Pristine Roofing has no regard or respect for properties they are not working for. My neighbour use them for a job and they destroyed my yard. They did not even ask for my permission to set up their ladders and equipment. My lawn was badly damaged and they left hazardous nails and sharp pieces of metal all over my yard. We had to clean it up ourselves as we have small children and pets who use the yard.

I had a repair that I needed done before the full roofing job. John came and told me exactly what he was going to do. Then he talked to the neighbours, as the ladder would be in their yard and told them what to expect. (I had already notified them and had their approval) After he finished he had taken photos and went through them with me telling me step by step what he had done. Excellent communicator and got the job done! I am so confident about my upcoming roofing job after my experience with John.

We decided to get a roof and made an appointment with Pristine for estimate. Bruce Ruff (Project Manager) came punctually. After I showed him the issues we have on the ceiling inside of the house, he provided me very detailed and professional analysis and explanation. Although we came to the conclusion that we don’t need to replace the roof right now, I am very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism ethics. I have my full trust to Pristine, and for sure I will have them to replace my roof when it’s the time in future. Thank you!

We decided we were going to change the exterior of our home from its original Stucco to Siding and Stone and after speaking with several
Companies the best decision we made was to use Pristine. The level of expertise began with Rick Lavallee (Project Mgr) who guided us through the selection of siding and stone. There was never any sales pressure and Rick was very responsive both before and after we made the decision to proceed. Next up was the team that worked on our home: Roman (Foreman), Darren & Anthony. The professionalism, attention to detail and skill that these three gentlemen bring to their jobs was top tier! Everyday began with a touch base as to what would take place that day and at the end of the day the clean up was as if they were never here. Our home was built in 1946 so throughout the process unexpected things would come up and Roman did a great job being able to adapt to the challenges that come with working on an older home. As our home was done in the winter Pristine will be back in the spring to complete tasks that require warmer weather. Again, the best decision we made was in choosing Pristine to remodel the exterior of our home.

We just had our eaves, soffits and fascia done and they did a great job. We weren’t expecting to have it done until spring but they let us know they were able to come out in December and get it done, which was great. It took a bit longer than I had expected but I think that was largely due to the weather. They never left behind a mess and were respectful of our and our neighbours property.

It just doesnt get any better than Pristine.
I have had ALL my roofing, eaves and down spout work done ONLY by Pristine for many years now. So when the Winnipeg hail storm of August 2023 hit, I knew it had to be Pristine to do ALL my roof work. I would not let any other roofing company do the repairs. ( I had to insist on this with insurance agents).
Why? Because I knew that I would be working with a company that uses superior materials, has professional crews and staff to get the job done properly, and gives every effort to meet the scheduled timeline. Hats off to Justin who goes out of his way to explain things, stay connected, deal with any challenges that might arise, and end the job only when you’re satisfied with the outcome. Pricing was very fair and professionalism was standout. I received quotes at the time from 10 roofing companies, some didn’t even show up or reply, but of the ones who did there was Pristine and one other local company who were standouts. We went with Pristine as a friend had recommended them.

The crew who did the work continued the theme of being reliable and professional. We were very happy.

Fast fwd to 2024. We are in a new to us home, had some minor issues/questions about our roof.

I have used Pristine Roofing & Siding twice now for work on my house. A couple of years ago they did my roof/soffits/eaves and I was completly impressed by their work, professionalism and definitely their clean up. They have now done Siding and stone on my house and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The guys on site were super respectful of my property and it was like they were never here at the end of each work day.
Both times I used them the whole process from start to finish was a pleasant experience. Will definitely not hesitate to use them again or spread their name.

Terrible communication and unable to get a quote for a slightly more difficult job. These guys came to my house to provide me with an estimate for a job but didn't gather all the information they needed. They said they would have to come back a different day to take another look. After weeks of following up with them all I heard was radio silence. Was able to get quotes from other companies with no issues. Would not recommend. My estimator was Rick.

Company has no regard for public safety -- including branded vehicle parked illegally blocking public sidewalk, forcing wheelchair users to navigate the street to pass. If Pristine Roofing & Siding is this reckless and inconsiderate in your neighbourhood, should you really trust them with your safety at home? Their priority is their own convenience, not anyone's safety.

Would highly recommend Pristine. Very good communication and high quality of work for a competitive price. They have replaced my roof, soffits, fascia, siding, as well as coordinating windows and doors for my home.

What really sets them apart from other companies is their service. In trying to find contractors for quotes and work, it is uncommon to find a company that replies so quickly and sticks to a timeline.

