I absolutely love my new windows. From the start to the finish everyone was very respectful and friendly. They left no mess behind. Any future projects ProEdge Remodeling is the only place I will use. There cost was so much better than other companies.

The actual work has not yet begun, but because of the professional presentation of the products, service, and guarantees - along with a fair and reasonable price for a quality product - I am at complete ease and have total trust using ProEdge Remodeling for replacing 18 double hung windows in my home - along with sliding entrance doors leading to my deck. I'm excited! Can't wait to start!

Not sure about this company. Made an appt to have a quote, spoke to the gentleman told him not to get confused as to their was a Road and Lane with the same name and I lived on the Road. Gave him directions and repeated the name of my Road. The evening arrived, the time came, no Rep there. Got a call from the office saying he was outside my house. Went out and checked no one was there. Called the office back and reported no one was there. She gave me the reps cell# and I called it. He realize he went to the wrong address (LANE rather than Road). Repeated my directions and he said he would be right there. I waited outside my house for 15 minute., called the office, she reported he went home, but someone would be there tomorrow (Patrick) The next night a gentleman named George arrived to do the demo and give me a price. My wife and I were impressed and asked him to leave the estimate so we could discuss it. George said he could not leave the estimate (company policy) but would send me a written estimate during the week… none ever came. A gentleman called Ned said he would come over and he was sure he could give me a better price than George ( from the SAME company). Made an appointment for talk on the phone the following Sunday. He never called back. Spoke to the office again and she said he had, it was in the log. I explained if he had he did not leave a message and that I was no longer interested, if that was the service her company did…. Would not suggest or recommend this company. If this happens now, what would happen if I needed service once the deal was completed and paid for??? I told her the company seemed “scratchy” and I was no longer interested…. Tooo many red flags…Find a vendor with better customer service. FMC

Cost was lower than expected. The installation took less than a day. The quality of the windows is fantastic. I’m so happy I got our beautiful new bay window from Pro Edge. Hire them!

We needed very large new sectional window which had failed twice by other companies. This one is fantastic! From start to finish the service and communication, Construction, everything was perfect. This 8 section window triple pane is gorgeous! It matches the rest of the household. We are thrilled with the quality of service, the quality of the window and performance of the work crew who installed it. Also relieved to know it's insulated throughout the framing. Stellar!! The sales person was very nice and not pushy. Then came the bad part. He said a manager will call me which j had no issue with. Then "marketing manager" after "marketing manager" calls and even when I say I will speak to them when they do not call from a restricted number they keep doing it. I requested them to call from an office number and they refused and then say they are not able to do that. When I say it seems shady, the "marketing manager" proceeds to call me crazy multiple times because I requested to call me from an office number or not call me again and hurls other insults at me insisting I don't know what I'm talking about and all businesses call people like this and when I say they don't, he keeps saying I'm crazy as well as worse things that I can not post here and hangs up. I would heavily advise people to look at their BBB reviews and see if they really want to work with a company like this. I am glad I didn't after how their "office" and "marketing manager"s acted.

The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Salesperson forced us through a 90 minute presentation before spending the last 5 minutes giving us the estimate that we had actually requested. After deciding not to commit to their services, I have been harassed with multiple phone calls on a daily basis, sometimes up to 5 in a day, from their "marketing department" trying to offer me a promotion I've already said I'm not interested in. I have blocked multiple numbers at this point and am still receiving phone calls from this company. Absolutely no regard for our time or responsibilities, wish I had never contacted them to begin with.

Beautiful job on our roof. Raised ranch done in a day. Great quality and personal service. Thorough clean up too. Great experience!

He showed me all these high numbers for this and everything else and when he came back, I said oh my God it’s slashed in half and I bought the windows I would never go any place else, but the Pro edge remodeling, the people are excellent friendly just what you want

Totally different from others sellers.
He went through all and more to make sure we are happy and comfortable.

When you need new windows; call ProEdge. From beginning to end the company has been respectful, informative, clean and professional. Their product is handmade locally and in comparison better. Price was relatively comparable to most other options. The two gentlemen that installed the windows were thorough, quick, clean and very polite. Jot down ProEdge in your home maintenance file.

My parents and I are first-time homebuyers, and we are not well versed in terms of remodeling projects. Justin C was wonderful while explaining the entire process, from the work being completed to the financing option. He also performed a great presentation about the windows, and the benefits for each type. We would 100% recommend Justin to anyone wanting to get work done on their home!

Richard was very thorough in his presentation. I understand more about industry standards and how Pro edge makes their windows.
I was not pressured. He was patient and able to answer my questions and concerns. I believe he got me the best deal possible and that I have made the right decision.

I met with George Kulp today to go over costs to replace my storm windows with new storm windows. I can't tell you how impressed I was with his professional reaction. I couldn't afford the cost but wish that I could. N9 pressure just accepted my response. Not that their product appears excellent but I couldn't see ROI on cost. If you're looking for a company that's honest and will work with you regarding YOUR needs and not theirs, you should give them a call

Great job! My new windows are awesome!! Love that I can now open, what used to be 2 solid picture windows, the space and get a cross breeze.

If you don't know anything about anything and can't use newfangled gadgets like pocket computers with telephones, or computing machines connected to the internet to do your own research, then you should definitely go with ProEdge! They would love to come to your place with a 1950s-style sit-in-your-living-room sales pitch, telling you all about the marvels of modern windows in front of "all homeowners". For the rest of us living in the 21st century, I would recommend avoiding them. No matter how good they are at windows, nothing is worth a stupid in-person sales pitch, which they insisted be setup with both homeowners. Needless to say, we didn't move forward with the appointment.

