Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Pride roofing did my roof last year. Crews were excellent clean up was top notch. Our roof looks as good as it did after install as it does today. We will definitely be recommending Pride Roofing.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional. Did not complete work in timely manner. They were salespeople and once they got my money- they quit responding. Overcharged me. Insurance refused to pay many charges outlined by the company as they weren’t in the original quote. The company’s poor work and responsiveness caused the insurance agent and the adjuster high levels of anger. Communication ended up triangulated between all the parties. It was an awful experience. Myself, my Farmer’s Insurance Agent, and the adjuster agreed that the company are scammers and not one of us will work with them again if given the option. Will not recommend.

Horrible experience from the start and it continues over a year later. They give us the run around when we ask for deadlines. Things left undone and explain to us how simple of a fix it would be for us to do it ourselves when they are being paid to do it. Can't wait to be done so we can never use them again.

Very pleased with service in Cheyenne. Showed them what was wrong, they patched it up for me temporarily and let me know options for further permanent repair. So very helpful, courteous and professional. Will be using them for further service.

Matt Taylor with Pride Roofing does more than just roofing. We had them do a garage door and opener for us. Matt Taylor made sure that we were well informed on when the door was coming. He even came out while it was being installed to make sure it was done correctly and in a reasonable time. The installer did a great job as well and gave us plenty of notice of when he was going to do the install. Both are very professional and I would recommend them. Thanks guys!

Matt came by and did a roof inspection, showing with pictures of spots of damage and such. Then winterized the spots with roofing caulk that showed the most concern. Very helpful and explained everything well enough for me to even understand!

Christian and Tyler performed a roof inspection. At first thought I just figured they were looking to sell a roof. However, we were given a clean bill of health, and they even remedied some areas of the roof that could potentially become a problem at no cost.
The Best part of this crew is the fact that I’ve been looking to replace a sliding glass door (a service this company provides) because I thought it was broken. After a quick inspection they were able to fix the problem, and as it turns out I don’t need a new door.
