I would like to personally thank Clayton and his team for the exceptional job they did with the clean out of my home after it caught fire last year. They were very patient and got the home cleaned out in an amazing two days so we could start reconstruction on it as soon as possible. The things that could be salvaged were taken such good care and cleaned to the point when I got them back I couldn't even tell it was my stuff! The Profire team caused a preventable, secondary leak during their “remediation”/demo which resulted in aggressive mold and damage to our hardwood floors. Profire refused to take accountability or to make it right. The only reason this company worked on our home was because they were one of our insurance company’s vendors. Our contractor and insurance adjuster both expressed frustration over the state of our home after our “Profire fiasco.” They charged our insurance company for reinstalling items that were never installed. 0 stars. Would never recommend.

Clayton Ries visited my home in Buckhead with an Epic Estimator to assess the flood that occurred. He patiently and pleasantly awaited for the Insurance Adjustor with State Farm to arrive. During the wait Clayton noticed a shelf that was falling in my oversized dining room hutch. Quickly and quietly he rescued several large china pieces I had displayed before a disaster happened. Clayton was very hasty in turning in his packing estimate to State Farm (actually it was the very next day as i remember). Unfortunately my adult children insist on packing for me and i will not be able to use Pro Fire. Clayton was extremely professional and I will highly recommend Profire to anyone of need

I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with Jamie. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Instead of providing helpful service, they made the situation more difficult and frustrating. It’s disappointing to encounter such behavior from someone representing a business. I expected better and will be reconsidering whether I want to do business here again.

The team of movers from ProFire were absolutely a joy. First of all, there were so many great people that I can’t remember all their names.Jeanette was in charge, and Wendy, Dustin, Tyler, Riley, Brooklyn, Martha, Ronnie, are just a few that were so helpful, respectful and just delightful to be around. They all made what could have been stressful and difficult , a pleasant experience. Clayton Ries has been overseeing everything from the first
day, and again, was a pleasure to work with and went the “extra mile “ at all times.

After my scathing review Profire has stepped up to the plate and turned things around in a big way. I was expecting to be ran over by such a massive company but instead they took 4 hours out of their day and made everything right as rain. My family and i appreciate the effort

Started out on shaky legs, but it ended up coming through in the end. Hopefully it'll all be worked out in the next week or so and life will be back to normal.

The project manager left and we were not notified. The new manager put us on a shelf as he was learning the job.
Profire blames the contractors that THEY hired.
Takes MONTHS to get anything done and they blame it on the Covid pandemic supply chain that is no longer an issue in 2024.
Read their paperwork over carefully.
Some businesses claim they don’t even have you in their databases if they don’t like the review you gave them. I saw that happen here with someone else’s review.

We had a fire a few years back, and had profire do all of our work. However, most everything they did has broken, paint is chipping, most of our outlets don't work, the appliances that were sent off to be cleaned were not cleaned etc.. when I say broken they were broken within a year of our warranty, but we were told it didn't fall under the guidelines. Basically they got paid very well, and we got cheap materials. Would never use them again, and the professionalism was not up to par.

I want to let people know that if you need help with water or fire damage please call PRO FIRE THEY ARE one of the most awesome companies I have ever dealt with. My house flooded and their teams are terrific workers. They are polite and take such good care of your property and really made my day. When they packed it was the same way. So professional. Customer Service is not dead with PRO FIRE. My stuff is back in order and I am so happy. I really am astounded at their Customer Service. After you have been through an incident

We had a leak that required the removal and replacement of our entire floor and a pack out and return. I was skeptical, as we have had some pretty bad experiences with movers before. The quote was very reasonable but the the service was impeccable. We have a lot of little pieces and a breakfront as well as a curio cabinet. The staff took pictures and returned every item in the same place but CLEANER! All was dusted and cleaned up when replaced. And, the organization was better than the way we had placed our belongings in the cabinets. The staff was tireless, careful and very courteous. They made the pack out and return very easy. I hope to never have another reason for the service but I would recommend Pro Fire Cartersville to anyone who needs their service.

