Tommy was on time, courteous, efficient and helpful. I have used ProTech since 2017. Excellent local company and better than any national franchises.

I got the name of this company from the BBB website. They have an A+ rating so I decided to give them a call. Adriana, Christina, and their team responded, came out right away, and gave an estimate for the bathroom remodel. Out of 3 estimates they had the best price and we liked them best. They worked with our insurance company and met their requests perfectly. They did a great job on the demo and new install. Cleaned up very thoroughly and made all aspects of the job to our liking.

Their crew was on time and did a great job. They made sure that my wife and I were happy with all the choices we made on the remodel. If I liked something and my wife didn't, they continued to find more patterns until we both were happy and satisfied. The end results was amazing and we are very happy with the remodel. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. I give them a 5 star rating.

Chris the guy who came out to help us, did amazing. I had some plumbing issues with my toilet and he gave 100%. He was very fast. I’m very satisfied with the service

Damaged quite a bit of my furniture during the repair process. Company was professional and great to work with but they did damage a lot of my furniture and didn’t offer to repair or replace any of it. Would definitely recommend as they are reliable and appear to do good work but move your own furniture because their crew doesn’t care if they damage it or not and when I reached out to the owner he said he would look into it and then never followed up with me.

I had severe water damage in my house during the winter storm. I was obligated to contract this company because everyone else was swamped.
I only want them to mitigate water. They made sign a contract that I was going to hire them to repair the house as well. I just wanted to dry my house.
After 2 weeks when I was a little more come I told them I needed an estimate for the repairs. Rudy said I can’t do that and he canceled the contract, removed the machines and said he would return the rugs he took to clean. After a week after he canceled the contract I began to asking for a final bill. I told him the house still had water residuals and I hired another company to finished his job and it was very important to get asp the final bill. I sent a letter letting him know the insurance was working on the scoop of work and it was very important to get his bill. It took him 4 months to send the bill to the Insurance after they had paid the mitigation to the other company.
Long story short he billed for cleaning rugs that he didn’t clean and over 10k for mitigation he didn’t finished.
He took advantage of the opportunity to ever bill for services he didn’t perform and he caused a huge billing confusion with the insurance company.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. They are not Ethical. They still want me to pay for service they didn’t do.
Be very careful with them and READ the contract!!!

Ice storm was a mess. Lots of damage. If you are looking for a professional company that can get it done for you, give these guys a call. They do a great job and are friendly and professional.

I have found Pro Tech to be the kind of company that always puts it’s client first. Their customer service is first class with immediate follow-up. They are big enough to get the job done right and on time, but they are not so big that they don’t know your name.

We received more services and benefit than we expected! Everyone was very professional and the outcome surpassed our initial expectations. The project manager, Spring, went above and beyond. The cohesiveness of the team is very apparent and you would do well to hire them.

Protech remodeled my kitchen and guest bathroom. They also replaced my roof and repaired my fence. The roof replacement was needed due to a bad hail storm and they handled all of the insurance issues for me, including meeting with the insurance adjuster when he came to evaluate the damage. They put on the new roof and did a full clean up afterwards. I was impressed. The kitchen and bathroom remodel were actually a fun project. It was great to be able to select the new items such as the backsplash, granite countertops, cabinets, flooring--and see it all come together beautifully. When I had trouble deciding on the paint color for the wall, they were very helpful with suggestions and the finished product looked great. I was very happy with the results and I highly recommend this company.

I recently used ProTech Services on a roof claim. Our experience with ProTech was amazing. They are very professional, do excellent work and assisted me in understanding the whole insurance claim process. I would definitely recommend ProTech Services.

I got Protech from the Better Business Bureau. They have an A + rating. I was very pleased with them. They have a very honest and polite staff and workers. They keep you updated on the progress and make suggestions to make the restoration beautiful. My home turned out lovely. They worked with the insurance company , when they didn't want to pay enough for a quality job. They were terrific. You cannot go wrong by hiring them.

Wow Wow Wow ! thank you thank you thank you !* for the amazing work (and fast). If and when we have another water damage issue again we will use in the future. Def recommend if you need someone honest and fast I would say these are the go to guys.

I graded them 40% for billing us for damages their workers caused. I applied a low grade for taking our recovery depreciation written in the contract which should go to the home owner. Everything has depreciated value before they remove it. The insurance company pays you for this loss value. His contracts takes it. I graded you unsatisfactory for not completing the job. As soon as he got the last check, he was gone. This is a life lesson and axiom for everyone: Business is gaining an advantage from a financial or physical goods transactions over the buyer or seller. In others, in most situations no matter what you buy from a person or company, you will pay more than what they paid even if it is heavily discounted. Like another customer said below, they are very unethical and uncaring. No matter if you do work on someone's house, you must do whatever it takes to fix anything that your employees break.
