Project took twice as long to complete as quoted. Multiple employee call offs and days missed. Jim is horrible at sticking to a schedule and returning calls.
Multiple items still need to be completed at my house. Jim stated once he was paid in full he would return to complete. Paid in full and I can’t get him to return a call or show up.
So I’m left with an unfinished project.
If dishonesty and frustration is what you want, Jim is your guy. If not, go somewhere else.

I have used Jim and his crew at various properties that I manage for years and they do great work. He is extremely honest and has saved my clients a lot of money by not making them pay for things they don't need.