This company, the team, the leadership and the professionalism that comes with each of these has been hands down perfect. Elijah and his team went above and beyond on our house during a very unfortunate and difficult time. From remediation to pack out each and every employee at Pro Fire holds themselves to a different standard than most remediation companies. They were professional, on time and put themselves in the shoes of the homeowners making us feel that we were more than just a customer. We had countless issues and delays during my home renovation with Profire, and there were a lot of arguments along the way. But in the end, they finished the job, which was my main goal. Considering that—and the fact that many contractors abandon jobs halfway through and leave their responsibilities behind—I’m giving Profire 4 stars.

My home was flooded and I was given Profire. Well let me state Elijah Edwards contacted me. He was very professional and I am so glad he decided to take the job because I lives in Lithonia. From day one to completion of the mitigation process. Him and Joshua have been a Knight in a Shining Armor. I felt so comfortable with everything. They explained in detail and followed up. Very punctual and very pleasant at all times. I can truly say Thank You a thousand times for a job well done. They are a valuable assets to this company. Must say James was also very nice. I'd like to leave this review on a personal note directed towards Elijah and Jordan from Profire, who were contracted by my insurance company for water and mold clean up in my residence.

Gentlemen, thank you so very much for taking care of business in my 'disaster area'. I believe you guys felt my pain, fright, and frustration during the entire mitigation process and it is proven by the commitment you men showed while doing the dirty work.

I am highly impressed with the communication through the 5 day process and even afterward. It seems as though after the clean up process was completed by Elijah, Jordan, and crew, forward momentum on the project was lost. Elijah took it upon himself to reach out to me and verify the status of repairs, which I reported nothing had been started since the cleaning and drying process had been completed 2.5 days prior. Once he learned of the hold up, he reached out to the insurance adjuster, contractors, and schedulers. Within 20 hours I had an appointment set up for the reconstruction estimator to meet me at my residence in order to begin gathering information for reconstruction.

Again, thank you men for being professional, punctual, and readily available for my needs during the beginning stages of repairing my loss.

The team was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. The work was perfect and done in a timely manner. I am truly amazed by the quality of work preformed. I would recommend them over and over again.

We had a house fire last April 2021 which resulted in a total rebuild. Profire came in removed everything inside the house which meant all furniture, walls, clothing, plumbing etc.
So a total rebuild means that. A totally new house inside! Profire’s staff worked with us on the remodel which was moving walls, closets, rooms and gave us other awesome ideas! They we’re with us every steps from picking out flooring to paint. They answered all our questions without hesitation and worked one on one with our insurance agent. They made a very stressful time as easy as possible.
I highly recommend Profire in any project you may have from a bathroom remodel to a complete rebuild! Awesome company and group to work with. They are the best.

Took 2yrs+ to finally get an item replaced which they broke. Still waiting on answer regarding another item that was returned broken. Overall not satisfied with this company. What restoration company uses the same sub-contractor to do inside painting (btw-the painter painted all windows shut), hangs sheetrock (using scraps), which I had them do it right. The same sub-contractor laid tile which I asked him if he has ever done this before, replied "I'm learning". There is more I could say about this company, some good, more not so good.
I would not recommend this company. Don't always go with who your insurance company recommends. Do your own research.

I had water damage from a bathroom on several floors of my home. They responded quickly and arrived first thing the next morning and did an outstanding job. They were professional, easy to work and communicate with. They clearly explained the process with the insurance company. I would definitely use them again. Very professional.

If you want Quality work at reasonable price take my advice don’t use this company. Ive been in construction for over 20 years and by far this company is the worst company I’ve see, No permits, poor scheduling, up charging at every turn. I understand at the end of the day the insurance company have the final say so but when your working on someone’s home you should respect that and not just rush the job down the line. Also after I fired Profire I ended up getting double the insurance money over $150,000. Save yourself some time and don’t mess with this company.

ELIJAH EDWARDS and your crew, you were the first responders to my flooded house, can’t thank you enough. I was devastated with the damage but you acted fast, very professional and detailed in your work that made me realized I was in good hands. Then came Jordan and Nick, you’re the best. And not to forget Beth Neal who coordinated the whole project, taking my calls each time I had concerns and gracefully you listened and took action and made it work. Thank you all. Anyone with these kind of damages and more, don’t hesitate to try them. You will never regret it.

