An amazing experience getting my custom home built by (pro remodelers & builders ) they were very professional,responsible, communicative. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get your home built.

An Extremely Disappointing Experience- I hired Pro Remodelers & Builders LLC, run by Mario Diaz, for what was supposed to be a straightforward 6-week renovation project to prepare my house for sale. Mario presented himself and his company as professional, efficient, and honest. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. Although Mario assured me he had a great team, the workers who showed up were subcontractors referred to him—and their work reflected it. The quality was sloppy and amateurish. There was even a full week during the project when no one showed up at all. I was repeatedly told “they’ll be there tomorrow,” which never happened.. I later found out Mario wasn't paying his subs and had told them I wasn’t paying him—when in reality, I had already paid over two-thirds of the total cost. He pressured me for the final payment with a personal story about needing to make payroll, and I ended up giving him part of it before the work was complete. To his credit, Mario did finish the work himself, but it was evident that many of the tasks were beyond his expertise. After the job was "done," I had to pay out of pocket to repaint the entire house and kitchen cabinets, and to completely replace 1000 sq ft of carpet that had been incorrectly installed. Even the plumber, his own childhood friend, told me he hadn’t been paid. I had to pay the plumber to get him to come back to do something else for me. If you’re considering Pro Remodelers & Builders LLC or Cherokee Framing New Construction & Home Renovations LLC (also owned by Mario Diaz), I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. If you must move forward, demand real references and hold him strictly to your contract. I learned a lot here. Feel free to contact me if you'd like more details about my experience.
