Professionals On Call

I would NOT use this company. We bought a house in Nov 2014 and it was stated that the roof was new (May 2014). In Feb 2016, not even 2 years later, the roof started leaking and some of the wood is rotten. We pulled the permit to see who replaced it. It states Professionals On Call. After 3 or 4 visits from them, a half assed caulk job to 'stop the leak' and several phone calls from both my husband and myself... it's now almost May and the roof still has not been fixed. Every time we call, they say they're going to do something to fix it but nothing has been done. We have also been told by the owner that Professionals On Call didn't do the work even though his name is on the permit. The gentleman who caulked it stated that he's not responsible either. When someone pays to have a new roof, it should last longer than 2 years.
