Professional Roofers showed up incredibly quickly, found a leak issue quickly and repaired it on the spot. The two guys who came were also incredibly kind. I had a wonderful experience with this company!

Professional Roofers just replaced my roof and gutters due to hail damage. The process was very easy and stress free. The claim was filed and the adjuster came out along with someone from Professional Roofers and it was approved instantly. I received the check in the mail very quickly. When the roofers came to do the work everyone was very nice and respectful of everything on my property. The project manager even went over what they found and how they fixed it. I had a couple of issues I never knew about and they repaired them so now I have piece of mind it was done right. Also, I've got a 5 year warranty through the company if anything becomes an issue. Great people and great service!! Highly recommended!!

The Salespersons and General Manager, we’re very active in making sure that we were pleased with the work that was performed.

First rate experience with everyone one of the staff, from Rob who showed me how to make the insurance claim, to MacKenzie who walked me through payment. Workers were first rate - really hustling and keeping things clean in an inherently messy job (taking off the roof generates a lot of waste). They hit every benchmark, did what they said they were going to do, and did it on the timeframe they promised. Very impressive!

We had a great experience with professional roofers. They were able to come out the day I called in the rain and fix the issue with our shingle which helped prevent additional water damage to our ceiling. The worker who came out was also so respectful of our house. He took his shoes off to come inside and made sure I was okay with him bringing in his wet ladder. I can’t say enough how wonderful this roofing company is! They followed through with the exact actions they verbally said on the phone! My agent, Mackenzie Willy, (Professional Roofers) was very personable, capable, and knowledgeable when she came to check out the condition of my roof! It wasn’t quite bad enough to file a claim but needed some shingles replaced! She had their roofers come the same day to patch up the bad places before the hurricane rain came! Professional Roofers came out because I had a leak in my downstairs bathroom, which I thought was caused by my roof. They inspected the roof and found that there was nothing wrong with it. There was actually a piece of siding that had pulled away and they fixed it. Did a great job and I am very pleased with the overall outcome. Thank again for coming to my rescue

Experience was great! They were able to support with gutter cleaning and able to identify a few issues with a rubber boot on the roof around a vent. They were able to take care of it same day! No hassle service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quick and quality service.

Pro Roofers have been our go-to roofing company since having them repair damage, and then ultimately replace our 25 year old roof. They even installed our Starlink dish for us, since it needed a roof penetration, and we wanted to make sure there were no leaks. Perfect.

And recently, a tree fell on our house, causing some damage. Aaron came over right away, examined the damage, and reported that no major work was needed. He still took the time to seal the small holes that were created, and even inspected the rest of the roof while he was up there. No additional issues. Excellent.

Working with this group was one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had in maintaining my home.
Joe Rogers brought to my attention the possibility of having some needed repairs covered by my insurance policy and ultimately facilitated a complete roof replacement where my deductible was the only out of pocket expense.
To add to that, within the appraiser’s total cost estimate PPI upgraded my attic ventilation, and Eric replaced and painted all the required woodwork as well as properly leveling my previously sagging gutters.
This again while coming in under the dollar amount provided by my carrier.
Hats off to this team. It was such a pleasure working with them that I am sorry I won’t likely need a new roof anytime in the near future!

We are very satisfied with the job that Professional Roofers was hired to do to install the entire roof on our house, to include dormers. We chose asphalt shingles.
Professional Roofers accompanied our insurance adjuster during the insurance adjusters evaluation of hail damage we were inquiring about.
The installers were very conscientious during the removal of the old shingles so as to do no damage. No damage was done.
I am grateful for the expert job they did in identifying rotted sections of the underlying wood and the careful, expert replacement of the wood sheathing and rafters that had significant rot and water damage.
They were also very diligent to properly align and secure all flashing and water and ice underlay in the valleys.
Professional Roofers was quick to search out and replace siding that needed replacing and to install to code replacement flashing for the added protection I had requested.
I’m grateful none of our landscaping was disturbed or damaged during the project.

Professional Roofers replaced my roof six years ago due to hail damage.We had recently pea sized hail storm, a man representing a roofing company out of Nashville inspected my roof and said I needed my roof replaced.I called Professional Roofers late Friday they sent Aaron Roos out the following Monday for a second opinion, he reported no damage and even caulked two nail holes and pointed out and repaired a vent flashing damaged by a plumber. All this on ninety degree day. You won’t regret calling Professional Roofers and Aaron Roos for excellent results.

After all the strong rains we have had I was a bit concerned about my gutters. I contacted Professional Roofers, and in no time Aaron called and told me when he could be onsite to check out my gutters. He arrived on time and after a thorough inspection gave me a very detailed review of what he had found. We agreed on work to be done and he was able to accomplish it on that visit. I reached out to Professional Roofers after we lost some shingles in a storm. They came highly recommended by a neighbor. My call was answered by Jeremy right away. I was traveling but he scheduled someone to come by the next day. These guys were very honest. They provided a full report that showed no major issues and replaced the missing shingles right away. I would highly recommend these guys the customer service and response times were off the charts! My roofer for life!

They arrived on time, made sure plants and grass were protected from debris. When finished, they cleaned up all debris from the roof. Love the ridge vents and my new roof. I would recommend these guys for any roofing needs.

I recently had an ice dam on the roof of my condo-water was leaking in through the window and under the floor boards. My property manager reported this to pro-roofers. They sent someone out the next morning. He was thorough in his assessment and came back to clear the ice and snow before it began to melt again. He was back the next day to fix the roof to prevent this occurring again. I was so relieved to not experience any more damage. Very pleased with the service.
