He has kept me informed and up to date and walked me through what I need to do for insurance. He has made an extremely stressful situation as painless and stress free as possible. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason and he was amazing. The quality of the material and the crew he lined up were amazing. Home remodeling or home repair from a leak is stressful but they will assist you and come up with a plan. I will definitely be using them again as they were professional and respectful to our home. Hands down this is the company to use.
We’ve used PRS twice now. The first time was for a insurance claim (leak) in 2020 which they handled quickly and professionally. In 2021 we hired them to do our kitchen and 1st floor renovations.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
The renovations took awhile because I was having a hard time making selections. Our PM, Skylar, was beyond patient with us (me).
Skylar always answered my questions and concerns. He even helped me make selections (and would tell me if I was being ridiculous, which I appreciated). Noah, who had a big role in making my visions become a reality, is the best! His attention to detail is on point.
Overall, I would use PRS again (here’s looking at you Skylar for the Master Bath!).
