I had an excellent experience with Flood Expert. After a heavy storm, we were concerned about the flood damage and future risk to our property. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. They performed a detailed flood assessment, explained everything clearly, and provided practical solutions tailored to our home.

I don't know where to start. We decided to hire Flood Expert after seeing a neighbor's work several times over the years. Their review of their work gave us confidence. What started as a small project (moving the washer and dryer to a larger empty room and converting it into a mudroom) turned into a much larger project that involved demolishing the entire house's ceilings to replace them, installing new lights and ceiling fans, and converting the old washer and dryer closet into a pantry. Because they had a plan and a reasonable price, they had a plan. What I really appreciated was their willingness to make sure we were happy with the work, both during the job and during a follow-up visit within a year after the issues were resolved. The results were excellent. We've recommended them to several friends and will definitely hire them again for our future needs.

The Flood Expert team was incredibly responsive to all of my flood mitigation and rebuild needs. They were onsite within 30 minutes of my call and worked into the night to mitigate the damage. They communicated well and knew how to work with my insurance company throughout the process. They also completed the rebuild and my space looks like new.

Flood Expert has done highly superior work on two of our properties in recent years. They responded immediately (replacing a competitor company that had been slow to respond) and provided clarity on all work. After promptly amerliorating all initial damage Flood Expert helped us to restore and improve both properties where we suffered severe flooding damage in our basements. Floor Expert also guided us through all interactions with our insurance carrier and that proved to be invaluable. Highly professional, competent, responsive and pleasant.

Ashkan and his team were fantastic. I had a sewage backup in my home and within an hour (after regular business hours I would add!) they were at my house and starting on the remediation. They stayed late into the night getting the basement cleaned up, disinfected, and demo’d. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up that night and picked up within a few days. Ashkan was super communicative and helpful, always incredibly responsive to texts and calls. The team took detailed photos of the damage and removed all items that couldn’t be salvaged. Highly recommend Ash and his team!

We experienced a sewage back-up that flooded our basement. It also affected 6 other houses on the street. Flood Expert was extremely responsive, coming first thing the next morning and began to remediate the entire basement. They were very professional, answered my questions and responded quickly when new water damage problems were found. I hope I never have the need to use them again but if I do I will definitely give them a call.