Nic and the team communicated, responded, helped me understand each step, and did an amazing job! They were affordable, professional and have the customer as number one priority ! We got connected with Profire through insurance company. They responded quickly and arrived on time for assessment and quotation. The restoration team is very throughout and detailed orientated, and they provided timely updates and communicated with insurance and reconstruction team to make sure we are on the right track.

I lost my home to a fire and my insurance company called in ProFire to do the demo work I cannot praise Nick Turner -project manager- highly enough. From Day 1 Nick calmed me down, thoroughly explained all that was to be done, and answered all my questions transparently..He took care of my home as if it were his . I had a pipe burst in my finished basement on Memorial Day weekend that left a significant amount of water damage. Called up Beth Self at ProFire as recommended by a family friend and she had a crew on-site immediately to start the remediation process including carpet removal, dehumidification, clean up, etc. Very pleased with the crew’s professionalism and concern for protecting my property! 10/10 service all the way around! Thank you ProFire!

I had extensive water damage to two levels of my townhouse and ProFire Restoration exceeded my expectations on the quality and service of their repairs. Matt Jagger was my primary person of contact and he provided excellent customer service in assisting and scheduling the repairs. He along with the entire crew that made the repairs did an incredible job where despite the damage was a traumatic and stressful experience, the result of their service and repairs made the experience a blessing in disguise. I will most definitely use their service the next time I am in need of home repairs or renovations.

DO NOT USE !! – My experience with them has not been favorable at all. I had a leak in my sunroom that went thru to the flooring. There was also some water damage to the ceiling. I called for them to come out, as they came recommended, to tarp the sunroom to prevent any more damage from being done until claim could be filed with insurance. Claim was filed, and their adjuster met with insurance adjuster to go over their findings. Claim was approved, but I never heard back from anyone at Profire, LLC after I called and messaged the adjuster Byron. I finally called main office and talked to them and they asked for me to send the estimate claim from my insurance agency for them to look over and contact me back. I heard back from the adjuster who stated after reviewing what the insurance sent back and talking to his manager, they felt as the job was just simply too insignificant for them to do and that I should just hire a “handy man” to do the shingle patch work and painting needed. ARE You KIDDING ME? That’s how you handle a customer… ignore them for weeks (4+) then tell them the reason you aren’t doing the work it because the pay out basically, is too minimal and not worth their time…. I will never recommend them for ANY job of ANY size as this shows their true intent and work ethic.

We had some water damage after a pipe broke causing our basement to flood so we had to have drywall, flooring, bathroom vanity, etc. replaced or repaired. Matt Darr and his guys (Fernando, Christian, and Martin) were all great at communicating with us and providing excellent work and service. We really appreciate them finishing the job quickly and leaving us with a beautiful, CLEAN space. Maria and her team that came to do the pack out/moving of our stuff were also amazing! I was really please with this company Matt Darr was very professional and attentive to my concern and well-being. And Pedro and his team was very professional respectful and they made sure to take care of my personal belongings. And they also cleaned up their mess every day day before leaving

After our bathroom had a leak, we found out that there was more damage than we originally thought. Once we spoke to the insurance company, they gave us a few companies to choose from and we decided to go with ProFire. I got off the phone with our adjustor and Beth from ProFire called us immediately. She handled the initial appointment and paperwork. Then, on the day of our appointment, the mitigation crew came out, cleaned everything up and even moved the furniture. The next step in the process was meeting our project manager Matt and the rest of the team. Matt was great. He organized everything. Always responded to our calls, texts or emails. He was always available and listened to all of our concerns. The work crew we had were the best. They were safe, clean, respectful, friendly, hard working and considerate. The job was completed and we were amazed at the transformation and the short amount of time it took. Matt Jagger and his crew took great care of us, so great that I referred him to a friend that needed roof and water damage repair. I would recommend ProFire to anyone needing home repair or improvement work. They're a safe, reliable company that guarantees their work.

Clayton and his team did a fantastic job when my basement flooded due to water pipe bursting. They were very quick to respond late in the evening and had me on my way. Their communication was top notch from start to finish. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do Profire will be my choice.

