Steve Hill and his assistants arrived early and went straight to work. What a thorough job they did. While Steve worked on the outside, his wife was conducting her inspection inside. My inspection included drones, thermal sensors, and a full video of the home. Inspection also comes with resources and recommendations to rectify and issues that were found. I am satisfied with the great job Steve and his team conducted. Thank you Steve

I just had pleasure to work with Steve; his wife Amy and son Jacob as they inspected the house I am in contract with to purchase. My realtor had given me a couple of inspection companies to contact. One was a nationwide company, and the other was a family owned one. Which was Steve & his family. I am glad that I went with them. First, I setup everything we Susannah. She went through everything and addressed any concerns that I had with the different tests. I liked the fact that their pricing was up front, with no surprises after I contacted them. They did a thorough job going through the house & property.

We arrived at the house after they had already started. They gave us a tour of what issues they were concerned about. They took their time to answer any questions that we had. I choose the premium package, which had a video guide to view afterwards of the inspection. Plus, a nice report to view in a pdf file which they emailed and are mailing a hard copy to me too.

I will use them again for any future needs. They were very knowledgeable and were using modern technology to do a better job. The money was well spent.

Steve and his wife were amazing and so helpful. They were great with our kids too by showing them how the thermo imaging looks on the screen. They did a very thorough job. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Steve was very knowledgeable & explained the details of the home inspection report very well. I will be scheduling annual inspections with him in the future.

Inspector didn't do a great job. He missed 2 waterline leaks in the house - one was a leaking supply line in the upstairs bathroom sink and the other was a leaking copper elbow in the basement. He also missed a decayed/fraying service entrance cable between breaker box and the meter.

This company is incredible! Quality, knowledgeable, and efficient! They walked me through everything I needed to do, explained why appraisers and underwriters look at specific things, and the customer service is unmatched! Overall I would give 100 stars if possible! Steve & Susannah are amazing, huge thank you to them for guiding me through something I knew absolutely nothing about!

The best home inspection I could have wished for. Steve was detailed and concise about what needed to be addressed immediately and what areas were concerns for the future. As a soon to be homeowner, I appreciate knowing what I need to focus on first. Great job from the staff as well, scheduling was smooth with excellent communication.

Great inspection and very personable. Knowledgeable and makes you feel much more at ease when purchasing a home knowing the ins and outs and what potentially may or may not cause issues in the future.

Edit: less than 3 months into owning this house and I am already having leaks to the ceiling as well as leaks in the plumbing and had to replace a part in the furnace when I was told everything was in working order.

We were very pleased with using Hill Inspections! This is the second time my family has used their services. They were very thorough with the house and allowed us to be with them every step of the way. They explained things as they went and showed us ways it can be fixed, the report was in our email that evening and detailed everything with paragraphs about specific things within the house as well as pictures. The Home Inspection report looks excellent and confirmed much of what I expected, even highlighting things I hadn’t noticed. I don’t have any questions about the content—it seems like everything was thoroughly checked. I also appreciated the extra information included, such as explanations (e.g., witches crook), why certain issues occur, how to fix them, and details not directly related to the main inspection.

Steve and Amy were very thorough and informative during the whole inspection process. The report was also very informative with details which included everything major and minor. Would definitely recommend their services and pest treatment.

After completely moving in and getting to look around found things that I feel should have been found on inspection. Water issue in basement. Most electrical outlets in basement do not function. Hole in what turned out to be a plexiglass glass window in the living room. Carpenter ant infestation. Leak from shower into the garage

Susannah was particularly helpful and took the time to tell me about the local area. Steve and Amy, the duo that performed my inspection, were a delight from the moment they exited their car. They are extremely thorough and explained everything to me. I received my report in less than 24 hrs. It was very detailed and included a mind blowing video consisting of highlights of the inspection. Even my agent was blow away and said she learned so much from the inspection video.
