George and Mandi have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Urgent problems are coped with in a timely manner. I've been renting from them for over 10 years and have had no problems with their professionalism or competency. The four star rating reflects the fact that while important issues are addressed (for instance, a new furnace), cosmetic issues are not (for instance, exterior paint). The property is old, has been a rental for a least half a century, and has not been modernized beyond what is necessary, but problems with heating, electrical, and plumbing have always been fixed in a timely manner.

After only renting from them currently at 6 months, I can say it was probably the worst housing decision I have ever made. DO NOT rent at 2808 E 8th St. There have been a domino effect of problems, some of which include lack of professionalism, advertising appliances that don’t work in the home ( central AC, washer, and refrigerator. All of which do not work.), plumbing, heating, and electrical issues. Lastly, it is clear that this home has not been inspected in a very long time, the ducts are full of dust, electricity goes out if I have a hair dryer on at the same time that the light is on, and the piping downstairs is rotted out. If I could give a rating of 0, I most definitely would.

Attrmpted to rent a unit from them and let me tell you never again the service is awful cant get ahold of them threw the phone cant seem to find them open and when you do get a call threw george is rude and very stand offish i wouldnt let this company do any where near your business i think their better off not in business