I have had to get in touch with some questions after work was completed and they always provide fantastic customer service.

I'm very pleased with their work. All the staff from estimator to office to on site workers were all friendly courteous & pleasant to talk to. 2 years ago we had our house roof shingled and new eaves put on as well as siding put on on our back porch area. We were happy with all the work. Project started ahead of schedule due to a mild Spring. Both crews worked fast and efficiently and any questions we had throughout, the guys were pleasent to talk with and answered all our questions/concerns.
We are still pleased with the workmanship from 2 years ago.
This Fall, we had our garage roof shingled and new eaves put on. Both projects were each delayed by a few weeks, however, the office stayed in contact with me when I emailed them and they gave me updated starting dates which were followed thru successfully. Both the roofing crew and the eaves guys, were once again, friendly and worked efficiently. They were careful not to damage my garden plants and a thorough clean up was done.
I've gone with Pristine Roofing twice now and would use their services again and would recommend to anyone else. No hidden surprises either. My estimate was bang on after job completion.

I've been dealing with Prestine for years and can tell you that they are one of the best roofing companies in the city. Ash, Don and their team are good, honorable people. I had a great experience with Pristine Roofing. They were professional and helpful when arranging for the service. They patched the area of concern until they were able to commit to the job. They worked efficiently and thoroughly while completing my roof. I would recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors!

Wonderful team. They changed the siding of our house and made it look very very professional. We started in 2022 and got three quotes from reputable companies. Pristine Roofing gave us the best price so we chose them. They were up front with us and told us that they were not going to be able to do it in 2022 as they wouldn't have the supplies in time. We were okay with that. We gave them a deposit of $2.5k and waited. They reached out to us in May 2023 and by May 30, 2023 the job was done. The job took longer than expected because our house had multiple sidings on it. But they worked longer hours and stuck with their quote. They did a great job.

I also liked the fact that one of their workers was a great worker but seemed to be learning English. He had what I think was a Ukrainian accent. If my observations are correct, then Pristine Roofing is helping new immigrants integrate into Canadian society while making sure they have the labour to complete the job they have promised their customers. It is a win-win situation. Great company ethics on that front!

We originally hired Pristine for both our complete roofing job last year then again this year for full attic insulation after a referral from my mother. They are professional, do quality work and I would also recommend them to family and friends.

Overall I was very happy with the work. The job was complete in 2 days. The crew was on time and professional. It wasn't the lowest quote, but I didn't mind spending a little more on a local company that was recommended by others. Only a few things nails left behind for cleanup.

I have to say that our whole experience with Pristine wasn't what we expected. Their work took 4-5 days longer than what they told us would take, and the crew made a mess everywhere in our front and back yards. I also found their quote misleading. Their quote clearly states "Any Required Replacement for rotted and/or damaged wood is $5.00 per linear or square foot," but we were charged $20/ft for rotted rafter replacement. I understand it cost them more labour but then, they should change the statement on their quote. The final product was fine and functioned well in a heavy-ish Winnipeg rain. That's why I'm giving them 2 stars.

We hired Pristine to install new eaves troughes and downspouts on our older home. Dispite being our highest quote, I liked the care taken to plan a better layout for our downspouts so decided to pay more with the hope to get the better end result. We knew some fascia would need replacing and the quote noted a $5/ft cost for replacing wood, so we budgeted accordingly. Unfortunately, things did not go as hoped.

When we were called to schedule installation, we were told it would take a day. It ended up taking a week. The crew left nails, pieces of old eaves, and other bits all over the lawn and roof. They also installed cladding when I had requested none. With the fascia replacement there was also need to replace some rafter ends, the cost of which jumped to $20/ft despite the quoted price.

While we eventually got the cladding removed without cost, the use of a different rate for the rafter ends added $1000 to the job. That coupled with the mess left, the need to get unrequested work removed, and the extended time to get the job done was really disappointing. I'll give a star as the eaves themselves seem to be good quality and so far installation seems good but I will not be a returning customer.

Update: Second year and eave corners are starting to leak. It seems that the work to repair the rafter ends was poorly done.

