Pro Plus Roofing & Construction

So...this has been a ride...3 months ago I got a quote and their "system" was supposed to put me on the schedule, and it dident. So after waiting a month, I called them and talked to someone who said they would get me in that Wednesday and I waited yet another month, then just past week I called them and they said they would guarantee to be here on Monday.....its now Wednesday and nobody has shown up, I called them today to confirm it was monday, and it was, so I told then to cancel because I gave then 3 chances. As a company if your not able to fulfill going to the customers house to fulfill a appointment, then what makes me think you will actually do good work? Could do 0 stars. Please choose a different roofing company when looking for one

Also one more thing...you could have communicated that you would be late or not show up at all, and if you blame it on being one person, then thats a problem you have to figure out. If you don't hire more help. That's on u

Tana is an amazing lady, so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She made sure every "T" was crossed, and "I" was dotted with our insurance company and made us so comfortable dealing with the paperwork involved. Nate was also very knowledgeable, answering all of our many questions with patience and understanding that this was a very important project for us. We take great pride in our home, and so did Nate. If anyone asks where to get their roof done, I strongly recommend Pro Plus. Everyone was very professional. They were able to do my roof in a 1/4 of the time every other roofing company quoted me. The ladies in the office were extremely friendly and you felt like you are part of the family. Hands down the best service we have ever had!!!!

This company is nothing short of awesome!! They were explicit about the process of what they were doing and explaining why. They were very professional and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing and construction needs.

Twice in the last few months I've needed quick repair on roofs. Nate and Pro Plus have done roofing for me in the past and they are the only company I even consider calling.