I just had my windows and slider replaced by ProEdge. From the time that Rich and his partner spent going over the product and providing onsite demonstrations, to the installation, all top notch.
I love the product. When he was done installing and cleaned up, you couldn't even tell he was here ripping out the old windows and slider. Even the outside work (which is a condo so everything had to look like it did before) makes the unit look brand new. In my opinion, he made it look better than when he found it. As for the quality of the product, I am impressed. This time of year, when the sun is out longer and beating on the windows and slider (which face West so they get all the afternoon sun) the inside of my unit would easily reach 80 degrees and I would have to run the AC to cool it down even in April. Now, no such issue. I am very happy with the product and the job that was done. I would recommend ProEdge without hesitation.

The entire interaction with ProEdge was fantastic. From the salesman, Rich, the final message by Eric to the installation crew the process was easy. The windows are beautiful and no more road noise. Can't recommend this company enough. Will be using them for doors in the future.

Salesman and saleswoman were very knowledgeable. Installers arrived on time and finished on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Windows look like really high quality but I guess time will tell.

With ProEdge's Evaluation of the old windows, ordering, installation, fellas who were on site to install ~ every step of the way was exceptional. ProEdge continues to check in, with calls to confirm there aren't additional questions or concerns with the product or installation. Courteous, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, And don’t mind answering , great workmanship can’t say enough about this crew. To top it off, they had wonderful personalities. That means a great deal in a day of people being rude and curt with each other.

All the blinds that I took off the windows, the old windows, before they arrived, are being washed this morning! I don’t think I’ve ever taken them down! But one is back up, one is drying, and I still have quite a few to go, but I’ve got this!
My old windows, which were new 25 years ago, had become inefficient, and it was time to bite the bullet and switch them out. Thankfully, they offer to finance plan which I found manageable.
They are not the only company I contacted, but I liked their product the best so if you need new windows or an upgrade, you really should check them out. For that matter, if you’re nearby, you can come check out my windows!

By far the best windows company I've work with throughout my whole home ownership, the salesman to the installation was very professional, the sale person was very attentive and answer all of our question and help us with everything that we needed to know. The two guys who came to install the windows were amazing human being, very friendly to my kids, very respectful to the spacing, and high class professional. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone who needs windows work. The design and quality of the windows are top, right after the installation I felt the difference right away thanks to proEdge again for your amazing work.

George, a person who knows how to guide about the product and a friendly person, with a lot of knowledge. He makes the customer feel confident about purchasing the product.

I am very pleased with the company, their work, and their reps. I was able to get the product that I wanted at a price that was good for me. I really appreciate the effort they made to make me comfortable with my order.

Very hard to get in contact with them. Was promised the return of deposit by Beth Thomas who I was informed that was the production manager. However it was never returned . I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the her and still no return of my phone calls or said promised refund. Extremely poor customer service 0/10 do not recommend.
Also was threatened with legal actions as well as debt collectors which doesn’t Really make sense since no services were rendered . ( By Jim I’m unsure of his position) .

I have windows installed in a room that was very drafty. After I had these windows installed, it really did live up to my expectations and more! Not only is there no draft in the room, the room now holds a lot more heat in the winter and keeps heat out in the summer.
The sales representative, George Kulp was amazing! He walked me through the process and was able to explain next steps on which options are available for installation of windows that work within my budget and time constraints. I will 100% endorse ProEdge and its team for anyone! Great job everyone!

When someone asks to remove them from a call list, repeatedly calling isn’t going to win you business

ProEdge was the last window experts we called to price out new replacement windows for our home. WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM FIRST!

They are very professional, friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. It all started with the woman that took my call, to make the appointment. She was very pleasant and every effort was made to schedule their appointment to our needs.

The salesman, George, arrived on time and was informative about ProEdge windows. George was very easy to talk to, almost like we were friends for years. I learned a lot about windows and their construction. I also loved the fact that ProEdge manufactures their own windows. George answered all of our concerns and questions, without hesitation. If you want to know anything about windows, and want an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy person, George is your man. George and his team, stepped up their game and did everything they could to make this project affordable to us. No high pressure sales tactics were ever used.

After accepting ProEdge's proposal, we were visited by Richard. Again, Richard showed up at the time that was scheduled. He went over the proposal in detail, he made sure we understood their product, what to expect the day of install and to make sure we were happy. Richard prepared the contract only after all of our questions and concerns were satisfied.

I am very impressed with all the employees at ProEdge. So far, my experience has been terrific, and I haven't even got my windows yet! I would recommend ProEdge for your project. They make their own windows (No Middleman), every employee is pleasant, tentative and knowledgeable, and they have a true Lifetime Warranty on labor and their windows. Richard was very knowledgeable about windows and demonstrated the energy efficiency vs other products. We started out looking to repair a single pane that had broken but by the end of the demo had decided to go ahead and replace several that were also in rough shape.

The guys showed up on time and did a good job! Covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves. Windows look great and are very satisfied.

The salesman was very educational and professional. The quality of the product was very important to us The price of the project exceeded our expectations. The quotes from other reputable companies were just out of our price range. We didn't have to compromise on quality and efficiency to get a product in our price range. I'm extremely happy with the installation of my new windows. They were quick, professional and clean. An update to this post I just had a new storm door installed. The installation included repair of the threshold that was extremely worn in my house built in 1950. A seamless an beautiful job!
