Additionally, they provided lifetime warranty for workmanship which shows quality, transference, and confidence in their own work. The crew on site was excellent and easy to work with. I have a flat roof (PVC) installed by Pro Roofing. Every year I have it cleaned and inspected by Pro Roofing. They do an excellent job and the roof looks like new.

Terrible experience. They didn’t understand how my roof was built, initially installed it without a ridge vent. Then came back when I called, made me pay for a it to be installed, then designed it incorrectly creating condensation in my roof assembly. Then claimed it wasn’t their fault. Quality, zero stars, Customer service zero stars. Then the claims agent didn’t even get the facts right. Had to fix it on my own to mitigate continued damage. Disappointing work all around.

Helping my client decide on a new roof can be tricky, however, the experience with Pro Roofing NW was fabulous from start to finish. Really appreciated the estimator coming out and answering our questions, so my client felt truly informed on materials, process and pricing.
Then the admin team helped coordinate the work and each morning, we were notified about arrival and if work was proceeding due to weather.

Got five quotes for the replacement of our roof. Pro Roofing was tied for the second lowest. Based on a referral from friends, we chose them and did not regret it. Good communication throughout the project. Cleanup was done very thoroughly.

Pro Roofing did a great job of replacing my garage roof and gutters. They were quick, professional and kept me informed with the status of the job. My roof threw a couple of curveballs as you would expect from a 50 year old roof, but they worked around these really easily and let me know what was happening and what they would do to work around it.

They were professional and prompt with communication work was completed and no more leaks yay! They did leave something on my roof and drop nails in my driveway though

Pro roofing saved the day! We had a large leak during the rainy season. They were able to fit us in their schedule within the next business day. They somehow managed to squeeze through the crawl space to assess the damage and scheduled usage for a repair within the same week. Highly recommended!

Pro Roofing NW made the process very easy. They provided an online quote, came out on the day that was scheduled and did an excellent job. There were no unexpected fees - they cleaned and treated the roof for the quoted price and cleaned up all the debris in just a few hours. No mess, no surprises and they didn't try to upsell me with services I didn't need or want.

I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Some of the communication could have been better in terms of response to questions via email and text, but ultimately they provided a quality service for a very reasonable price.

The actual cleaning of the roof and gutters was pretty good. Our windows did take a beating and had some really bad streaks/residue left on them.

I would have given the company 4 stars if not for the constant hounding to leave a review. As of this date they have flooded my inbox with 7 emails and 2 texts wanting a review. Completely uncalled for.

I would not recommend this company - I got competitive bids which were much cheaper, but I thought these guys were more professional . .. However communication turned out to be poor, and I asked for the owner to call me back to discuss, which he never did.
When I had the final inspection, it was done by a guy that English was second language, that could not understand my questions .
Not only that but the final bill was changed when I brought attention to the agreed upon price, but with that being said the first one had 17 sheets of extra plywood , and the revised final showed 24! These guys charge $115 per sheet where their competitors charge a low of $65, to $80 range!)
I also had a lot of bubbles , patched spots where they had cut the material wrong. I also had drywall damage done when they pulled a skylight. When I was going to have them replace a skylight theyorder up a wrong sized.
In hindsight , 3 of my neighbors went with US roofing, and were very satisfied. I wished I would of saved money and time going with them instead of pro Roofing!

Pro roofing were great throughout the process. Competitive pricing, good warranty, showed up earlier than promised, completed a solid install. Only small issue was some missing siding at job end, but they handled it and touched up paint as needed.

The construction crew was probably our best experience in 25 years. They arrived at 7 a.m. every day, and at the end of the day, they cleaned up the property and removed all debris. They are very proud of their craftsmanship, do not fool around, and get the work done.

Our project was complex as all the material needed to be moved manually because there was no easy access to a crane. Our gardens have mature landscaping with some trees over 50 years old. Not a single branch was damaged.

Project details: The project involved a complete roof replacement, including adding plywood (according to code) and replacing all vents. Two custom-sized triangular skylights were also replaced. The project was completed in four days.

Choosing who is going to put the roof on your house is difficult. ProRoofing gained our trust from the beginning with Gary. He was very nice to work with - knowledgeable, empathetic, friendly, and accommodating of our needs and questions. He was happy to come in on a weekend with different types of samples made it easy for us to choose the roof time, gutter type, colors and material. Finalizing the contract was easy, and they were spot on about the estimated start and completion times. They crews were expert and very professional. A few of them stood out for us the Telles brothers, Newton, and the office manager Jessica Elk. The work was done to our complete satisfaction, and they addressed all our questions and concerns. The cleanup and attention to details were also great. The roof looks great and I am glad I went with Pro Roofing NW and John.

We recently called Pro Roofing NW when we discovered a serious mold issue in our attic. The previous owner of our home had painted over the mold so we weren't even aware it was there until it grew to the point where the paint started to peel. Because they had painted over it, traditional mold remediation (spraying) wouldn't help so we were faced with replacing all of the plywood sheathing on our entire roof.

