Great service, contacting prior to arrival, on time, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and fingers crossed the problem repairs. Brody got on the roof and cleared three vent pipes. He was so strong and impressive! Other plumbers would not do this so this company has been great from the moment I called. I will use them again.

Carson repaired my toilet quickly and was very courteous and professional. He arrived when I was told he would. I definitely recommend Pro Services and I will use them again. Great job!

I was very pleased with the serive that this plumbing guys provided for our clogged kitchen sink. When i searched for plumbers on Angi, they were the first ones to reach out via text, set up a time for them to come out right away the same day. On the first day they made a hole in the clogged pipe then the next day they had to come hydro jet the pipes. Then the kitchen drain was still going down slow and clogged, so i texted evan back and he set up for cody to come out to revisit, and ultimately resolved the issue. Highly recommend them & especially Cody, who seemed more knowledgeable about the system as a whole.

Daniel came out the first visit and got the AC back up and going very quickly. He didn’t just jump to an expensive repair. Then the return trip for the repair was great he was on time and very professional and offered home remedies to keep our unit in good shape.
Would recommend to anyone!

Daniel came out and was very nice, knowledgeable, and informative on what was going on and what he was going to do. I called in to ProServices as soon as another local plumber had left my house on June 10,2025. When I called in, Emily took my call and I told her the problem that was having. She was so nice and she lined me up with same day service, already a win in my book. I had Brody and Peyton as my plumbers and I received 10 star service from the moment the two of them got there. Pedro took excellent care of us. The first company we called just said it’d be $2,000 to replace everything. So we got a 2nd opinion. Pedro took his time testing and diagnosing the problem. After realizing the breaker was bad, he tested more and found the true cause was due to the gauge of the wire being inadequate. He walked us through the options and we decided to go with him for a full overhaul. After replacing everything in a timely, organized manner, we ended up saving 50% vs what the other company quoted. Will be using Pro Services for everything going forward. Thanks Pedro!!

Pedro was most helpful. He provided several choices for the electrical work needed. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient and explained the work to be performed throughly. He went over and beyond to make the customer satisfied. Overall experience was Excellent!

Edit/update: Editing to add a photo of the "gravel driveway" referenced in the companies response. The red outline indicates approximately where the septic tank is located. I would also like it noted that the excavation to expose the entire tank was not presented to us as a "recommendation" as the companies response states. We were told that they would be unable to conduct an inspection without it. I also received a call from the Pro Service LLC representative after I posted my original review. During the call the representative reminded me multiple times that he did not charge us for him coming out even though he could have and should have. Are you wanting me to say, "Thank you?" I never claimed I was charged, nor was I ever informed at any point that I should have been charged for them to just come out. At the end of the day, it's my opinion that the company tacks on unnecessary charges to make an extra buck. Yeah, there's no hidden fees, but you're swindling your customers into thinking they have no other option. If you're a consumer reading this review, please read the other negative reviews. You'll see a trend. I would also like to note that I was asked by the company to remove my review.

This review is not a directly reflection on our technician or the representatives involved. I truly believe this is an issue with the companies culture and practices.

We requested a septic inspection for a house we were under contract for. They had to reschedule on us twice. Then when the technician arrived on the property, they told us the job would require an excavator which would be an additional $450 upcharge on top of everything. So that put us at about $1300 for the job (inspection + pump + excavator). How crazy! We obviously got a second opinion and boy, am I glad we did!! The other company, did it for less than half the cost and said there was never a need for an excavator. Either they have poorly trained inexperienced employees or some predatory and unethical practices are going on.

Chime in with all thise lies you want. There is no confusion and I have a copy of the estimates to back up my claims. Pro implies many things, of which integrity is paramount. Your guy called me talking crap after the review, not only about me, but about whom I chose to do the service in the end. On top of that he tried to rip me off for 5k on the side. There were many tradesman at my home that day, and they all balked at what you are doing. I'd recommend changing your company name to Amateur Hour.

Fair Warning...These people are rip-off artist that prey on people that don't know any better. If they respond to this, it'll prolly be something like "we believe it's fair". There's no way you can look me in the eye and say that with a straight face after the price you quoted to just screw an undamaged electrical panel back to the house. $3k+, seriously? The next guy came out and did it for $350.00. Unreal, and that's not even getting into recommending I replace it (which it didn't need) for $9k+! Thats insane, and it's not even price gouging, it's a complete scam. All your doing is taking advantage of people in a vulnerable situation. CALL SOMEONE ELSE, ANYBODY ELSE!

My toilet was backed up and I called this local company. My appointment was supposed to be at 10:00 to 12:00 was arrival time at 12:30 nobody had called or said anything. I called the company somebody showed up about 30 minutes later and they wanted to charge me $500 to run a snake 15 ft down my plumbing line. $500, needless to say I said no, the technician immediately dropped $200 off of the quote which brought it to $300. Which is outrageous to run as snake down the plumbing. I've been without working plumbing for 3 days at this time so out of desperation I paid $300 and he still didn't get it cleared out I had to call another company to come out and run another snake and they got it cleared immediately. They all have brand new facilities brand new vehicles and man they charge for it too. I do not recommend this company. The guy is price gouging and their prices are ridiculous and they don't even get the job done when they charge you these outrageous amounts of money. Subpar company

Pro Services did a fantastic job of solving a complicated electrical issue with my house. Extensive work needed to be performed to bring the house up to code and Pedro and his assistant Landon did an amazing job of explaining what needed to be done and then performed the work as absolute professionals. Pricing was very competitive with other quotes I received.

I am so beyond impressed and grateful for Peyton M. who helped solve an issue at my home after other plumbers couldn’t even locate the problem. He went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and provide a solution which others could not!! I highly recommend them!!

Tech came out quickly on a Saturday. Very polite. I paid the $150 emergency service fee. Passed on any services bc their prices are HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

As others have mentioned, they give you 3 quotes to make their cheapest not seem so bad. Over $2000 to unstop the kitchen sink and snake 3 bathrooms preventatively.

Fast service. Due to his experience he knew what needed repair and had all the equipment and parts necessary. I will do business with them again in the future.

Told us they could not locate a leak in our yard without digging by the house and running a camera, then running a sleeve, for $6500! The leak was clearly visible with a puddle in the exact location of the leak. They then advised they could do this with just placing a camera in and sleeving just that area for $3200! Needless to say my husband asked them to leave. We had a second company come out, confirm where the leak is, and will replace the pipe for less than half of this cost... they saw the size of our home and figured they could get some money... they didn't realize that I'm in insurance and my husband in utility, and we know that this would not cost anywhere near $3200 and definitely not $6500... Crooks!

Pro Services was extremely helpful when our AC went out! It was 86 degrees in our house on a Friday evening. They answered the phone & tech’s were at our house within an hour! The problem was resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Pro Services!!!