Pristine reroofed our home October 2022 and we were impressed with the price and the finished product. Their service staff were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

I can't give them a zero-star review but I would. 35-year landmark shingles (installed 2009 by this company by the previous owners of my home) and they're toast in year 13 due to poor workmanship/install. The shingles themselves are in good condition (no curling or lack of grit) but the company I brought in to inspect the 7 leaks I'm getting in my garage replaced a section of shingles and was shocked at the poor quality workmanship of the install of this product by this company as the were removing the existing shingles/membrane. No other roofing company was on this roof in the time it was installed until the leaks started up and all flashing around vents/exhausts were in good condition. It's over 10 years since these were installed i.e. no 'warranty' left so I get to eat the cost of replacing a new roof and if this is the average quality of their work I wouldn't want them doing a warranty claim either. I would not recommend this company as despite never working with or using them myself I'm bearing the consequences of their (lack of) workmanship on my home.

Overall it was a good experience. The estimator Rick was knowledgeable and helpful. Office staff were friendly and courteous. I had two different crews out to complete the job, due to weather delays and having a more difficult roof to work on. I had to follow up on a few things but in the end Warren's and Alex's crews got the job done well and resolved my concerns. The crews definitely worked hard through some scorching hot days. Clean up could have been a bit better, found some nails in the back lane behind my garage afterwards. Roofing is a tough business but I think Pristine is one of the best companies you can go with in Winnipeg.

Had my roof replaced in August 2022. I am very pleased from start to finish with the process with Pristine Roofing. The “in person” estimate by Don was very quick after my initial call and informative. The three brothers that came the day of to replace the roof could not have been more accommodating, polite, enthusiastic and a pleasure to have around. Everything was cleaned up when finished and you wouldn’t even know they were there. I wasn’t aware that an inspector comes out a few day after to do a final check which was a pleasant surprise and everything checked out fine. I would definitely refer Pristine if someone is needing their roof replaced.

Had a new roof installed 2 years ago. First rain of 2022 my mud room and sunroom started leaking. I reached out to Pristine twice before someone responded and made an appointment for them to drop by to have a look. The person that came by identified the issue and said that he would speak with the person that drew up the plans for my roof. That was the last time I heard from them, I reached out to them 2 more times, received an email from the receptionist informing me that someone would get back to me. It is now into August and I have heard nothing. I gave up waiting for them and had to climb on the roof and fix the issue myself. Good thing at 60+ I am was still able to climb on my roof. I fixed the leak but now I have to replace all of my insulation because I waited for 4 months for them to do nothing. Thanks Pristine.

The crew did a great job,were very polite, covered the ground and plants with taps, and did a great job of cleaning the site.

I was very impressed with the customer service and the work performed by Pristine. From the first phone call right to the on site crews, everyone was very courteous and professional.

Easy to connect with. Professional and took their time answering all of my questions. They were respectful when they were working , and did great at the clean. Very happy with the results.

Jeff and his crew were fantastic. They were courteous; friendly and kept everything clean and organized. They monitored the weather and made sure everything was sealed up before the rain came. They returned in cold, undesirable weather to finish the main roof before the long-weekend even though it probably could have waited until Tuesday. They even put a couple screws in my fence as a favour where it was coming apart. My new roof looks so good and my neighbours are complimenting it.

A special shoutout to Ash for our meeting in the fall. Ash provided a quick but thorough explanation of what I can expect should I use Pristine. I felt confident in putting my trust in them and am not disappointed.

I even had them clad three large windows and they did a great job. Again, that crew was very professional and worked in a tidy manner.

Overall, the roof replacement and gutter replacement was well done. But they seemed to be unorganized. When the workers came to replace the roof they did not have all the tasks needed to be done on their work order and if I did not follow up with them when they came on site things would have been missed and redone. I also had to follow up on the gutter replacements as that work order was also not put in. Though this was unorganized the company was very quick to answer my emails and rectify the problems.

Working with Pristine Roofing has been exactly that, Pristine. Ash and his team have been nothing but absolutely wonderful to deal with. We had a few concerns and they were addressed immediately without hesitation.

Not roofing related, however I was in a small car accident yesterday and wound up stuck in a snowbank. One of your employees pulled over in his work van and very kindly looked my car over and pulled it out of the snowbank for me. No one else stopped to help and I was very appreciative! I will definitely be keeping your business in mind should I have home exterior needs in the future!

Great service and very responsive. I had a weathered flat roof removed and a new one installed - job was completed in 1.5 days and looks great. Price was 70% of cost of other bids.

Nothing but a bad experience twice now. Had paneling installed on our pillars. Over the winter the lacquer/paint had flaked and peeled. Called Pristine and then waited for a quote on how much to replace. The cost to re-panel the pillars was under warranty so no issue there. It was the time it took to finally get the job done. Forward a few years later, had some stucco'ing done and in the process the stucco company ruined the pillars where as the lacquer/paint was ripped/peeled off by the tape they stuck to the pillars. Went to Pristine and talked to one of the employees who was familiar with the work done on our house. It has now been a month and a half waiting for a quote to see how much to replace. Numerous emails have been sent and nothing back or if responded no news yet on how much to replace and when if it can be done before winter. if I could do a -5 stars I would.