Profile did an amazing job on our house. We worked with Byron. He was very easy to get in contact with, very responses.
They gutted our kitchen and bathroom because of a leak and mold. Also fixed the foundation on the back side of our house.

Profire restored our condo after a catastrophic flood caused by a neighbor's sprinkler system. Our project manager, Matt Darr, responded within minutes when we had questions or concerns. He interacted with our insurance adjuster and practically became our representative to make sure that the condo was restored to its original condition. He kept us up to date on progress and called us to make sure our concerns were taken into account. He was professional and friendly, and it was a pleasure working with him.

Matt Jagger & his crew were the most professional group of men I have ever seen! They showed up on time every day, & let me tell you they had Everything they needed for the job to be done! My son was impressed with the Trailer the workman pulled with all his Tools--he said mom you should see how clean & how organized he keeps it I have never seen anything like it that man knows what he is doing! They did for sure, knew exactly what they were doing they did a Perfect job on putting my celling's back & doing the old fashion stiffing to match the rest of the rooms. Plus the wood trim just like we had before. We had a faulty workmanship from a new roof few years ago caused leak then it caused dangerous mold to grow in the attic and ceiling's. My insurance had another Mold company do the Mold and had them come out do the Remodeling. I could not be more pleased nor my husband & they finished just like they said they would, even matched my paint to a T. If anything ever happens in my home Again ( I pray it doesn't) rest assure I WILL USE THESE GUYS!!!

I cannot praise Profire LLC and my project manager, Matt Darr, enough! A tree fell on our house, and we selected Profire LLC for our restoration. The whole process was quick, painless, and professional. The office explained the process clearly and concisely, the estimate was understandable with clear expectations, and the actual work went better than expected. Matt Darr was our project manager, and admittedly, I had fears of phone tag and incessant pestering, but that just did not happen. Matt was proactive in everything. He called ahead of time giving a heads up of each step and arrival every time. Everyone was on time, and the work was great. He made us feel comfortable at each step and made sure we were satisfied with each step. Obviously, I would never want this experience again, but I now know I have a team I can trust.

Really enjoyed working with this company. Our project manager, Matt, and all of the contractors were wonderful. The service was quick and outstanding quality.

This company is a joke! I got a phone call from the Project Manager, Matt, on October 9th. An appointment was set up for him to come the next Wednesday. He was a no call, no show. I thought maybe I had the wrong Wednesday and expected him a week later. Still a no call, no show! When I called I was told our account had been closed. Apparently, it wasn’t a big enough job for them because they would only make a few hundred dollars! We needed repairs in two different rooms but we only wanted them to do the majority of the work upstairs and a couple things downstairs. We were going to finish the bottom floor on our own. Instead of calling me and telling me they didn’t do small jobs, they sent me an “email.”. I still cannot find that supposed email. If they were a good company with any customer service at all, they should have called and told me they couldn’t do the job instead of us taking off 2 different days and waiting on them. Find someone else to do your work! There has to be better choices out there!!

MATT DARR AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME AND REPAIRED MY ROOF AND SEALED A SHEETROCK STAIN AND PAINTED THE ENTIRE CEILING, ALL WITHIN THE DAY.

I am a believer in second chances and I am more than understanding that life sometimes happens, but at some point there has to be a time where a person or a company takes responsibility for their poor management, lack of professionalism and poor communication. We had a project that began in July. The project should have taken a few days to potentially a week. We got excuse after excuse about pushing back the start date, contractors not showing up or no communication at all about when contractors may or may not randomly show up at the house. Initially I was forgiving, but the miscommunication continued. The contractor and project manager contradicted each other and then blamed one another for the mistakes or poor communication. To top it off, I had not spoken with the project manager for weeks. I gave him permission to talk with my spouse ( this happened once). I finally got a call stating the project manager would be by to pick up the check. No walk through with us, no questions about if we were happy with the work, nothing. Then he preceded to lie to my spouse indicating that he spoke with me about the matter, when he did not speak with me, but the contractor. We caught him on the phone contradicting himself during our last heated disagreement about the lack of customer service and professionalism. Not once did the manager take accountability for his actions or miscommunication. Matt, had me hopeful that they could take care of our contracting needs, however, they created a prolonged disaster that I thought would never end. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

