The two employees and work crew I dealt with are outstanding. Lisa always responded to my calls and was knowledgeable about job status. Steve went over every detail of material to be used and all of my options. They did what they said they would do and did it within the time promised. The crew installing the roof was very professional. They left the property as clean as it was before the job. Their price was great. The roof looks great! I have had a great deal of experience with contractors, this was the most pleasant experience getting work done ever. The office personnel are extremely helpful in getting us scheduled for our roof installation, the work crew showed as scheduled and performed the installation in a professional and timely manner, the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Top quality materials and the latest roofing technology were used and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after job completion. After doing a lot of research to find a local company Progressive Roofing met our expectations for quality and pricing.

Progressive restored the most important thing Hurricane Ida destroyed, my home. My roof and deck are perfect from all vantage points! The deck flooring/roof is better and more secure than before. I can rest peacefully knowing that my home is no longer at risk of further damage as this hurricane season is upon us again.  Although hurricanes are inevitable, I'm more comfortable than ever before having the warranty with Progressive.

Very professional company. Delivered materials the day before work began. Next day started work at 8am. Worked quickly and efficiently. Did a great job replacing the damaged roof. Changed up all around the house before leaving, and by 4pm the same day the roof was finished. Highly recommend the comany and I will use them again.

I had work done on my roof by them prior Ida. I have contacted them since after hurricane Ida. They always tell me someone is coming out. However no one ever come. Months has passed. I spoke to them this week and the woman in the office said that someone will be out this week. Well guess what? No one showed up.This company is unprofessional and doesn't have integrity Be very cautious about using this company. If I could have gived them a zero in ratings I would have given it to them.

We contracted Progressive Home Improvements LLC to perform our roofing work several days before Hurricane Ida hit. I understood the delays in getting material after the hurricane, but when I called the project manager for an update she never returned my call. The only update I ever got from them was when my shingles were finally in their warehouse. They never updated me on the time when they would be delivered to the home, time the roofers would be here, or when they would show up the next day (6:30 AM) I remember because that is when they started pounding on the roof without any announcement. They were also supposed to perform some ceiling work which we had 2 subcontractors come out to estimate then 2 weeks later they decided, once again, to show up unannounced. We were about fed up by that time so we turned them away. The roof replacement was low quality because the roofers were also supposed to replace facia board which they neglected to do, and were going to shingle over 7 pieces of broken and rotting decking, but I had to stop them and insist that they stop any more work until they replaced it. Instead of replacing the entire sheet of decking, they only cut the decking to fit over 2 rafters and replaced only the cracked areas. There were still several areas that I would have liked to have them replace (the decking was buckling under my 190 pound weight), but the contractor inspector insisted this was adequate and up to code. I was drawn to select them by the 12 year warranty and the annual 5 years of follow-up inspections. We'll see. Also, the subcontractors did not clean up after themselves well and left a pallet and a tarp filled with roofing waste. I called them several times to collect this, but no one ever showed. Don't waste your time and money!

Progressive is a great company, I have used them for 3 roofing jobs and have been very satisfied everytime. They come out quickly, have some of the best prices around and do a very good job. I manage rental properties and I am always looking for the most reliable, efficient and affordable companies to work with and they are.

I needed my roof replaced. I contacted a couple of companies and Progressive responded quickly. They gave me a competitive quote and held it open for me until I was ready. I had a couple of concerns solely due to the construction of my house. They came out and spoke with me and told me how they were going to perform the job. The workers showed up exactly on time and were finished and cleaned up in a day. I cannot say enough good things about Progressive. Thank you!

Progressive Home Improvements did an excellent job on replacing my roof. They came went they said they would and in fact started early each day and worked except for breaks all day. Each day the yard was cleaned up before they left. I had 2 small issues which they quickly corrected. My roof and the Patio cover made it through Zeta without any problems.

Chris and his team did a great job! They showed up on time, kept me informed and cleaned the area! This was a 2 story apartment building, flat roof. I would definitely recommend Progressive Home Improvements.
