Our bedroom slider quit working on our trip home to California from Michigan. I called Progressive RV on the Thursday before Labor Day and they told me they would try and fit me in on Tuesday morning the day after Labor Day. We were prepared for a long day and possibly having to continue home with the retracted slide. We arrived just after they opened and they took us right in. After a brief inspection and testing they found a loose connection on the slide relay. Once they secured the connection the slide worked perfectly. I can’t express how relieved we were it was that simple and they were able to determine the problem so quickly. I can highly recommend Progressive RV. They were friendly, professional, and willing to squeeze us in after a holiday. Thank You Progressive.

This is a lengthy review but please take the time to read about this exceptional company. We were visiting the Black hills of South Dakota when unexpectedly we lost all use of our RV propane system which services our stove, on demand hot water, generator, and refrigerator - which now needed to be connected to shore power to maintain the proper temperature. I made some basic checks on the solenoid cutoff system which appeared to be working properly, and the regulator which had recently been replaced and working well over the past 4 months. An internet search brought up Progress RV, so I called and spoke with Trish who said drop by and they could see what they could do, but that the mechanics are out to lunch from 12 to 1. The system had been down about 8 hours but as suddenly as the propane system shut down it started up functioning properly. I decided I needed to talk to someone about this intermittent problem so I showed up at Progress RV at 11:45. I went into the office and Trish was there and called out Mike. I went over my problem which was now impossible to troubleshoot since everything was working. For the next 45 minutes (during his lunch hour) he asked for details on how my particular system was configured, went over the shutoff system and regulator configuration. Mike then took the time to discuss a possible troubleshooting procedure to isolate the problem with specific safety steps to follow since i would be working on the propane system. As we finished up I reached for my wallet and both Trish and Mike said that there was no charge, they said - 'We work with people who have a problem, that's what we do'. 'If the problem happens again while you're nearby, come by and we'll see how we can help'. What else could I say but Thank You, and pass on the kindness and warmth two people showed to a stranger with a problem.