We were victims of a crime and I was very emotional about calling my insurance company and kept delaying. When I finally did call and have an assessor out to the house, they put me in touch with Pro-fire and their project manager Matt called and was fabulous. He asked questions put my mind at ease and made an appointment to come out to go over all the details of the repairs . He answered all my questions, told me what to expect and when, he sent his team out to do the repairs and called to check on the work every step of the way.
The customer service and attention to detail was phenomenal. I could call him at any time and he always called to update with new information.
When his team came to do the repairs, we had to have new doors replaced, new mailbox, new wall to the front shed, painting and siding. The team foreman was awesome and so helpful, the other guys in the group were very hardworking and thorough.
They cleaned up after their work and walked around with us to make sure we were happy 100%.
It looks fabulous and we are delighted. The trauma behind us now we can move forward.

In an effort to verify that this is not a fraudulent post by a competitor, can you please provide your customer name as it may appear in our system?” I am in your system, or maybe you should check with Allstate insurance who paid you people. You have went through so many employees no one now has any idea what’s going on or what is happened to my yard which is destroyed. I was looking on Google earth, the satellite even picked up the damage you and your contractors did to my yard. I’ve also noticed that you’ve been cut And pasting your response as I’m sorry we don’t recognize your name truck most of your reviews. Buyer beware.

Profire Restoration, LLC was the first company that I was referred to via my insurance company. Being a first time homeowner I had no clue which company to use. However, I did know that I am BIG on customer service. With that, I told my adjuster that I wanted a company that was professional, timely, and effective in communicating the repairs that would be done to my home. Profire was that and more! Matt J. as assigned as my Project Manager and he exceeded my expectations from his initial visit to the final walk through. Matt was always professional, an effective communicator (he explained the process clearly which made it easy for me to share with my husband) and followed-up with me weekly (sometimes daily) to ensure that repairs were going as planned in our home. He also made announced as well as unannounced visits while the contractors were completing repairs to make sure that things were being completed as they had been communicated to me. Matt and his team made what I thought for sure would be a stressful process STRESS FREE! I literally NEVER worried about anything throughout this process with Matt and his team. Anything that I had a concern about he jumped on it right away to get my concern resolved. Being a first time homeowner and having to go through this process I am pleased with choosing to use Profire and have already recommended this company to a friend. Our home was scheduled to listed for sale on a Monday but unfortunately a tornado came through town Sunday and caused significant damage to the house. ProFire handled the job from start to finish and did not miss a beat! We had our power restored within 3 days of my first contact with them. The entire roof was replaced in less than a day!

Had an excellent experience with Profire and our project manager, Byron. After our upstairs toilet overflowed and flooded my downstairs dining room and two bedrooms, they were nothing but helpful and accommodating as we waited on subflooring to dry. Byron went above and beyond my expectations, answering phone calls and text messages with my never ending questions, even after hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing restoration work done!

We used Profire Restoration Services after extensive water damage caused by a water supply line failure to our icemaker. The company was very quick to respond and after an damage estimate was made by John Smith, Casey Jones was assigned as Project Manager. Casey made immediate contact followed shortly with a visit to the site. Casey made recommendations on how to proceed and assigned Terry Bates to do the work. Terry did and outstanding job and Casey stayed in close contact until completion. Casey did a follow-up visit to insure we were satisfied with their work. We were and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Profire LLC did a fantastic job. I will continue to recommend & utilize their services. They completed a full bathroom build back, including installation of 5 custom floor trusses, due to water damage, within 45 days. John & Brian were extremely helpful in getting the job started. Casey Jones provided excellent project management throughout the entire process and Victor did a great job assisting. We are thankful to have our Master Bathroom restored. Awesome teamwork and project completion!

State Farm recommended I use ProFire to repair water damage in my kitchen and basement and I am so glad they did. With Casey Jones taking point, I had very little to worry about. He handled everything from lining up contractors to giving me guidance when I asked for it. Casey did a great job problem solving several tricky situations, plus he was a staunch advocate when it came to dealing with insurance.
