job guys! Interesting thing is I never even had to meet anyone in person. This was all done via e-mail and telephone calls. I was able to be at work and everything was arranged electronically, which was so helpful to me!
