Max and his crew do a phenomenal job. We use them often as a sub contractor. Max always communicates well and delivers a quality product to all of our customers. We appreciate everything Prime Built does for us!

Max and his team’s attention to detail is second to none. They work hard to get the job done and finish the work with premium craftsmanship. His team works hard to complete projects on time. Our business requires unique working hours and Max manages those challenges with ease. We’ve used many contractors over the years, but we will not be looking for any other contractor.

Max and team worked on a bathroom installation in my home. Their product knowledge, expertise and customer support exceeded expectations. Max absolutely made himself available for any questions and concerns we had, and helped us navigate when things didn’t go as planned. Great work!

Really positive experience. We wanted a custom hand railing on our back porch to match the railing on our front porch of our 1940's home. They did a fantastic job. It looks great and feels really solid. Every twist and curl matched perfectly. It looks original to the house...just without the rust...which is exactly what we wanted.

Prime Built Construction did a complete remodel of our basement, under less than perfect conditions. The previous owner had done a sketchy / shoddy job with finishing the basement, but Max and his group dealt with the many curveballs thrown their way, and delivered a fantastic finished product. We have other things we’d like to do on our house, and we are definitely going to give Prime Built Construction our business then as well!!

Prime Built came out quickly to mitigate damages when we had wind and hail damage! They installed new windows, doors, siding and a new roof. They worked with our insurance company and made sure we didn’t have to deal with the hassle! Thank you for your amazing work to our home!

He is reliable and has quickly responses to me whenever I reach out to him , so much so that when I changed careers from being a contractor to becoming a real estate investor, I referred all of my clients (that still needed work to be done) to Prime Built Construction aka Max Shulyak because I know he will take care of my previous contracting clients. This company remodeled my office over the weekend, didn't expect to see both the quality and swiftness of the job. Ussually you have to pick between the two.