Enter Pro Roofing NW's metal roofing team. They were able to remove the entire metal roof, replace the plywood, and reattach the metal in less than four days... and it's a large, steeply-pitched roof. Even more amazing, it cost less than half of what we believed it would cost for this repair job. Everything about working with Pro Roofing NW was great. The only difficulty I ran into was trying to give them my money as the online payment wouldn't go through and no one was in the office when we went to drop off a check. That's not a complaint. I just found it amusing that the only difficulty I had was getting them to take my money. :-)

Sales, inspection and estimate were detailed and informative about scope of job requested and alternate plans. Work was performed earlier than expected and was finished quickly and neatly. Job site and property were thoroughly cleaned. They did everything I requested and worked within my budget.

I called Pro Roofing because I saw that they do repairs as well as replacements. I found a single shingle on the ground next to my house and wasn't sure if it was even from our house, after a windstorm. They came out and took a look, providing me with all the photos we needed to understand the problem and then scheduled and completed the repair service quickly. We were happy with the entire experience. When it comes time for a new roof, we will definitely call them!

They have helped repair roof leaks 3 times. The first 2 at very low cost; relatively easy fixes were identified. The last leak required replacing a large area of cedar shake, which was more costly, but the team worked quickly to source the shakes. All repairs worked the first time around. No subsequent leaks! Very happy with their service.

From estimate to completion we have had the best experience with Pro Roofing. They were professional, honest about what may come up after tear down and did a great job while taking extra care of the roof and house due to the weather. The workers were quick and professional, leaving it tidy every day and cleaning up after they were done, leaving the space better than they found it. The house looks fabulous! All in all an excellent experience!!!

Web site advertises free estimates, when I called to Pro roofing NW to schedule appointment, I was told that visit will cost $150 that will be credited into cost of repair. Doesn’t sound like free estimate to me.
UPDATE: got a call from pro roofing nw, I was explained that visit charges only for very distant locations and answering service acting by script, since I’m pretty close to their service I can get free estimate and we scheduled for tomorrow.

Rick was my initial contact with Pro Roofing NW when he came to inspect my roof. I could tell he had experience in roofing and was not simply a salesman with a checklist of what to tell homeowners about their roof.

Rick inspected my attic crawlspace and noticed that my ventilation was insufficient for my attic. He included adding SmartVents in the bid to provide sufficient ventilation to all areas of my roof (one of the only companies to check this). He added skylights (and provided me information about the extra work that needed to be done to place the new skylights) and gutters to my estimate as optional and did not pressure me into any of these additions. Rick provided his estimate the day of his visit. I was impressed by his prompt response to my questions after I received his estimate. Lastly, Rick was able to move up my roof job due to the active leak.

Rick was one of my favorite estimators to talk to. He was straightforward, gave me all the details I needed, and was prompt! Once I accepted the proposal, Rick asked me for my shingles of choice and color. I did add gutters a little later and Rick accommodated the addition with no problem!

Jessica followed up with me the following week (I accepted the proposal on a Friday evening). She provided me a ton of information about when the crew would come out, important contacts, and general information about what to expect. One thing that was very impressive to me, was that Jessica waived my downpayment as my job was scheduled for the coming week and a check would probably arrive after the work was complete. I think this speaks volume about the trust they have in their crew and the excellent work that they do.

The timing of the crew's arrival changed a little, but that was due to the rainy forecast. In all, they took 3 days to do the job. They removed about half of my shingles and placed underlayment in a day so that the sheathing would not be damaged by the rain. A day later, they came out to do the other half. The final day was when they put all of the shingles on the roof.

The crew was awesome! I cannot speak well enough of their experience and knowledge. Olivo spoke with my dad and I about an issue that they found with my sheathing which required replacing about 8 sheets of plywood. He showed us pictures and discussed with my dad some of the modifications that were needed in order for the curb mounted skylight to fit properly. Christian, my project manager, had given me a call before to explain the changes but Olivo still took time to explain it again to my dad and I.

Everyone on the crew was very professional! They did their best to clean every single day that they came to work.

A week after the work was done Pro Roofing NW sent out an inspector to examine the roof. I heard some hammering so I think he made some adjustments. What was super impressive to me was that I saw the inspector picking up pieces of material left behind by the crew, by hand! The crew finished their work when it was a little dark so there was some waste left behind but nothing too bad. Again, small things like this are what has left me beyond impressed with Pro Roofing NW.

Lastly, Leslie provided my invoices after my gutters were replaced. Leslie took the time to provide two invoices so that I could split my payments for bookkeeping reasons on my end.

The gutter work was done in less than 3 hours. I am very happy with the way the gutters look and the way they were installed.

While it is a stressful for homeowners to replace roofs (at least it was for me), Pro Roofing NW made the process as smooth as possible and I feel confident my roof is in great shape.

Pro roofing did my roof replacement and I was beyond pleased with the process and results, from beginning to end. Pro Roofing NW did a great job repairing our roof! They were able to send somebody out to do the repair the same day I signed the quote, and the job was done by that evening. Everyone was friendly to work with and gave me honest opinions on what actions we should take. I never felt up-sold or pressured to do more than necessary. Update: Our roof ended up giving out sooner than we expected, and Pro Roofing came out and got the job done quickly! They tore off the old before putting on the new, which I appreciated. Before they left, they cleaned everything up so well it’s like they were never here! Thank you!
