Project took twice as long to complete as quoted. Multiple employee call offs and days missed. Jim is horrible at sticking to a schedule and returning calls.
Multiple items still need to be completed at my house. Jim stated once he was paid in full he would return to complete. Paid in full and I can’t get him to return a call or show up.
So I’m left with an unfinished project.
If dishonesty and frustration is what you want, Jim is your guy. If not, go somewhere else.

I have used Jim and his crew at various properties that I manage for years and they do great work. He is extremely honest and has saved my clients a lot of money by not making them pay for things they don't need. I trust Property Preppers for all projects big and small, from roof replacements to interior renovations. I can't recommend them enough!!

Out water heater on the 2nd floor burst one afternoon. The 1st floor ceiling was raining and eventually came down. Property Preppers were referred to us. We called. They came quickly. Resolved our immediate issues. Then restored better the home better than ever. The staff were friendly and professional. The price was more than fair. Property Preppers are the best!!
