Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with having my roof replaced from start to finish. Chad is a professional in every aspect of explaining the process of the repair to the paperwork and scheduling. He was always at the ready when I had any questions or concerns.

Chad and another man were walking my neighborhood offering free inspections after a hail storm. Once they completed the inspection they told me I somehow had less and more damage than my neighbors. They then proceeded to walk me through a series of pictures ending with a relatively normal looking shingle. But they urged me that despite looking fine it was actually badly damaged enough to put their fist through! Lucky for me all I had to do was file a claim, let them join the adjuster during the inspection, and if a new roof was needed they'd cover everything, including the deductible.

Except that waiving the deductible is illegal in Colorado specifically to prevent insurance fraud. An inspection by a reputable roofing company concluded that my damage was largely cosmetic and certainly not a structural risk. And as of writing this review 14/17 reviews for ProCraft are exactly 3 weeks old and fail AI detection.

If salespeoples from this company stop by your house, do yourself a favor and call Sean at Reliable Roofing and Restoration for a real inspection.
