Joe and his team are amazing from start to finish. They allow to to ask questions and come to an educated decision on what the best outcome can be within your budget. Very impressive roofing company. Will recommend you in the future!
Joe took great care of us and the roofers got our roof replaced in a tight window so we could close on our property. We highly recommend Joe and his team!
We had some issues right off the start, but our not having a claim before, we were not sure what to expect? When it came time to be paid by State Farm our Claims Adjuster brought issues to light that were not addressed properly by Joe or his crew. State Farm requires documentation (photos of roof prior to tear off.) That cost us and we weren't aware of this till it was brought to our attention by the Claim Representative. Joe admitted he did not take any photos which cost us money we were not paid because of that neglected issue!. The communication was not good and as I said until it came time to pay us at that point issues arose and became a problem. Our roof was done in October of 2024 and we finally settled on an amount we could both agree was fair for us to pay for this project and we settled our disagreement a couple days ago, July 9th. If the communication had been more inclusive as to what was going on this would have been a good roofing experience! You've gotta be more proactive because when issues arose that's when we were made aware that there was a problem by our Claim Representative. Also a big deal, be aware that in Colorado. the Contractor "Is REIMBURSED for the USE TAX". Joe kept telling us "we owed for the use tax and the roofing permit". You do not owe for the use tax and only the permit fee is due the contractor and Joe finally admitted he would be reimbursed for that fee, that was another issue that never should have happened. It is a cost you do not have to incur so make yourself aware of what your paying and follow up with your Insurance company so you are aware of what's happening and how it will be paid or how you will be compensated for these things by your Insurance Company. It will save you a lot of stress, delays and issues in the end! Now we appreciated the extras Joe did for us, but because of lack of communication we did not know and were not told of these things he did that would have made our project an easier process? To know it during the process would have been far better and easier than how our scenario played out? Read over your contact, ask questions and speak with your Insurance Agent and Insurance Company to avoid what we had to deal with, you will be extremely glad you did and it will avoid complications in the end. Our roof did have a leak six months after it was installed, but Joe sent a guy out that remedied the situation as soon as we noticed the leak in our ceiling, that was a big plus as they responded right away as soon as Joe was made aware of an issue!
Joe! It's really not worth my time to respond, but I am! I have documentation that can explain and show what transpired here. You left out a lot in your response and if you want to discuss the City Use Tax scenario I can post the facts here? There need not be a he said/he said, the documentation and paperwork would allow everyone to form their own opinions good or bad based on the facts! Your response left out a lot and that's unfortunate, but I haven't the time to go round & round over this. My review was not a positive one because of what transpired "after the job was completed"! In full disclosure you are correct, I did leave a raving 5 star review "right after the install"of my roof & gutters etc.and then it came time for State Farm to pay me for the Claim and issues arose that's lead to the change in review. State Farms Homeowners Policy has requirements etc. that led to issues with what we were paid. Like it or not, if I knew then what I know now about all this roofing business as a homeowner I would have left a lower rating right up front. As I said I was unaware of so much and with little to no communication with you I found out the hard way unfortunately. I can lay out my issues, your responses and State Farms responses and let people make an informed decision based on paperwork, it's that simple actually. This review process for me is over. It wasn't a good situation for us and we completed our contract.. We came to a fair and equitable conclusion and you were paid, end of story!
