As a retired building materials salesman and now a customer, I can say only good things about Steve. I've known Steve for over 20 years. As a contractor customer he was a true pleasure to serve. He's very knowledgeable about materials and only uses the best. As a contractor who replaced a deck for me he does top notch work. He's very maticuless about every step of the construction process and makes sure everything is done right. I would highly recommend RCS and Steve to anyone who has a project, large or small, if they want the project done a step above right. Steve is a true professional.

Steve has done excellent work at my house from plumbing to electrical. Very professional and communicates very well. I'm glad that I had him do the work and would have him back for any future projects.

Not much for writing reviews, probably my first, however it is worth it to help someone find a true professional contractor that they can trust. Steve is very knowledgable and professional. He works with you, he listens, and his work ethic from his first walk through to his finished project is top notch. Steve works on your house as if he was working on his own. He has worked with us/for us for various projects, first being a basement/bath remodel and another, flooring for our living area. He has been available for many smaller projects in between and has always found solutions for us. We will continue to call on Steve as we know he will provide a job well done! I hope this review provides someone with a sense of comfort, it is never easy putting your trust in a contractor. Steve is a contractor you should put your trust in!