The whole experience was excellent. First we had Louie and his team do our insulation and reseal vents in the attic. It was so hot but they worked effortlessly and quickly.The next team John, Devan, Mikey, and Jordan worked two full 12hr days in the extreme heat on our roof.They were incredibly pleasant and respectful. We have excellent shingles and they put all the right venting in and fixed all repairs needed. They worked incredibly hard. Any questions they always were ready to explain. Then lastly we had our gables redone and once again the team worked quickly and efficiently. Our roof looks fantastic and I would hire them again.

We had Pristine replace our shingles. They were the first roofing company to respond to our quote request. The estimator Andrew was excellent to work with. They came on time, the crew was courteous and polite and worked tirelessly in blistering heat. Cleanup was well done and their follow up with inspection was excellent. From start to finish, it was nothing but a positive experience. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this company.

Pristine Roofing & Siding is a professional company. We did business with them twice and haven't been disappointed 1 second. This time, we had major exterior renovation done, replacement of rotten wood siding, installation of vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, window trim, eavestroughs, etc. The work was done when promised, and it was done very well and fast (all done in a week). They’ve used top quality materials, the finishing is perfect, and they did a good cleaning at the end. An inspector came to evaluate the work and see if there was anything we had to complain about. Every time we contacted the company, they returned our phone calls the same day, even though they are super busy. We would recommend Pristine anytime. They are the best.

I called pristine for a roof replacement and was told an estimator would give me a call and set up an appointment. 4 days later I got a call when I was unavailable,telling me to call back, so 4 calls and 4 days later I got a text asking to send a text asking what I wanted,so I immediately sent a text explaining i wanted an estimate. 3 days later i got a text back saying he (rick) would try and find time to call me that day...that was 4 days ago..pristine was the first place I called and since I had 4 other estimates done and returned. If I could give 0 stars I would totally unprofessional, at least on the estimators end,pristine must lose a ton of business do to this issue . Call someone else is my recommendation..

I chose Pristine because I was impressed by the estimator who was very knowledgable & explained everything clearly. The crew showed up on time, were polite and professional, and worked so hard all day. It was impressive to watch them complete our roof in just over a day. Our neighbours even commented and were very impressed with how it turned out. Always nice to hear when you spend all this money on a new roof.

They did my neighbors roof and the roofers made way more noise than necessary. I get that its a very loud job with the roofing gun and generator but to top it off they blasted music louder than the generator and yelled at one another to communicate all day to compete with both the generator and the blasting music. Luckily I dont have toddlers but I do work from home and couldn't move my entire office space to accommodate their unnecessary noise. I asked politely if they could please turn it down. They turned it up. I called the office... who informed me there's no noice violations during the day. So fine. I wore my headset for two days and had to explain to others on the conference calls that neighbors were having their roof done and they weren't home to hear this. In addition, I've been picking up nails and drill bits from the street we all park on for the past 2 weeks. When my roof needs work, Pristine will skip the list for any consideration.

This company was working on a home a few doors down and set up shop completely blocking our driveway. They proceeded to lay metal downspouts all over our yard and to crouch down and cut metal on our drive. We explained we needed access to get out of our driveway due to a seriously relative. They said ok we will be 15 min. An hour half later and still completely blocked in and metal all over our property. I would never hire them.

We called Pristine Roofing and they replied in a timely fashion. Our project manager Justin visited the house and provided us with a quote right away. The team led by Zach had the job completed on time shortly after and we have been extremely happy with the work. They were all very professional and efficient and we highly recommend this company.

We recently had our roof replaced by Pristine and found all the employees we dealt with were very professional answering any questions we had. The workers that actually replaced our shingles were great right down the the clean up. We would highly recommend!

The issue facing my home was clearly explained during the estimate, and the options presented to me cost what I expected. I was confident about making a deposit immediately and felt no need whatsoever to shop around. Pristine arrived in the week they said they would, and completed the work in a day. Nuisance details like long tree limbs were taken care of, and my yard was left as clean as they found it. For the second phase of the project, they referred me to a contractor to complete ventilation issues in my kitchen, which was a painless process partly because Pristine stepped in to help with touch-ups after the sale. I should add that correspondence with Pristine was prompt at all stages.

I can't find something to complain about. I'd recommend them by word of mouth to family and friends.
