Principal Contracting was hired to complete a laundry room renovation. We had some damage from several water leaks over the years and it was time for a new and fresh look. I met with Eric and I knew he would be the one we would hire because of his confidence in speaking about the project. Without even asking he told me how many years of experience he had and offered to share copies of insurance and license.

Eric was able to recommend a type of flooring which has worked beautifully. The painting is excellent, thanks to Jay. The carpentry is also very professional. I cannot speak highly enough about this company that made doing a renovation as painless as it ever can be.

I hired Principal Contracting for my Kitchen remodel after a fire. Excellent experience! Outstanding Craftsmanship.
Project took a few days, they vacuumed and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Professional and respectful of my home. Will 100% hire Principal Contracting for future work.

Eric and staff were very professional in the agreed assignment. Explained roof repair and even display pictures of the repair at completion. Of course success won't be measured until it rains on previously leaky roof, however Eric assured me if any problems arise don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks again

Following our initial meeting with Eric Gard to discuss the project, the entire process ran smoothly and efficiently, all the time grounded in responsive and transparent communications. Importantly, the estimated pricing remained right on track with no additional surprises. And with advance planning and scheduling, the experienced crew moved smoothly through all phases of the work and got it done within one day. The after clean-up work was so thorough, it seemed as if the crew had never been here. As our new roof looks terrific, we highly recommend Eric and his team for all your home and roofing needs.
