Where to start…?

I was referred to Ivan by a neighbor - simply word of mouth. Ivan stopped by my neighbor’s and was providing a quote to him and made the time to give me a quote for a roof replacement right on the spot.

From the beginning, Ivan was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and seemingly-honest. I had a good vibe right from the jump.

We opted to have our roof replaced by him and we could not be happier with the end result. From start to finish, Ivan was my sole point-of-contact for the job.

The day of - Ivan was the first man on site and supervised his crew throughout the day. After the job was over, Ivan met with me to talk about the job, answer my questions, etc.

Ivan made my family and I feel like his only concern. His crew was amazing. They cleaned up after themselves but even so, Ivan stayed back and did his own walk-through of my property to ensure there was no left-behind debris; and I’m not talking he spent a few minutes walking around. Ivan stayed back and combed through my property for a solid half hour to ensure nothing was out of place.

Who does that? Who goes that far above and beyond? Ivan does.

I cannot say enough good things about the company and their services - and I wish Ivan nothing but the best!!

Ivan was great to work with. Very easy to work with. My husband does a lot of the work around the house so knows what needs to be done and the two worked very well together. Extremely professional and prompt with permits, material acquisitions and even worked on the weekend due to a supply issue with his vendor. Definitely recommend for roofing installation... Also very good about cleaning up any materials used around the yard.

Ivan was the best professional businessman I have ever met. He was always on top of every phone call I made and every Insurance problem I had. It took the insurance company 5 months to okay the replacement of my roof and Ivan was always in contact with me to make sure things were going smoothly. The head of the roofing team Lewis was phenomenal. His team worked like a well-oiled engine. I was amazed at how hard they worked with hardly any breaks during a 12-hour work day. This team works as a subcontractor for me installing siding. Every single customer had nothing but great things to say about them using words not easily found with contractors today, "Honest, Professional, Polite, Easy to work with, Beautiful work". They were meticulous and communicative through every aspect of each project from estimating to completion and their finish work is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about working with Ivan at Casa Castillo Home Improvement. Our roof was extremely old and had major leaks (had become a dangerous situation). We had a handful of roofers come out to assess the damage and give estimates. Apart from being extremely courteous and well-priced, Ivan and his team took the time to walk us through all the drone photos they took of our roof, explain the problems, and outline how they were going to fix them. They answered all our questions and explained things in a way that we could understand (something that not all companies took the time to do). We really appreciated that, especially at a time when we were feeling so overwhelmed and vulnerable.
We were happy to choose Casa Castillo Home Improvement for this project and had a really wonderful experience. They were FAST and always very responsive. I hope we will not have have to undertake any big home improvement projects in the near future, but if we do we will definitely be coming back to Casa Castillo.

I wish I can give 6 stars. It was a pleasure to work with Ivan's company. I am a very busy person and the thought of getting a whole new roof was daunting. Thinking about meeting with the contractors to get a quote, picking out the color of the roof, paying for the service, getting approved for a loan, etc. gave me anxiety. I really just don't have the time. But believe me when I tell you, Ivan took care of everything from start to finish. He called me with updates, sent pictures to my phone, didn't give me a hard time when I advised him to refer to the decisions of someone else when I was too busy to answer. He worked WITH me and with my unique situation. He made this process STRESS-FREE. Yes, that's possible when you work with Ivan. The fact that I am busy but I took the time to write this review should demonstrate the quality of service. I will be using Ivan's company moving forward and you should too.

We worked with Cassa Castillo on an exterior home rennovation. Ivan managed the various aspects of the job from, siding, roofing, windos, and electrical to make sure everyone's timelines matched up. It is good to work with a General Contractor who can keep the job on schedule.

We had a lower roof re-done. Ivan was was punctual, responsive to texts/calls, and extremely professional and came in at a competitive yet fair price. Job clean up was great and were extremely satisfied with the results. Would certainly call Casa Castillo again if needed! Thank you!

I highly recommend Casa-Castillo to anyone. Worked with my budget, was right upfront and accurate with long wait for the particular material I wanted and the job was proffesinaly completed in one day; on an 1800 sf ranch.

We had some damage from a recent trouble storm that resulted in a leak. When Ivan came to inspect it, he found that the previous installation had been done improperly (by a flipper!), and he was able to show me photos and video of exactly what was wrong. After seeing it, frankly, we'd been lucky it hadn't leaked prior.

I'd had the problem looked at by a couple of big companies as well, but I ended up hiring Casa Castillo to replace half of the roof simply because of Ivan's professionalism and demeanor, not to mention that the price was more than competitive!

They had it done in less than a day and left my property as spotless as it was before they started. I was highly impressed. When done, Ivan took more aerial photos to show me the work that had been completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ivan (owner) was very professional from the first day of our appointment. He was on time and explained what needed to be done and the cost of the work. When he gave me the time frame of when the work can be done he was definitely on point and also kept me informed at least 2-3 times a week. The day before he called verifying he will be here and the time and arrived just as he stated. Roof was completed in one day and no extra surprise charges everything he said was on point!!!!
