When making a claim against the horrendous work done this company uses becker lassan, who then uses acuity. First off as a contractor myself that is the most backwards way to be covered. Second off acuity will not even do an inspection without personal injury. So while this company does have insurance they have the cheapest possible policy so that their customers get completely screwed. Im now in contact with a lawyer.

Brick work has already cracked. Porch repair was very sub par. They built the steps too short and never put a perimeter board on. I have to rebuild the steps to put a hand rail on because they didnt run the steps all the way to where the rail is supposed to go. Shows potential for good work but you must be around to keep an eye on it or they do it their way instead of the right way.

Edit : when fixing the issues the steps fell off the porch under me. They were screwed into rotted wood rather than fixing anything. Every single part of this has been an utter disaster.

I had Progress Masonry repair my leaking roof chimney and remove and block a basement window well that was leaking. They got it all done in less than 4 hours. I only had to wait a week from their estimate to have the work done. The quality was great and very affordable. I will have more jobs for them in the future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I noticed them working in my neighborhood repairing a chimney and decided to contact them to have a look at mine, they provided a reasonable quote and came back later to do the work on my chimney along with some brick repairs on front of house, all work was done with good quality and fast.

Will definitely recommend and call again should need other work.

Martin and the crew were quick to show up and provided an accurate bid right away. This was a major addition to our foundation to create a walkout basement. When it was time to start they showed up right on time and they did great work. I really like how they were able to do the job just like we imagined. I'm sure their work here will last for decades and they will be the first contact if we need more work.

This company is wonderful. Estimate was given within 48 hrs of making call. They started the work within 6 days of acceptance of bid. They were on time each day and completed the work as promised. Their bid was very fair and each member of their team was polite and hardworking. They tuck pointed our flagstone patio and corrected a water intrusion issue that had plagued us. We will definitely use them again.

This company is so great to work with. Came out and gave us an estimate when we were ready for them to start we called they got right to us. Took a day and half, job completed and they even cleaned up. Would highly recommend them and can't wait to have them do some further projects when we are ready!!!
